we thought it was in a wonderful location, safe, off the busy area but oh so close. A short walk to the lava lava beach club with all the things you needed there beach food, sunset, and a walk in the opposite direction towards quiet, coves and turtles.

This was our 4th time at Waikoloa Resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location - within short walking distance of the Queens and Kings shopping centers. Enjoyed the view from the balcony. The property was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious for 6 people.

Our family had a wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back, it was hard to say goodbye to the island!
Just a heads up there is no plastic cups to make a drink and go for a walk to watch the sunset!
The the kings trail for hike it’s a great adventure!
My husband truly enjoyed the golf courses for his morning rounds!
We did buy an umbrella and beach stuff because we where not aware of the beach supplies in the condo so please enjoy the new beach umbrella 🏖️

We just returned home from our spring break on the big island. This condo was wonderful with plenty of space for our family of 4. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the lanai each morning and the proximity to the pool was perfect for us. The walk to Starbucks was also nice in the mornings. We used the BBQs in the complex, which are also conveniently located.

Easy to book. The couch is a sofa sleeper, even though they said it wasn’t! We easily extended a day. The location is convient to pretty much everything. I’d recommend the third floor for quietness, and it is on a golf course so there is some early morning maintenance now and again.

Overall we had a lovely stay!
Pros: Excellent management company communication. Great location in a village community. Very clean. Beach chairs/towels available. All appliances and fixtures were in great shape. Spacious--we were just 2, but could have had 4 no problem, 5-6 with the right group (only 4 dining chairs).
Cons: The management company limits the AC so that the lowest it can be is 72 degrees. I understand that they are balancing a humid climate with guest that might do dumb things and high electricity prices, but we were far too hot sleeping at night. We chatted with the management company who were so pleasant, but would not adjust. Also difficult to tell from the photos, but the master bathroom is fully open to the bedroom. If privacy is an issue for you/your family, know that if someone is in bed they can stare directly at someone showering.

We really enjoyed staying at the Fairway Villas. It’s quiet and peaceful and we love the watching the early morning sunrise come up over the mountain. Had a wonderful two weeks with our friends.

We had a great time staying here! The property was beautifull. The location was great, very close to A-Bay beach and Kings and Queens shopping areas. It was close, but still very quiet. The pool area was a little small but nice, our 5 year old loved it!

We have stayed in Waikoloa Beach Resort a few times and love it. The condo was clean and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. There were also a number of items needed for the beach, including chairs, boogie boards, cooler, etc.
The only complaint we have is the TVs in the bedrooms are very small. We enjoy relaxing in bed at the end of a long day and watching TV. The TV was quite small, but since we were in paradise we made due.

We were delighted with the Hawaiian style well equipped "home away from home" , overlooking the golf course with Mauna Kea in the background. A great morning condo since golf course is manicured early morning and you may watch the sunrise over Mauna Kea. The location was convenient to shopping, hiking, golfing, beach access and dining. We would definitely opt for staying in the condo again. Mahalo

Nice unit. Pros: great location. Walking to shopping and restaurant was great. Fully stocked kitchen. So nice to have beach supplies in the unit(chairs/umbrella/ice chest/beach towels/etc) assigned parking space. Make sure you leave your parking paper in the windshield :)
Cons: Be aware that this is a 2nd floor unit and during out visit, the visitors above were very heavy footed well past midnight. Knowing we are on an island - we did kill a couple of bugs.
The carpet needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. We were there 18 days and only got 2 hotel size bottles of shampoo- no conditioner and two small bars of soap. So bring your own. :)
This was the first time staying at the Fairway Villas. We would definitely look for a top floor next time (sadly none were available during our stay)
Overall. We love Hawaii. And look forward to returning.
