Very nice one bedroom, one bath ground floor garden view condo unit A109 sleeps four. Updated kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a new refrigerator with ice maker. Fully equipped with automatic coffee pot, toaster, microwave, combination rice cooker/slow cooker, blender, mixer, and coffee grinder. Perfect as your home away from home.
Convenient ground floor unit is located on the south side of the complex and is accessible without using any stairs. Bedroom has a king size bed and the living area has a queen size sofa bed. Central AC, two flat screen TV's, washer dryer, cable and free high-speed WiFi is included. Mini-fridge in the living area is a convenient place to keep cold beverages just inside the sliding door to the lanai. Perfect for couples who like to cook or a family of four.
Casa De Emdeko is conveniently located approximately 1.5 miles south of historic downtown Kona. Visit the Hulihee Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, or Kamakahonu National Historic Landmark. Dine out at one of the many great restaurants. Just a short drive to either the north or south will reveal Hawaii's wonderful west coast beaches. The condo complex itself features two pools: a freshwater garden pool right outside the unit and a saltwater pool built on the very edge of the ocean. Next to the saltwater pool is a sandy sunning area with lounge chairs under tall palm trees which is a great place to watch dolphins swim by in the morning, the beautiful sunsets in the evening, or just sit and enjoy a good book anytime! Complex also features a small deli/convenience store located just outside the security gate.
This unit's lanai features new patio furniture and is right next to the fresh water pool and the beautiful tropical courtyard. The cabana area has three gas grills, patio tables with chairs for dining and tiki torches are lit at night. One unassigned parking spot is provided.
This is a non-smoking, no pets property. There is a 3-night minimum stay/10 nights during Ironman and Christmas. Hawaii Tax ID: 037-029-5808. Hawaii County recently introduced a vacation rental ordinance in April of 2019. This property's application was accepted, and certificate is pending.
