The condo is exactly as advertised, if not better. Our family of 5 (including 18, 17, and 14 year old boys) were very impressed with the property. Super close to Whalers Village and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and detailed. The condo is quite comfortable and very well appointed with regard to anything you might need in the kitchen or for a trip to the beach. Highly recommend for you to consider for your stay in Maui.

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in June 2025. Great place overall! It was well spacious for us. The view was great and the place was spotless. They also had some beach chairs and stuff for us to use. Parking was flat fee that we paid directly to Kaanapali Royal. I’m very glad I found this place, as I already assumed it was gonna be impossible to find a place within our budget in Lahaina area.

My family and I enjoyed everything about the condo and our eight night stay. Monty was the perfect host with communication and everything we needed. He made sure that there were two pack-n-plays for my twin grand babies. The condo was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. This condo had everything we needed in it! We loved that it wasn’t kept bare bones as other vacation rentals often do. Manager was attentive and answered questions immediately. The location with the pool was wonderful and location was perfect for whalers village and the beach. Close to kapalua bay too for the best snorkeling! Highly recommend!

The condo was in a great location, walkable to a little grocery store, shave ice, and, across the golf course,we could walk to Whalers Village and our favorite beach near Black Rock. The condo was clean and had all our needs, including a BBQ on our deck, beach towels and 4 beach chairs. We will definitely look up this condo for our next trip. Mahalo!

We stayed at this beautiful condo during our son's wedding in Maui. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the comforts of home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and we enjoyed our evening drinks to unwind after the long days.The location was great - just a 12 min walk to Kaanapali beach, Whaler's village and many restaurants on the beach. Monkeypod Kitchen was our favorite. The grounds were very nicely kept as was the pool area. We only used the pool once but it was very nice and refreshing.Rick was incredibly kind, welcoming and easy to communicate with. He provided all the information we needed and some.We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui.Mahalo!

Easy check-in, photos on VRBO were accurate. This is a roomy, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit situated right on the golf course on the first level. Easy walk to Whaler’s Village, restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager is excellent too and responded immediately for a minor issue. Pool & jacuzzi were uncrowded, sometimes completely empty, pool water was nice & warm, great for relaxing & lounging. We prepared many of our meals in the condo. Keurig Coffee Machine was a bonus. Washer & dryer were nice to have - we used several times during our 12-night stay. Late April to early May turned out to be an excellent time to visit.

We had a fantastic stay! The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. The BBQ was great and perfect for grilling in the evenings. We really appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available—they made our time at the beach so much more enjoyable. While we didn’t use them, it was great to see that snorkel gear and boogie boards were also provided. For those with little ones, we noticed a high chair and playpen available, which is a nice touch. One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. We loved being within walking distance to Whalers Village—super convenient for dining, shopping, and beach access. We also liked the information binder provided—it had helpful tips and local recommendations. Communication with Jeanne and Monty was prompt and great. Would absolutely stay here again

You won't be disappointed with this property! We have stayed at Kaanapali Royal a few times and the complex and this property was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful view of the golf course, resorts on the strip and a bit of ocean from the Master. Twin beds are a must for our kids. Plenty of space for us all and small enough to bring us together. Very clean. Just the right amenities provided. Location is perfect for us - .25 mile walk to the beach, a little further Whaler's Village, just over .5 mi walk to Blackrock, Safeway is a short drive, small local market a short walk away and shave ice! Property management was also extremely kind and generous. We will definitely return. Looking to book our return trip soon!

We were in Maui to watch my daughter’s golf tournament at Royal Ka’anapali so this was an ideal location for us. The condo itself was nice, we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunsets and bbq’d a few dinners. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great to have. The bed downstairs was a little soft for me but that is just my preference. Everything else was what we needed for our stay but I would recommend adding a few more pans in bigger sizes to cook with.

We had three generations with us on our trip and we all loved our time and accommodations. Rick was incredibly helpful, understanding, and communicative. The place was clean and spacious, no bugs!! (which was a concern with quite a few of the other places we were looking at). It was in a great location, and the amenities kept surprising us! The condo is well stocked with pool and beach toys, games, seating indoor and out, and lots of kitchen supplies for staying in and making meals. My kids loved the pool, basketball courts, views, sand toys, and boogie boarding. This place has all you will need for a rich experience on Maui! The location of the complex is 10/10, but the condo itself is not the best location. The lanai faces an elementary school and can be a bit noisy during the day. The unit itself also needs a bit more love from the owner. The kitchen was a little under stocked, could use some more tall glasses (only 2) abd plateware. Nothing major.Master bathroom fan conks in and out, and shower head needs replacing. The unit has a few burned out lights that need fixing. Sliding door to patio is very stiff. Nothing that ruins your stay but some minor annoyances that could be easily dealt with to make things nicer. The property management company (KBM) was amazing to deal with. Very receptive and responsive. Brought us oven sheets when advised the unit didn’t have any, and extra towels as there were only 4 originally. Much appreciated customer service!Ultimately, you’re in Maui, and you'll have an amazing time despite some love that the condo needs and not the best view.

We have been staying in Ka’anapali with our kids for 11 years and as they get bigger and need more space it’s been a challenge to find a larger condo that accommodates our family. This unit was perfect for us and our budget. Our kids loved having their own room with twin beds. There were plenty of extra linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner communicated incredibly before our trip letting us know what was available to us like chairs, sand toys, boogie boards etc. We will be renting this unit again in the future!
