With golfers in our group, this was a fun place to stay! We golfed and also watched other golfers daily, from our patio. It is a spacious unit with plenty of space to spread out and chill out, when needed. Whalers is conveniently located close by and we visited that beach almost daily. If not, we traveled right up the road to Napili, to the beach park, where snorkeling was great! Emmett was a very gracious host, who communicated well with us for all of our needs. 100% recommend this place!

We hit the jackpot with this one. Property is clean, comfortable and extremely well-decorated. Anything that we needed was available whether it be cookware, pillows, blankets, etc. Furnishings are high quality. Having plentiful and quality beach towels along with good chairs to bring to the beach was awesome, and the boys enjoyed having boogie boards they could use as well. Plenty of room for a family of four to spread out and a great lanai to hang out on. Can use the trolley to get to/from the beach or the walk isn't too terrible. Beautiful property. Great for family with kids. Had everything we needed from the sleeping accommodations to fully stocked kitchen and great layout with walkout to lawn and pool. Loved walking to nearby shops for shave ice, snacks and snorkeling gear. There was an exterior water leak upon our arrival. We reached out to management and it was fixed before we went to bed that night. Great communication.

This condo complex is across the street and across the golf course from Whaler's Village (5 minute walk, slight uphill). Very quiet, very close to the pool. I think it was a perfect distance away from Kaanapali beach (and the beach walk). The condo was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Great vacation spot.

We had a lovely time staying here. It’s centrally located to all the places we love in Maui! The home had plenty of towels and the two king beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for breakfast, lunches or dinners. The grill on the lanai was also easy to use. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was wonderful with ample space for my family of four. We have two older teens (18 & 19) and two adults. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The condo was also clean. During our stay, the fan on the lanai wasn't working. We did communicate that right away. Hopefully, it was fixed for the next stay. We would've enjoyed more time out there if it was working.

Natalie’s condo was everything we hoped for and more. The property looked exactly like the photos — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and genuinely felt like home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, lunch boxes, you name it. Natalie even left a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge, a sweet touch we really appreciated. Extra beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas were also provided, which was a huge bonus for a beach trip.
Natalie was an incredible host — responsive and communicative throughout. We had one small issue and she resolved it immediately without any fuss.
Our family of seven had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend! 🌺

The condo was very nice, it has two bedrooms, kitchen and a big family room. It has two bathrooms with a big shower space. With washer and dryer. Gated facility and enough parking area, some space are a little tight. Walking distance to the beach, close to the Whalers village with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Shopping centers to shops. Our condo was overlooking the golf course with a very nice environment. The pool was big, with chase lounge, tables and chairs, restroom, is within walking distance. Very convenient area.

This is a great property with everything you need and then some. Our extended family of 8 stayed and it was a great layout and an amazing location.The communication was terrific with a top notch host. The detailed instructions during our communication were spot on and the notes and instructions throughout the condo were appreciated.The extra beach towels already laid out was a nice touch and the closet full of beach gear was perfect for our group. We would definitely rent again.We did the road to Hana, so plan for a long day, we just wish we had more time to stay in the local area, I guess we will need to come back.Thanks again and many blessings to you and your rental property.

Lovely property that matches the images and description on the App. It was so quiet and peaceful. Comfortable air condition in the summer. Loved the BBQ by the pool. Quick scamper across the 16th fairway (heads-up for golfers) and you’re at Whaler’s Village and the beach in less than than 10 mins. Only wish, the kitchen was a little more chef ready. Or even breakfast ready. There are like 3 bowls available for use. Otherwise, great spot in the middle of the action. But just set back so the birds and breezes were the only things we could hear from the lanai.

Customer Service is about how you treat a client when something goes wrong. Driving from Kahului to Kaanapali was scenic and enjoyable for us. When we pulled up to the gate of the property, for the Royal Kaanapali, I saw I had missed texts, emails, and a call from "London", of Maui Beachfront Rentals, who was quite obviously frustrated that I was not responding to her. Turns out the unit had a plumbing problem and check-in would be delayed for a few hours. Having been in customer service myself for 40 years, I found myself reflexively apologizing to her for her inconvenience, because she was agitated with me. A short time later "London" called to say the problem was worse than expected, and the unit would not be available at all for 24-48 hours. She then offered an alternative property, smaller and 3 miles fromour original booking. She was steering me toward giving up on the original unit altogether, even though our booking was for 8 days. She also stated we would be getting a refund, which was just the difference in cost of the two units, after questioning her further. When I hesitated to accept the alternative location for the week, she used a "take it or leave it" approach, my response being "we have nowhere else to go". I had to ask her if we could get back to our original location after the issue was resolved. Maui Beachfront Rentals is not equipped to handle adversity with courtesy and professionalism. You have other options if interested in Royal Kaanapali Resort.

Loved having a full-size home to stay in while visiting the island - much more comfortable and spacious than a hotel room. We could stay in and cook or go out if we wanted. The hot tub was enjoyable in the evenings to wind down. The view was beautiful - you could see the ocean from the pool area. Doing laundry was right there - you didn't have to go anywhere. We enjoyed the patio for evening dinners and morning coffee.

Our stay at the Kaanapali Royal was incredible. Location wise, we were about a 10-15 minute walk to Black Rock Beach (a bit further due to our specific condo location). However, the walk was beautiful so there were no complaints. The condo came stock with beach gear (chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella) which were game changers! The unit was spacious, provided the ability to cook for ourselves, and was overall a perfect Hawaiian setting. The host was extremely responsive, and easy to get ahold of. I couldn’t recommend this place enough (especially for the price)!

The stay was good overall. The condo was nice with most everything you need. The beach chairs and cooler were a nice touch. The walk to the beach was a little further than we anticipated, but was only an issue if you are carrying a bunch of stuff down to the beach for the day. There is parking at the beach, but it gets filled up quickly. Outside deck was very nice and roomy with a great BBQ as well. There is a Safeway 5 minute drive away, as well as Whalers Village which is a 12 minute walk. Property management company was excellent to deal with. We would come back again to this condo.

Kannapali Royal has a very nice pool and hot tub centrally located. Great views and nice walk from the unit to Whalers Village. We had a great stay at this property! It came well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen right down to a cooler and everything else needed for a nice beach day. Rick was incredible to communicate with and we had zero issues during our stay. The condo was spacious and had a million dollar ocean view that we loved waking up to. This condo was lovely and comfortable and very well furnished. Only recommendation would be to change the entry system to a keypad. Having to put the key back in the lock box each time was tricky and led to us getting locked out on our first time! Monty was very accommodating and came to our rescue quickly!
