I highly recommend this condo. The location is great. The owners are easy to work with. This had everything we needed. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Good parking in the complex, access to the golf course. The local shops are walking distance including a great food market. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice to be able to access the garage and all the beach gear. The loft/view made the bit of teleworking i had to do while on vacation very enjoyable. Hosts friendly and easy to work with.

This condo is the perfect home base for visiting the big island. The owners have taken every effort to make your stay enjoyable- from the toiletries they leave in the shower to the beach towels and paper goods that make your stay less stressful, knowing you don’t have to run to the store immediately. The property manager came out asap to fix a broken toilet seat. The condo is immaculate and the view from fhe lanai is gorgeous. I’m missing this place already….thank you Trenae and Paul

We had such an amazing time staying at the condo for our week in the Big Island. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our three college age kids. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, and the selection of beach gear made our trips to the water a breeze. We definitely hope to be back again!

This was our second stay at Trenae and Paul's wonderful condo, and it was even better than the first! The condo was clean and well stocked, and we were thrilled with the new massive and luxurious walk in shower in the main bathroom. What sets this condo apart from most is that it is clear that the owners treat their condo as a second home, and not just a vacation rental. Personal touches are everywhere, but not too many that you feel that you are in someone else's home. It's spacious and truly lovely, and the lanai is just the right size to wake up with a cup of coffee, enjoy a meal, or play board games with the family. My husband, son and nephew took advantage of the Kings Course Golf Membership and had a great time playing 2 rounds at great rates. The rental clubs were well priced at only $25, and were brand new two week old King Cobra Aerojets. My husband is still dreaming about how wonderful it felt to play with such nice clubs, and he shot the second highest round of his life. The course staff were awesome, and were very patient with my son, who is not the best golfer but eager to learn. It's nice to know that they are so accommodating to beginners, and makes me want to give it a try next year! I can't say enough about how wonderful this condo is, how well the complex is maintained, and how nice it is to watch the sunset from the infinity pool or from the lanai. I would not hesitate to book this condo again and again, and can't wait to return next year!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and really comfortable for our family. It was great to have access to beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The balcony has a beautiful view of palm trees and the golf course. We sat outside every night before bed! The location cannot be beat. It’s a short walking distance to the Kings shops, the beach, and the Marriot. We loved taking walks on all of the sidewalks leading from the condo to the beach!
We would definitely stay here again!

The location is lovely, everything is so close by, shopping ,restaurants and beaches. Its at the center of major attractions, 30 mins from airport. Hosts are super lovely and welcoming, all great amenities in the house.

Very modern and clean condo. The condo had everything we need and more. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! There was so much beach accessories in the garage. We all loved the pool especially my 8 year old! The only downer was that kids under 12 could not use the hot tub.

We’ve stayed at around eight different units in Fairway Villas and I loved the layout of this one. It gives you more space with the loft but also I love that this owner got rid of the tub so that the renter has a nice, big shower which is way more convenient and nicer than the bathtub with a small shower. The unit had everything we needed including some things for cooking and chairs/umbrella/boogie boards for the beach. I also love that Fairway starting heating their pool about two years ago which makes it so much more pleasant. We came from Maui with three pools that were unseated and it wasn’t pleasant at all. The owners of this unit were very responsive to our inquiries and sent everything we needed to access the property in plenty of time so that we felt ready for our trip. I would absolutely rent this unit again! We had an exceptional stay here!

The property was as described and was very well appointed. The only thing we had to shop for was food and drinks. The condo had everything we needed. Trenae was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating based on our last minute changes due to flight issues. Very close to shopping and beach. Very short walk to pool and grilling area. Best perk was the golf membership at Waikoloa Golf. 5 minutes away and a great price. Easy booking online for tee times and allowed us to get 18 holes in before 11am so we had the rest of the day to explore. Mahalo Trenae for sharing your wonderful property!

My parents were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary. I picked this place based on location, detailed unit description, and photos. In person I was happy to discover the condo was honesty and accurately represented as to what was depicted from the website. We loved it! Clean. Airy. Well appointment. Everything serviceable/in good working condition. Gracious and caring hosts. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.

We were refunded the cleaning deposit, as when we arrived the cleaning was not complete. My family and I had to fold the laundry that was not done & left in the dryer, Return floor rugs to the bathrooms, showers dirty. Cockroaches in the hallways.
After returning home, we were told everything was great but getting deposits back were a hassle. Then when we finally got deposits back, 2 months later the owners put a claim for damage of refrigerator to get a new refrigerator. We never damaged anything. Fraudulent and dishonest!!! Do NOT rent!!!

We just returned from a wonderful 12 night stay on the Big Island. Our stay at this home was more than we could expect. The property was perfect for our two families! We had ample space in the condo unit and made great use of the pool and grill areas. The location was excellent for seeing all of the beaches in the area and some great local snorkel spots. It is also a great location in relation to the Queen and King Shops in Waikoloa Beach. We made good use of the Golf Membership and enjoyed our rounds on all three of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course nines. We travelled the whole island and liked the location for getting to and from sites like Volcanoes National Park, Hilo, Kona, Captain Cook, and Mauna Kea to name a few. Trenae and Paul are wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with for anything we needed. The condo was stocked with all of the necessities and beach accessories for our use. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Big Island for their vacattion and we know we can not wait to come back! Thanks again to Trenae and Paul for giving us the opportunity to stay at their property.

Beautiful condo on the fairway, excellent 27-hole course with great service. Very well-appointed space for a family of 5. Spacious, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated. Island hopping, we really appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, soap, shampoo, and plenty of towels, even a bag of beach towels ready to go! The island was full of adventures so we spent most of our days away but was the perfect place to travel from. Included parking. Very convenient to food and restaurants. The Island Gourmet Market has a specialty deli great for to-go and late meals, Kings Shops, etc. The island of Hawaii was our favorite stop, so much to see and do that we didn't expect and so many wonderful people and local artisans from Hawi to Waimea, the Co-Op Art Gallery, Hot Glass Hawaii, Ika Vea Hula Shop - amazing friendly people, so very kind. Sassafras Jewelry, Kohala Zip Lines, and Volcano National Park at night was breathtaking and the Volcano Art Center stocked with great work from local artisans as well. We had an amazing stay and can only hope to be back again!! Trenae was very responsive and the management company very easy to work with. We highly recommend this great place!! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!

We could not be happier with our choice to book this condo for the last week of our stay on the Big Island. We have rented numerous places on the Island before, and our whole family agrees that this condo is the best in terms of amenities and relaxation. We loved it so much that we booked it for our next trip even before our time was up. The hosts were amazing to work with right from the start, answering my many questions with patience and good humor. The garage was well stocked with great quality beach chairs, beach/pool towels, cooler, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment. All were used and all were wonderful! The condo itself is bright and airy, immaculately kept and well laid out. The artwork and furnishings are tasteful and comfortable....really felt like home! There were lots of supplies in the house, so we didn't have to go buy essentials like laundry and dish detergent, paper towel, tp etc, which was a welcome bonus. The pool at the complex is fabulous, and lights up at night so beautifully! The view from the lanai was spectacular, looking over the golf course towards King's Shops, the Hilton and the Ocean beyond (even though you can't quite see it, you know that it is there). There was lots of space for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens to spread out, and we were happy to come together for meals on the lanai and an evening game of Yahtzee, while we planned our next day's adventures. The beds were by far the most comfortable that we have slept on, and even though we didn't use the large living room couch as a bed, it would have been super comfy to sleep on, too. As it was, we all enjoyed lounging on it and enjoying the glorious air conditioning when returning from a hot excursion. We were so happy to have the a/c at night, as it let us have a wonderful sleep each night. Our oldest son loved having the loft to himself, and enjoyed the peek a boo ocean view and view of the coastline, which is actually more impressive than pictured in the listing. The complex is quiet, but not so quiet that you have to worry about a little laughter on the lanai at night. Everyone we met was wonderful! The complex is beautifully maintained with many native Hawaiian plants, ginger throughout and Hibiscus in every imaginable color. There are many palm trees throughout, so you are always reminded that you are on vacation in a very special place. Our whole family can't wait to be back in this little slice of paradise, and miss it already!

This was our 1st trip to the Big Island and we loved it! The owner of this condo, Trenae, was extremely helpful & easy to contact. We had no issues at all. The condo was clean, comfortable & in a great location. The King & Queen Marketplaces were within walking distance and had lots of shops and restaurants. The A-Bay beach was a 15 minute walk and was beautiful! We also went to the 49 Black Sand Beach which was a 10 minute drive. The pool & hot tub were used every night! I highly recommend staying at this condo. We hope to book it again in the future!

We had a lovely family vacation including our 7 year old grandson. The unit was open and airy and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the deck watching nenes, golfers and golden skied sunsets.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped where we prepared almost all our meals.
Minor issues were dealt with promptly by a very responsive property manager who answered very quickly by phone and text.
There was plenty of beach equipment ranging from toys to snorkel gear, chairs and umbrellas.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay in Tranae’s unit.

We were travelling in a group of six and stayed at this condo for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our friends.
On top of 2 regular bedrooms, the condo has a small 2nd floor LOFT space, which serves well as kids' bedroom. The balcony offers a great view to the golf course and palm trees.
Location is great, 5 mins walk to shops, markets and restaurants. Nearest beach is also walkable, although we chose to drive, which only took 3 mins. There are other bigger and nicer beaches in the area with takes 10-15 mins drive. The location is also close to the main road to Hilo.
Trenae family and their manager Victoria provided great hospitality. They've prepared everything that we needed for a fun beach day - chairs, cooler, surfing board, beach umbrella, etc. They responded to messages quickly. They've also left treats and local coffee at the door after we arrived.
Only thing I want to point out about this condo is a venting fan in the 2nd floor LOFT space. It couldn't be turned off. Our kids didn't mind the noise but I could see someone may be bothered by it if he/she is a light sleeper.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to thank our host for their hospitality.

Trenae's condo was wonderful and very clean! Our family had a great trip to the Big Island and really appreciated the accommodations. The location was ideal for excursions across the island. Trenae had all the beach supplies you could want (chairs, snorkeling gear, a cooler and boogy boards). One of my favorite things was the lanai that was perfect for early morning coffee. This condo was stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay, which is unusual. They provided a starter bag of coffee, filters for the entire time, laundry soap, dish washer soap, plenty of TP and paper towels, tinfoil, sand which baggies, etc.. I have been to so many vrbo’s that start you with 1-2 days worth and then you have to go buy more. It was such a big help. Beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, and boogie board ) were in great condition. The condo was quiet with a nice view off the lanai. It is also easy waking distance to two malls (Queens Marketplace and Kings Shoppes). The owner was great to work with! Flexible and very quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here gain!

This condo was the perfect spot for our group of five (three adults and two children) to enjoy our first Hawaiian vacation together. It was spacious and well stocked, and the location was great too, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to return!
