Welcome to Unit 323! This condo has an ocean view and was recently updated. Granite countertops in the kitchen & is equipped with everything you need for meal preparation. New tropical style living room furniture includes a queen sleeper sofa and a King size bed in the bedroom. Bathroom is accessible through both the hallway and the bedroom. Cable and high-speed internet is provided as well as ability to make local phone calls. A second TV is in the bedroom for guests to log in to their own Hulu, Netflix, Showtime or Amazon accounts. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience but there is also an on-site larger laundry facility. The elevator in the complex is located within feet of the front door of the unit for easy access.

Casa de Emdeko is an ocean front complex located on famous Alii Drive just 1.5 miles south of Historic Downtown Kailua Kona. This popular complex features two swimming pools (one is saltwater) and an ocean front man made beach area. The BBQ is located in the beautifully landscaped garden area and completes your Hawaii experience as you enjoy dinner with family and friends on the Cabana. Watch whales (in season), dolphins, sunsets and paddleboarders from the lanai or sit on the oceanfront beach area in the complex. The community is gated with an on-site property manager, along with a convenience store at the front of the complex.

Some of the experiences on the Big Island include viewing the active lava flow, seeing Mauna Kea Observatory (Fire and Ice), deep sea fishing, kayaking, seeing 10 of the world's 14 climate zones, visiting coffee and macadamea nut farms along with going to bakery's for malasadas. Kona is home to the world famous IRONMAN triathlon. The unit is stocked with everything you need to make your experience wonderful.
