The unit was well equipped and was everything is was advertised to be. We have stayed at nearly every one of the complexes at Waikoloa beach resort through out the years and this one was one of our favorites. It is so close to shops and restaurants that we could walk there any time to enjoy a coffee, a meal or grab some groceries. The temperature of the pool was perfect and the complex was clean and well manicured.

This was our second stay at Fairway Villas and it this unit, in particular, was great! The host called while we were there and we had a great conversation. Allyson, the local concierge was terrific. A few glitches (lightbulb out, etc.) were handled immediately. The unit was impeccable; great furniture and decor. We loved it!

The property manager was really great and the unit was really clean and well stocked. We love the location and the amenities. The furniture is fairly old and pretty uncomfortable (lumpy beds, easy chairs that have broken seats, couch that you sink into without support). Luckily we spent most of our time at the beach or sitting on the balcony (those chairs were excellent). Would stay here again in a heartbeat if they got new mattresses and living room furniture.

The host was welcoming, but (first time with VRBO) we were expected to provide our own amenities after the first week. Our interaction with VACASA was poor. We had an issue with the refrigerator and by the own admission didn't communicate well. They never informed us that a tech had checked and determined the refrigerator was fine despite the error code for high temperature continuing after the check.

We had an amazing week! This location is divine- driest sunniest part of the island with great shops and entertainment near by and a lovely pool quiet pool area! The renter really understands the benefits of providing some amenities: ie beach toys, condiments in the fridge, a well equipped kitchen and good directions on where to go close by for fun! We are so very grateful for their hospitality and a great week!

The condo looked exactly as pictured - quality, comfortable furniture, including the bed. The woodwork is beautiful throughout the rooms and is in nice condition. The kitchen was equipped with kitchen tools, dishes, pots and pans and some condiments. We loved the view from the lanai, the semi privateness.The location is great - easy access to the King's and Queen's Villages and about a 12 minuted walk to the beach. The host agent was very friendly and accommodating! Easy to reach.

Good location. Combination of 10 numbers were inconvenient. Car front gate combination numbers were hard to see during the day. Ice box ice maker was making a loud noise. Carpet was dirty. AC vents were dirty. Good variety of kitchen amenities. Good beach amenities.

Everything was good except that the sofa and loveseat need to be replaced because they are broken down and very uncomfortable. We were sore and achy each evening. It would also be nice if you could supply some Zip-Loc bags so people could make sandwiches before they leave for the day.

House was as listed, the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first 4 days and was quite a struggle to get it fixed with concierge there 4 days in a row! Two days before we checked out when needing to do laundry before packing to come home the dryer had quit working but was easily fixed the next day! Perfect location to shopping, eating, beaches and access to the rest of the beautiful island! Would definitely stay again!

This rental property checked all the boxes for us! The property was clean and had all the amenities for a week long stay. The location is excellent! Very close to the local market in the Queens shops, were they had pretty much everything for food selections. I tried the Prime Rib Loco Moco - really good!! We brought our clubs and took advantage of the golf course that is on the property. Lava Lava Beach Club is a short walk away and is ideal for on the beach dining and watching the sunset. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and the management at Resortica were very helpful and answered all our questions we had. They provided detailed arrival and departure instructions. We plan to revisit in the very near future!
