Our vacation villa experience was excellent. The location is ideal. Communications with the host were prompt and helpful. The villa itself is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our relaxing week. Can’t wait to return on our next trip to the Big Island.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Fairway Villas. The location was perfect-great golf course view and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The condo is beautiful inside and had everything you could need for a great stay for a family or other group. Also—the beach equipment came in handy. Excellent communication with the owner, Ellen. Stayed in the Fairway Villas in Waikoloa, location is walking distance to pool, shopping, golfing, restaurants, beach and beautiful resorts to explore. There are many beaches and sites to see within 10-20 min drive. The accomodations were just as described, beds were super comfortable! Our group was 15 and we rented 3 places in Fariway Villas and it was perfect for our group as we could walk between the places in a couple minutes, meet at the pool and if anyone wanted to go shopping or for ice cream they could walk there in a couple minutes, driving was not needed, worked perfectly for our group. Will definitely be back!

The place was very nice and the scenery. It’s a condo in Hawaii and far from “hang loose”. Kona Vacations did fine but the complex property managers micro manage the complex. It’s over done. Multiple signs on the push button complex gate about no smoking, no fire works, no parking on others spots. One day me and my son were at the beach and my wife and daughter were at the condo. The assistant property manager accused them of smoking and wet rude. I then called the lead complex manager (Jim) he said it was his aassistant named Tim that talked to my wife. I let him know his assistant was rude and accusatory and where is the proof they smoked since they both don’t smoke. He said it may have been the other unit then and he had no proof and said there is nothing to worry about if they didn’t smoke.
Our checkout day was a few days later and a half hour before someone came through our outside front gate for some reason. He then looked in the window me and my son were getting dressed and packing. He was an older skinny guy with grey and and a mustache. I think it was the assistant property manager since he and another slightly younger taller husky guy with short hair was with him downstairs in the parking lot. The skinny guy had a painters plastic bucket. The cleaning crew saw them but didn’t know who they were. They knew the checkout time and that our car was parked in our spot so why he would creep around who knows since nothing was on the door. Beware!

Well stocked home with everything you would need. Appreciated the beach gear… things you want to use but not travel with.
I would highly recommend this property and the communication with the host was exceptional.

Condo is in a great location with walking access to restaurants, shops, golf, miniature golf, trails and more. The more adventurous types can walk to the beach from here, as well. Unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. Management staff was readily available to address a few small concerns during our stay. And you get to heckle golfers as they play past the back patio. ;)

The condo was great for our family of 4 and pretty much had everything we needed for our trip. The condo is a little worn and could use some fresh interior paint and a really deep clean and organize in the kitchen. King bed was comfortable due to a thick topper but the other beds could use some upgrades. Loft carpet needs o be replaced as well. It was great to have the coolers available for use. Pool area was nice, location was great and super convenient to everything. Only one beach chair was usable so we ended up having to rent a couple for the week but having the beach towels was appreciated. Overall we thought it was an excellent value and the sunsets from the lanai were perfect!

I highly recommend this condo. The location is great. The owners are easy to work with. This had everything we needed. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Good parking in the complex, access to the golf course. The local shops are walking distance including a great food market. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo had everything we needed. It’s walkable to so many restaurants and shopping. It is technically walkable to the beach but if you’re taking chairs and coolers and stuff it’s better to drive (which owners advised me beforehand! And I agree!!!) we were there at peak season so the pool and hot tub were always packed, but I love the fact that kids under 12 can’t go in the hot tub so we were able to sneak in for a relaxing soak briefly. Thanks for a great stay, you can’t go wrong with this nice spot and great hosts.

Great location, great views and comfortable for a week long stay with family. Kitchen was well equipped and even had a coffee grinder to grind fresh Kona coffee. Love the pool and grill area. The loft for the kids was great! One item I would ask for would be a few more beach chairs, although there is a surf shop in the Kings Shopping Center where you can rent them. Walk or drive to beach and cocktails a Lava Lava. Would absolutely stay there again. Mahalo!

4 of us stayed here in early December 2023 and it was amazing. If you are avid golfers and beach goers like us then this is the condo for you. Perfectly located on the golf course and within walking distance to the Waikoloa beach. Lanai has a perfect view of the evening sunsets. We played multiple rounds of member discounted golf and most evenings we walked to the Lava Lava restaurant for mai tai's. Condo is very clean and well furnished. Only drawback is the limited beach supplies that the owner is very upfront about in the booking process. Mahalo

If you chose to rent this property, I’d recommend documenting some video and photo evidence of the place at check in. We had a nice stay but after we got home we were charged hundreds of dollars for a damaged cooktop. We used the cooktop one time to warm up frozen vegetables. The irony of the situation was that because of flight delays and rescheduling, we were actually only in the unit 4 out of the 7 days we had it rented. When you add in the charges after we got home, it ended up being a VERY expensive 4 day stay. We had no recourse other than to pay the charge because we had nothing to prove we didn’t cause the damage. Fairway Villas is lovely and we’ve rented atleast 5-6 units here over the years and will be back in the future. We will chose another option next time.

Overall, very enjoyable. The closeness to shops, restaurants and 2 fabulous resorts made our stay very memorable. The property management company was very accommodating and quick to make sure all of our questions and needs were taken care of. The infinity pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice condo located very conveniently next to the Kings' Shops. Everything went very smoothly with the reservation and check in/out process. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need, the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our family of four.

The home is very cozy and clean with all the extras needed. There were snorkels and boogie boards and bikes! The home was clean and comfortable. The garage will only fit a small sedan. It is a very tiny one-car garage. The lock on the door does not have a deadbolt to lock the door from the inside just the code lock. The view is great and the loft is a nice bonus. Walking distance to the Queen and King shopping centers. Overall a nice place. I would stay again.

We loved your home. The home had everything and more, snorkel gear, beach chairs, fully kitchened appliances and condiments. Comfortable, large and quiet. Pool, near free beach and parking. Waikoloa is my favorite part of the big island. Away from town and the hustle etc.. but close enough to town for convenience.
