So glad we stayed in building 29 because it had an ocean view, was 30 yards from the quiet pool and was only about a third of the way up the steep hill from the beach/main pool area. Spacious unit that was very well stocked. Had everything we needed (beach chairs, towels, etc). Didn't use the pullout but cooked a lot. Communication with Simone was great too. Morning walks on the beach and Wailea path were awesome every morning.

Easy entry, very clean well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, excellent location a 2 minute stroll just feet from the pool residing in front of the beach with partial views of the ocean. Beach chairs and towels provided. Hosts even provided complimentary Hawaiian snacks and treats on arrival too!

The room was even nicer than the pictures shown! It was clean, comfortable and only 4-5 minutes walk to the pool and beach. Beach chairs, an umbrella and other beach gear were provided. The complex was very quiet at night and we got amazing sleep while there! We would stay again.

Great frig/freezerThe lawn sprinkling system soaked the lanai table, chairs and carpet multiple times making the table unusable. Several of the chairs on the lanai are about to collapse. The shower floors are old and in need of cleaning as the grout is discolored.The televisions took some time to figure out how to use as there were too many control devices.

Outstanding property. Views were terrific. We had eight people sharing two condos and this one was the one we used to gather in each night for dinner and game time. Great entertainment space! Beautiful lanai with incredible views of the ocean and sunsets. We would stay here again!

The view was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a cockroach problem. They were in the kitchen and in both bedrooms upstairs. When I contacted the property owner, she stated maintenance would handle it. They sprayed Raid in the kitchen and said we could spray it upstairs if we wanted to. The treatment did not get rid of the bugs. For what we paid for a week in this rental, that was totally unaccpetable.

Although we didnt turn on the TV until the last night we were there, we found the 3 separate controls somewhat user-unfriendly. Not a big deal, but instructions would have been welcome.A/C sensors temperamental if sliding doors aren't shut tightly. Rental office very responsive to questions/needs. Wonderful place! We will be back!

This is a premium property in every way. The owner invested in central AC, powered blinds, German knives, etc. it is tastefully decorated and very comfortable all the way around. The communication from the hosts was top notch and the property itself was excellent! One of the best rentals we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The accommodation suited my family of 4 with a 3 yo and 6 mo very well. We did have to rent some pack and plays for the kiddos and there is no bath tub, but we knew that going into it and our kids are used to showers. We loved hanging by the main pool and having beach access. We went every day! Overall, would love to stay in this rental again in the future.

This Ekahi property is outstanding in every regard. It's located within a beautiful and quiet complex, there is a quiet pool nearby, and the pool and facilities at the Pavilion (short walk away) are top-tier (and not crowded). The beach is beautiful and relaxing and and you can often watch sea turtles near the rocks.The condo itself is comfortable and nicely decorated, with high-end linens. Great kitchen and patio, and the 2 bathrooms are very convenient. The owners are wonderful, attentive, and communication is quick and easy. This was our fourth time staying and we can't wait to return.

This was the perfect area to stay in. Walking distance and a short driving distance to every thing. 40A, was just as listed, everything was very clean and comfortable with many great items needed, coolers and beach items came in handy for trips to the pool or beach or day trips! Beautiful grounds well taken care of and sitting on the Lanai every morning for coffee and a cocktail at night was an added bonus! Bed was super comfortable felt like home. Bonnie was amazing to communicate with and gave us many suggestions for restaurants and places to see and do. Answered questions promptly and made us feel comfortable in the area and her home. Pool around the corner was perfect for a quick evening swim. Pavilion was nice to watch the sunset and leave snacks or beverages in the frig. Thanks again for sharing your place with us! This location was wonderful. 5 minutes from our favorite beach on Maui, Po'Olenalena. It is out of the busy part of Wailea, sitting right on the border of Kihei. The home is well appointed and had everything we needed for a perfect Maui vacation. We will be back!

The microfiber towels provided for beach use weren't great; buy some in town if you can. This unit is about as far from the beach as you can get at Ekahi, but the walk is wonderful. Although it said it had been remodeled, the kitchen cabinets date from when the condo was built. Sad to put a lovely new granite countertop on tired old cabinets that don’t close properly & have sticky soil on the doors. The passage doors to the bedrooms, too, are the original doors & distract from the upgrades that were done to the unit. We wouldn’t be in a hurry to rebook this unit.

Great stay, the location could not be better. Just a short walk to the beach and pool, with other pools located around the property. In a great location on Maui close to multiple beaches, restaurants and resorts, groceries/shops, and easy access to the airport.
