We had a great time and the host went above and beyond to make it special for us. Villa is very well appointed and in a great location. I do recommend that it’s not advertised to have a bathtub since these units have small water heaters and not enough hot water to take a bath. Everything else was so perfect, that it’s easy to overlook the bathtub. Thank you for the great experience in Kapalua!

The property was amazing! Literally ocean front with gorgeous views. We did encounter a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived but the management company and hosts worked to get the problems fixed as quickly as possible. Host recommendations regarding food and activities were spot on. Hope we can return in the near future.

This is a beautiful condo near the beach and many walking paths in a great area of Kapalua. There are many great restaurants in the area and great snorkeling within walking distance. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the view is hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again,

The View Delivers — But the Condo Needs AttentionThe location is genuinely hard to beat — oceanfront at Kapalua Bay with views that are absolutely spectacular. Waking up to that scenery made it easy to forgive a lot.That said, privacy is a real consideration. A busy trail runs directly in front of the unit, meaning hikers have a clear sightline straight into the bedroom — something the listing doesn’t exactly advertise. The waterfront itself is rocky with no direct beach access, so don’t expect to step outside and plant your toes in the sand.The condo interior is also showing its age. Walls and baseboards are scuffed and dinged throughout and are well overdue for a fresh coat of paint. The living/kitchen area layout feels dated and cramped — a space that really needs a thoughtful redesign to match the premium price point and stunning setting it’s built around.If you’re here primarily for the view, you won’t be disappointed. But between the lack of privacy, no direct beach access, and an interior that hasn’t kept pace with the “luxury” billing, there’s meaningful room for improvement.

Beautiful location and unit. “Unobstructed view “ didn’t reveal that a large berm of land obstructed the view when sitting on the lanai. Spectacular view from the bedroom window! Tv did not work but cable did - but no sound. Contacted management twice but they kept putting off any immediate action. For the price I would expect better service.

Beautiful property with great views of the ocean! Many wonderful places to walk to, including Coastal Trail, beaches and restaurants. Villa was clean and had all the amenities needed. Easy check-in and host was very accommodating. If you are a golfer, the Plantation course in Kapalua was as beautiful as they come.

The ac was off upon arrival. It took two days, and a servicing before it cooled the condo. We reserved for four people for a 10 day stay…they stocked 2.5 rolls of toilet paper, 2 bath towels, no wash cloths, and no beach towels.View is terrific.

A spacious one bedroom floor plan with fully equipped kitchen. Furnishings, including primary bedroom are comfortable. Exceptional views of Oneloa Bay and Molokai. Walk three minutes to a well maintained pool area with BBQ grills. Host is gracious and responsive for any questions.

Our stay was fine. The property seemed like it hadn’t been opened up for the season. When we arrived on the property the door was wide open on the main floor and there were bugs all over the wall. This was a bit sketchy as we arrived late at night. We attempted to contact the management company but they did not respond until the next morning. While there was a full kitchen, it was poorly stocked. No sponge for the kitchen if you planned to cook a full meal here, you would be without sufficient items for this. Also quite difficult to get hot water in the sink and bathrooms. We had to wait a long time, and had to call maintenance to get the hot water going. Otherwise, location cannot be beat for this unit. Right by the beaches, walking trail. Easy parking. The pool closest to the unit was closed during our stay which was frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kapalua Bay Villas! What a perfect location - a quick walk to Kapalua Bay for amazing snorkeling, a romantic dinner at Merriman’s, and a nice walk to Dragon’s Teeth along the Kapalua Coastal Trail. The villa had everything we could need for our family - including beach chairs and sand toys, plenty of towels, laundry, and a great kitchen! Plus, it was clean, safe, beautifully decorated, and had amazing ocean views! We can’t wait to visit again! Mahalo for sharing the perfect home away from home with us!

It was the perfect stay for my family. The home is located really close to the beach and hiking trail. The home was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Napili market is close by and short drive into Whalers Village. The view was gorgeous and tranquil.

The villa was perfect. Dishes and silverware were new, as were the washer and dryer, dishwasher and fridge (bonus to have both ice and large format ice-balls)! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed! Excellent stay!

The unit was very nice with excellent views and was well equipped. It was conveniently located near a pool and the refurbished (since our last visit) tennis/pickleball courts. The location is great as you can walk to several beautiful beaches and enjoy the fabulous Merriman's deck at Happy Hour and/or explore the open air lounge at the Ritz Carlton.

This is our 4th time staying at this amazing property! It’s clean, well furnished, and the amazing hosts have given a lot of thought to everything you might need while on vacation here. When you walk into the condo and see that 180 ocean view with Molokai in the background it’s simply breathtaking. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even more so in person. 5 stars!

The very first morning we woke up and were enjoying our coffee on the porch and we saw a whale breach. It was the thing I was most looking forward to while spending two weeks in Maui and we saw one day 1. You would actually see many throughout the day, but this particular one was close and was the only breach we saw while sitting there. It was spectacular.The property itself was exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything was very clean and we felt like we had everything we needed for the five days we were there. The location is great because there is a walking path right in front of the complex and we walked it every single day. Not only was it beautiful to walk along but it was good exercise and could take you to some restaurants for breakfast or lunch. There is also a little market very close by for any things you might need.The only things I would say is there is a musty smell when you first get there. But we either got used to it or it went away. And then on our final night, the gate code quit working. There is no one on site to help you and the after hours number tells you to leave a message. So that’s not super helpful when it’s night time and no one answers the phone and you’re locked out. Luckily someone else came maybe 10 or 15 minutes after we waited and we followed them through the gate. So not the greatest customer service but all in all I would definitely recommend this place.As I mentioned, we were there for two weeks. The rest of our time in Maui was spent in hotels and honestly our stay here was probably my favorite.
