This island home with one bedroom and one bath is located on the third (top) floor, just two doors away from the elevator (there are no stairs to the unit from the elevator), has ocean and mountain views from a private lanai, central air conditioning and all , Wi-Fi and all the amenities and furnishings you need for a memorable stay. The grounds are lush with tropical landscaping and includes two community pools, a sunbathing ocean front beach, gas barbecue grills, and a large cabana with ocean views.

A convenience store and laundry facilities are on the site and the complex is within walking distance of the open air market place for gifts, produce, and Hawaiian apparel. Water features in the courtyard, lush flowering, tropical landscaping and the bird life will make your stay memorable.

Maintenance Notice: The Association will be renovating tower walkways with work scheduled to begin on approximately June 2020. The construction period is expected to last for approximately 2½ months. Stacks ending in 21-23 are scheduled. Various units throughout the complex will be undergoing plumbing work as well. Please inquire with KCV for details.
