I would give this property 6 stars if I could. Our stay at this condo was absolutely outstanding and easily the best experience we've had in all our visits to Wailea Ekahi Village. Tracy, the owner, and Margaret, the property manager, were exceptional—always incredibly responsive, friendly, and quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. The condo itself is stunning: beautifully updated, spotless, bright, and airy, with fantastic air conditioning that made every day comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully covered, from a fully stocked kitchen complete with quality cookware, utensils, and even spices, to everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkel gear were a huge bonus and made it easy to take full advantage of the gorgeous beach just a short walk away. One of our favorite parts of each day was enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai while taking in the breathtaking ocean view—it never got old. We've stayed at Wailea Ekahi Village numerous times over the years, and this is, without question, the finest condo we've ever rented. We were sad to leave and are already looking forward to returning next summer!

This property was amazing to stay at. The convenience of the beach access and pool access was awesome. We also appreciated having access to the restrooms and ice and water at the pavilion too. We loved our stay here. It was wonderful to come into a kitchen with so many supplies! Having the option of nice plastic glasses and plates/bowls was great as well. The beach items were amazing - from boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs - and a big wagon to take them down to the beach. This is an amazing property! It sits up in a hill so you have great views of the ocean and sunset, plus is a very quick walk to the pool and beach. The pool area is right next to the beach which makes it easy to go back and forth. Would definitely stay here again!

Welcome to paradise! This place is truly amazing. Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. We loved the grounds and amenities (pools, beach, BBQ's, and pickleball). The unit has modern updates and the kitchen includes any dishes and appliances needed. They even had beach towels and chairs. Lynn communicated promptly and was very pleasant. The view from the balcony is just stunning. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

Lovely remodeled kitchens and bathrooms.The view from the living room was amazing. Loved the kitchen island!It would be nice if they would update the lani furniture, the outdoor chairs were not the most comfortable.It would be nice if check in was earlier than 4pm, closer to 2pm.Basic supplies provided to kitchen and bath. A beach umbrella and boogie board would be nice to have. They did have 3 very large coolers and lots of beach chairs.

Property was as advertised. Ekahi is a great location and 27B has 2 bedrooms upstairs with pull out couch. The only issue was that someone had left lights on and screens were broken so there were bugs all over our ceiling in bathroom but we reported it and they sent a handyman next day who fixed all the screens. AA oceanfront who was the property manager were receptive to our concerns and addressed them promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Wailea Ekahi Village. We loved the location of this unit and its proximity to the pool and ocean. The unit came with great amenities to include a nice, newer large washer/dryer, games, boogie boards, beach gear, etc. The unit was nicely furnished, as well. To no fault of the owners, there was renovation being done in the unit next door so there was quite a bit of noise during the day of hammering and sawing. This also brought a few unwanted pests into the unit. The owner was very responsive and helped us resolve this.We would likely choose a unit with two bathrooms on our next stay; however, if it were just my husband and I traveling back, we would definitely rent this unit again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Wailea condo! The unit was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The property itself is gorgeous, with lush grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in Maui.The condo was about an 8-minute walk to the main pavilion, pool, and beach, which we found very manageable. Note the unit does not have an ocean view. We especially appreciated being close to the third pool, which was often quieter and a great place to unwind. The overall location within the property was excellent and made it easy to explore all that Wailea has to offer.One thing to note is that the upstairs can get quite warm in the mid-afternoon sun. Thankfully, the air conditioning and fans worked very well and kept the space comfortable.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient home base in Wailea!

Excellent condo! Was even nicer than the photos. Great location on the property with a short walk to the main pavilion, pool, and beach. Condo had plenty of beach chairs and towels. We bbqd one night at the main pavilion and spent several evenings watching the sunset. Rooms were spacious and had good blackout curtains. Great location in Wailea as well. Could not recommend more and I hope to be back one day.

Very good location, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Good communication with the host and the place was reasonably clean. But I wouldn't stay there again and i cannot recommend. Shower heads were so plugged that water pressure was substandard. The shower floors were tiled with the exact same tiles as the wall tiles so they were dangerously slippery. The master bedroom had a connected bathroom but there was absolutely no door on the bathroom or the toilet room. So no privacy for your traveling partner or for you. If you wanted privacy you had to walk down the hall to the second bathroom , less than an ideal setup, imo, for any couple. Both bathrooms had the same problem with the showers and neither of the sinks drained very well which made it kind of a messy operation. The unit does have a washer & dryer but the washer was as loud as a jet engine when it went in the spin cycle making it impossible to have a conversation! Overall, although communication with the host was very good and I'm not sure whose responsible for maintenance issues the host or the owner, but the this was advertised as newly remodeled, it didn't feel like it. High marks for the kitchen as that seemed to be recently remodeled . But on vacation.. who's cooking?! The lanai was comfortable and serene with a beautiful, albeit distant ocean view. Seemed like a pretty good assortment of beach toys etc. but they only supplied one sad old beach towel per person....for 500 per night!

This was the second time we've stayed in this condo and we were just as happy this year as we were last year. The A/C system was new, the appliances all modern and working well, and the rooms were all clean. They provide a "starter kit" of items you may need, but we were there nine days and everything lasted the whole time, minus the detergent, which was fine, because we wanted to rewash the beach towels (which they also provide) every couple of days. They provide plenty of beach items - ice chest, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. You need supply your own coffee, creamer and sugar. There is a coffeemaker that can be used for k-cups or regular drip coffee.One thing that put our experience over the top was when we booked a red eye flights home and we didn't want to check out at 10 a.m., which is standard. We requested checking out at 5 p.m., and for a minimal fee, they approved. It made all the difference in the world. We spent our last day on the beach and had time to come back to the condo, shower and then pack for our flight home. We didn't have to waste a day rushing to the airport or wondering what to do to kill time until our flight.Overall, we had a wonderful time, and before we left, we were already looking at availability for next year. We can't wait!

Great location in Wailea, easy access to the beach. Pools were clean, refreshing and enough chairs when we went down. Nice view of ocean. Property is very close to the beachside walking path that takes you south in front of many beautiful properties and hotels. I enjoyed the comfortable lounge chairs on the patio facing the ocean. The bed was comfortable, quiet, plenty of supplies if needed, cooler, beach chairs, shopping bags because stores are bring you own or you will be charged. Can walk to a nice small grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and appreciated the condiments in the refrigerator. We never had an issue so didn't need to contact the host. I would only ask for a metal grill spatula for grilling-maybe we just didn't find it. There were 2 nearby grills, propane or electric. I would definitely recommend this VRBO and would love to come back for a longer stay-we were here for only 3 nights.

My Wife and I got to spend a week here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. Tim was very responsive and even helped us out with a last minute request we needed. The unit is as advertised. It’s tucked away in the back of the property, and shaded well from the sun. It’s situated in a great spot. The shops at Wailea are a short walk away, while anything else in the Kihei area is at most a 10 minute drive. The beach and pool access is great, and the sunset view from the deck is unbeatable. The unit is stocked full of beach supplies ranging from full snorkel sets, to chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The only thing that could be cause for concern would be the vehicle noise from the adjacent road. This was only noticeable in the evenings from the bedroom. The whole trip we maybe had a combined 4 cars that were blasting music that woke us up. Otherwise a wonderful experience all together. My wife and I will be returning in the future!

We have stayed at this resort twice in the past and without a doubt this unit is the best. The furnishings are updated and everything super clean. We appreciated the beach equipment. The kitchen was fully equipped, if someone wanted to cook. We only made smooothies & coffee (thanks for having a coffee grinder!) as we enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants & the Kihei food trucks. Bonus was the comfy furniture on the lanai and how close it was to walk to the main pool & beach. We are already looking for a date for next year.

Traveled with two couples. The owner was easy to communicate with and made several suggestions. One was to stop at the grocery store near the airport to pick up some food. The grocery stores nearer the condo were just okay. The condo was terrific and looked exactly like the pictures. A small and very nice “quiet” pool was close to it. The pavilion with the main pool, workout room, tables for eating and playing games, books to borrow, and access to the beach, was a 9 minute walk down a hill. There was parking next door used for public beach access that had a gate to the pavilion. We did drive there a few times to bring the beach chairs from the condo. We loved the location, as we were close to great restaurants and shopping and other beaches. Monkeypod restaurant with its amazing Mai Tais and the food trucks were our favorites. Lahaina and Ka’anapali were about 45 mins away along the beautiful coast. You can stop in the mornings (at least in June) to see surfers. The beach nearest the condo is Keawakapu, which was wonderful. It’s one of the best beaches we visited due to the expanse of sand. At some beaches the water comes up all the way to the vegetation. Ulua beach is within walking distance and is also very nice. We saw large turtles when we were at Makena Bay, which has a rocky entrance and is sandy once you’re in the water. It was the best beach to snorkel at. There were plenty of dishes and condiments to make breakfast with. Beds were very comfortable.

The unit has very old / outdated furniture, appliances, kitchen and bathroom. The worst part of our stay was seeing mold on our towels and pillowcases on the third day of our stay. Management office replaced the towels and all linens right away, but mold showed up again after a couple of days. I sent a complaint to management, but haven't heard back. I am afraid there was mold in the old carpet as well.

Air conditioning works great. The king size bed is a dream to sleep on. Also, Shannon, the local person that makes sure all is well for guests is worth her weight in gold! This is our second stay in this condo. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The condo is well equipped and supplied with towels, paper products, and soaps, anything you may need! Washer and dryer are convenient and have detergent and dryer sheets, took advantage of this on our 2 week trip. The Ekahi complex is amazing oceanfront pool complex is amazing and only a 5 minute walk from this condo! The owner is very easy to communicate with. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

This condo was great for our family of four adults and a 14 month old. Great lanai on the ground floor. There is a little road noise, as the road is adjacent to the condo. The kitchen is well equipped! A large Tv was installed while we were there, which was nice. My only disappointment was that there were visible cobwebs with insects in them above the door to one bedroom and in the inside dining room. Also items that were on the list of “starter supplies” were not there, no dishwasher soap, no Kleenex. Those are nits but for the money, they should have been on site. I would rent this condo again.
