The view is unreal and you can hear the waves from inside the condo. The Coastal Trail is just a few steps away - perfect for morning or evening walks. One of the most quiet and peaceful stays I’ve ever had.

This was the nicest property we rented during our long trip to Hawaii. Large space, very modern and high quality of the location, furnishings and unit. Full kitchen, huge living room and bathroom. Plenty of space on balcony for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Lovely part of the island just far enough away to be calm and quiet but close enough for convenience. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was a great stay. It is modern, nicely furnished and has a great location - looking out at the Pacific. Three beaches are within walking distance. The Kapalua area is a terrific place to be and you are between the Montage and Ritz Carlton.I will definitely stay there again.

The Villa was very spacious and the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need. Having beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler was also very handy! Both bedrooms had lovely ocean views and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. This was by far our favorite villa stay at kapalua. The team at quam properties also did a great job servicing any needs we had. They were very quick to respond. Looking forward to our next trip back to kapalua!

Amazing location. Steps from the beach. Waves crashing against the lava rock all day and night. Absolutely stunning views. We love Kapalua and we always look to try new places and this one is at the top of the list. This one is close to the Ritz, beautiful beaches, great food spots (Sensei go for the Sunday or Monday HH but get there by 4pm, Tarvana and Pour are must visits), and great walking/hiking paths. There were some very minor things that can be easily addressed/fixed by the PM for example hot water in the master bathroom in one sink was not working at all, but this is such a minor first world inconvenience we hardly even thought about it during the stay. Highly recommend for a great location and views.

Don't think twice - stay here! The pictures of the unit are accurate but do not fully capture the villas' surroundings, the grounds, the pool and straight on ocean view. It is an amazing property, extremely comfortable with easy trail access, beach access and walking distance to restaurants. What pushes this over the top? Alan the host and Jonathan who is in town to help with any needs. Alan is simply the best most attentive host we have interacted with on VRBO. If we ever get another opportunity to go back to Maui, no question where my wife and I will stay. Everything you need for a stay is in the unit and everything you need to relax is right outside your front door.

The location was great, we’ve stayed in Kapalua villas before and enjoyed the ease of access to the trail and also the pool for after the beach. The unit could use new beach chairs and a more portable cooler. The unit does get hot in the evening as the AC tends to struggle to keep up, even with the shades drawn.

This property was not very clean. Drapes were pinned together with safety pin in bedroom. Dirty drapes and did not open.Same in dining area. No good light in bedroom and tv was too small and too far away from bed. It was very hot when we checked in and took a whole day to cool it down.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and it felt like we had our own private beach. There were nearby trails you could walk near the beach and the closeness to the beach was amazing with the most awesome views. The condo was perfect and it was very comfortable. It was close to a nearby plaza where they had a small grocery store which was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house was truly like the pictures especially that bedroom view which was amazing! I laid in bed an extra long time! Kitchen was nicely equipped for meals, lots of room for two people, and really enjoyed their pool and trail. The beach is more of a hike so we drove to DL Flewling park which was amazing. It’s far from the airport compared to other properties but it’s quiet and private. The bird sanctuary was beautiful but louder at night. We used a white noise machine to drown out the bird noises. We loved this little condo!

We were celebrating our golden anniversary and this Kapalua Bay condo did not dissapoint. Immaculate when we arrived with all the staples we needed. Fantastic oceanfront/beachfront location with beautiful views as pictured. The community is beautifully maintained and a lovely, walkable community and nearby neighborhoods. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels available for our use. The bedroom and living room furniture were very comfortable as well. The addition of an umbrella would be nice, but not a deal breaker. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We’ve stayed at multiple Bay Villas over the last 20 years - this was by far the most disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the unit was extremely hot. The local rep said the A/C hadn’t been used in a month and told us it would cool down. After an hour, we reached out again. He brought two loud portable A/C units vented through the sliding door and upstairs window - blocking the ocean view, limiting outdoor access, and failing to cool the unit effectively.The A/C technician came the next day and confirmed the system was completely broken and not fixable. The host offered a larger inland home, but we had specifically booked and paid a premium for an oceanfront unit - location was a non-negotiable part of the experience.The bed was comfortable and the appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher) were new, but the unit overall felt worn and in need of a refresh.We’ve submitted a refund request to VRBO. The lack of central A/C and poor resolution created unnecessary stress on what should have been a relaxing family trip. Renters should know this property had no functioning central A/C, and we would not return unless that issue is clearly resolved in advance.

Amazing ocean views and very well appointed unit. We used this unit as our group's home base (with 2 other units) and we easily fit 12 people for lunch or just hanging out. High winds coming off the water (that's just the area) but overall the unit had everything that we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Kapalua Bsy Villas is in a great location. The view was wonderful and the condo is very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans, etc. This is an older development where the units are individually owned. Some have been completely renovated. This one could use a little TLC.
