We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully updated, clean, and comfortable unit. It’s conveniently located to a private beach for sunset views and daily swims and close to all the higher end resorts along the Wailea beach path which we walked to several times throughout our stay. This place was great! We stay in Ekahi every time we are in Maui which is at least once a year. This place was so comfortable, clean, fully stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. Honestly the pics don't give it justice as to how nicely appointed it is. The host was incredibly responsive and kind! We will book this one again.

Everything about the condo was great; from the location (very close to the beach!) and facilities (our toddler loved the pool) to how well equipped and comfortable we were staying there. Ken was a great host and was proactive reaching out before check-in and provided all the information we needed to get around the Ekahi village. On the last day of our stay, we got caught in the tsunami warning effecting all the islands. Ken was really awesome checking up and we were able to extend an extra night which was a lifesaver. We would definitely book to stay here again!

Loved this place, beautiful view easy walk to the beach and quick drive to a ton of other beaches. Less than 5 minute drive to great restaurants. Also had all beach essentials in condo. Only thing I wish they had was basic cooking ingredients like oil and salt, but store is so close. Definitely will be back anytime we go to Maui!

Came with family and stayed 9 days during a very hot week. The apartment is nice but slightly more dated than what the pictures show. We had a baby and unfortunately had to rent a pack n play/high chair/etc where other family had their condo come with these items. Also note that there are multiple AC units as opposed to one whole system, making it a bit of a pain to keep everything cool (especially during a very hot week). Property owners were super easy to work with. Would stay again

Great listing - the unit was close to main pool area and beach access, kitchen stocked well enough for family of four, bedrooms good sized, clean unit and property. Property management was very responsive to questions we had about the amenities when we arrived. I would definitely rent again.

Excellent Condo! The location is perfect. Two minute walk to the beach. We’ve stayed in building 20 before, it’s a great spot.This unit was clean, comfortable, and Christine is an excellent host and easy to work with. There was a small issue with an appliance, no one’s fault, and Christine was very easy and responsive in dealing with our needs.The bed was comfortable, and the beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids were great.We rented two units as we had a family gathering, location and unit was more than adequate!

Overall we loved this resort and the location of our condo and would definitely stay here again. The Good: -Close proximity to pool and beach-Owners were very responsive -Master King bed was very comfortable( In past reviews others have stated otherwise so maybe it has been replaced?)-Well stocked with paper products and cleaning supplies-Washer and Dryer were very nice and laundry detergent was suppliedThe Bad: -It could be cleaner, carpet did not seem very well swept and drawers were dusty-Living room furniture could use an update-Pull out couch and ottoman are probably best suited to children also sheets for ottoman had a large hole in them, my adult daughter ended up putting sheets on the couch (not folded out into bed) and it was comfortable for her.Overall great stay and would not hesitate to rebook this unit and will definitely stay at Wailea Ekahi again!

Everything was exactly as described and the unit was nicer than what the pictures illustrated. That was a pleasant surprise. Bonnie was responsive and her condo was thoughtfully stocked for guests. The closet had beach supplies like a cart to carry gear, towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and sand toys. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even had storage containers. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We actually enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend but unfortunately the unit was unavailable. Our kids had a blast. We would definitely go back!

We usually do a resort hotel in Maui but not anymore! This condo had all the amenities of a resort but with the added bonus of being able to grocery shop, no worrying about housekeeping coming in, and having the flexibility to easily come and go. My husband and I loved having 2 bathrooms so we could spread out our stuff! The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the beach and a pool. Parking was easy, quick access to shopping and restaurants, and a lovely view! We watched the 4th of July fireworks from the lanai. Don’t hesitate to book this property! We will be return renters.

Everything about the condo was wonderful! The inside was very cutely decorated and had everything we needed to cook, go to the beach, and just hang out. The house was so close to the pool and beach which was ideal with our son! The pool area was also great with space to eat or hang out. They were also very responsive if we had a question. We had a lovely stay here. Location was great as we were right in Wailea south of Kihei. There are several small pools, plus a pavilion at the large pool. Additionally, there is beach access right behind the pavilion, with a small parking lot. We opted to drive and park at the lot to access this beach as it was a bit of a hike downhill (thus uphill back to the condo). There is one pool close to this condo, a short 3 minute walk. The condo was well appointed with kitchen needs (cups, plates, etc.), and had extras like beach towels and beach chairs, as well as AC. The view from the main lanai was also wonderful. It is important to note that the condo is quite outdated and needs a refresh, including a fresh coat of paint and replacing the carpet which was quite crunchy. Feedback for the owner: the appliances are ok but the refrigerator was quite disgusting. It worked but had stains all over its exterior as if someone spilled bacon grease all down it. Many items were not functioning normally, including the soundbar, beach umbrella, and beach wagon. The GFCI in the kitchen often tripped as well, with only coffee pot plugged in. The water flow coming from the primary shower head was a drip. The washing machine also smells of mildew so unfortunately the towels, and any other laundered items, also smell the same.

The property was perfect for 2 couples as each bedroom had its own bathroom and privacy. Lanai was perfect, ocean view more distant than expected. We had a few maintenance issues but property manager was very responsive. The unit is very close to the “quiet pool” and beach and larger pool 5 minute walk down the hill. Landscaping was beautifully maintained and lush. Safe well located property. We would stay here again!

This place is terrific! The location is ideal, on one of the best beaches on the island and so close to restaurants and shopping in Kihei and Wailea. We loved the main pool and especially the covered pavilion right next to the beach. It was a short, scenic walk down the hill to the pool and beach. (The walk back up the hill, though, is a workout. But we embraced it as a necessary bit of exercise to "earn" our meals.) The condo is very well supplied. The view of the water from the kitchen and lanai is a delight. The bed and pullout sleeper are both comfortable. The decor is lovely. This unit is clearly very well maintained. We had stayed in a nearby resort on our last visit to the island, and this place is such a better experience at a significantly lower price. It was hard to leave. If we come back to Maui, we would put this place at the top of our list for lodging options.

A wonderful property. Quiet, very clean, and a fantastic location. We liked being close enough to walk to the beach. There was some road noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. The condo had everything we needed! We enjoyed swimming in the pool that overlooks the ocean. The property management was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we asked to add an extra day and the management promptly accommodated us. We hope to stay at this condo again on our next trip to Maui!
