Welcome to Casa de Emdeko #B221. This newly remodeled 900 sq ft unit is perfect for 2-4 people. The master bedroom has a comfortable California king bed with television. The living room has a new sleeper sofa that boasts a queen size memory foam mattress. The unit has WiFi and a large flat screen television for your use. The kitchen has all the appliances you need with stove, range, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water maker and other cooking items.

From this unit you look down on a beautiful inner garden and water fountain with gorgeous landscaping and a variety of birds that call Casa home. Your lanai (patio) has a wonderful sitting area as well as a high-top table for four for dinner or morning breakfast. From this unit, you have a partial ocean view. This second floor unit is close to everything (parking lot and laundry facilities) making it easy for car access. Parking is free. Only 150 yards from the ocean, your walk takes you through the garden area, past the first pool, down to a big cabana and bbq area where many guests congregate around sunset to have dinner and share stories. A second pool (saltwater), located on the water's edge is located next to a wonderful sandy sunbathing area under palm trees you can relax, read or catch the sun.

The best part, Casa is located at the 2 mile marker from town and many people walk, run or just hop on a bicycle and head down to the pier area. We fell in love on our first visit and bought this place. Relaxed, comfortable and friendly, Casa de Emdeko and the guests make this a wonderful place to stay.

Maintenance Notice: The Association will be renovating tower walkways with work scheduled to begin on approximately June 2020. The construction period is expected to last for approximately 2½ months. Stacks ending in 21-23 are scheduled. Various units throughout the complex will be undergoing plumbing work as well. Please inquire with KCV for details.
