Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Amazing views of sunrise, sunset. and turtles surfing the waves right outside the patio door. Comfortable bed, excellent AC and fans, beach chairs/umbrella and towels, and a responsive host made our stay relaxing. Beach and restaurants are in walking distance, some steps away! Rented a car through Turo to explore the island. We’ll be back!

This Unit was absolutely perfect! Jack & his Unit were great and had EVERYTHING one would need while on vacation. Location : ocean front, sunsets view daily, extremely clean, free parking, a/c, walking distance to stores &restaurants. Snorkeling steps away. I recommend & I will be back.

We love Kuhio Shores, especially the ground level condos. This was our first stay at 115 and we were very pleased with the beautiful renovations done (much to our surprise) and the central location of the unit. Jack was very helpful in allowing us to check in a bit early which made everything go so smoothly. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay at our favorite place. We will be booking 115 again and soon!

Wow! Just Wow!!! Everyone thing was just as advertised. The only problem, words can’t really describe how good it is. The condo location is perfect. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Beautiful beaches close by. Jack answered all questions quickly. There is just no way the stay could have been any better!

We have a lovely time staying in this unit. To our surprise the kitchen and bathroom has been remodeled and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is a great location and beautiful views from this first floor condo. Perfect for my wife and me for her birthday celebration. She just wanted to see whales and we did right from the lanai several times. Also, only a half mile walk to shops and restaurants. We will be back.

Truly can beat the location. Jack was great! We had a wonderful time. One of the e best parts was being able to sit on the couch and watch whales and turtles right out the front door.

We loved our stay at Kuhio Shores. It is our favorite thing to just walk out of the sliding glass door, onto the grass, 10 steps to the ocean. The condo was clean and our communication with Jack and Dorinda was seamless. Will definitely stay again.

So delightful watching sunrises and sunsets from the lanai. The breakers were magnificent and full of surfers (and turtles!). Centrally located for walking or driving to fun shops, restaurants, beaches and the wonderful beauty of Kauai!

Great location, nice size and perfect view. 1 con-- the washer and dryer is locked up in a closet and not available as stated. Bes is comfy but pillows are not. Bring your own. Other than that. amazing place.

We loved being on the first floor so we could walk right out onto the grass and enjoy the sun and surf in the day and sunsets and stars every night. Although they were included in the listing; there was no washer and dryer available but otherwise it was great and well equipped! The kitchen looks new and is very nice. We would definitely rent there again!

Everything in the listing is accurate but doesn't do the property justice. It was an incredible location and opening the windows at night allowed us to sleep to the sound of the crashing waves upon the shore. It was the best sleep I've had in over a decade.
The property was clean and well appointed. The construction of the building keeps the sounds of the neighbors to a minimum. Although there aren't laundry facilities in the unit, they are on the property and were convenient for the single load we did during our stay.
Jack was fantastic with communicating at the beginning, middle, and end of our stay.
We loved our vacation, and sunny Poipu at Kuhio Shores was the pefect launching point for every excursion we had.

Everything you see in the photos, and read in the description and reviews is completely accurate. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The condo was immaculately clean, literally 10 steps to the lava rock edge of the ocean, and with the windows open, the ocean sounds and breezes make the best sleeping conditions ever. The bed is definitely high quality and very comfortable. All the appliances and items in the kitchen were of excellent quality, too. Any kitchen tool you might need, they have it.
Every morning, I had breakfast on the patio and watched the sea turtles swim around the lava rocks. On our last day, I watched whales from the patio, too! I could see them spouting, caught glimpses of their backs, and caught on video a tail splash. It was amazing! I enjoyed pulling the outdoor lounge chairs to the edge and "beaching" right there.
I can't say enough great things about the condo. Don't look any further... you've found where you need to stay. Thank you so much to Jack and Dorinda for such an incredible place to stay!!

This condo was pure Heaven. I couldn't have asked for anything better. We had it all! The views, the surfers to entertain us and once Jack told us about the turtles we saw them constantly. The condo was clean, inviting and laying on the couch I got the best afternoon nap I have had since forever. The lounge chairs out the back were the best ones compared to the other condos. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a great location. I just can't say enough about our accommodations. I would never want to go anywhere else. I looked through the guest books and it is obvious others feel as we do, they are repeat visitors. Thank you so much, Jack and Dorinda. We will be back!

We rented this condo for our honeymoon. This condo was absolutely perfect! The view of the ocean was amazing. Waking up every morning to the amazing view was a dream come true! I would highly recommend this property!

We've stayed in multiple condo's over the years both south and north shores of Kauai. Jack and Dorinda's condo is the best south shore stay we've had! The location is perfect! Amazing snorkeling right next door, it was rather extraordinary to swim with the honu (turtles). The condo has everything you will need for a relaxed, comfortable stay. Such sweet music to fill the spaces of your days and nights! This place is fabulous! Once you stay here you won't want to stay anywhere else. You will appreciate the amazing oceanfront view from your lanai and the closeness you will feel to the vastness of the oceans ebb right in front of you even though the sandy beach is just a short walk to your right. The snorkeling just steps from your space is the best in the island! From the moment you walk in .. the space starts exceeding your expectation. Jack and Dorinda have thought of everything you could possibly need. From the fully complete beautiful kitchen appliances cookware utensils and dishes to the beach chairs and towels and most comfortable bed we have had the pleasure to sleep in .. you will not be disappointed in the amenities you will find here. You literally just need to bring your swim suit a few changes of clothes and an open heart ready to be filled with "aloha" to enjoy your time here! The condo was spacious beautifully decorated and furnished very clean and well maintained and in great working condition. We can't wait to go back again! Would we definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful space :-)

I'm not sure you can stay closer to the ocean in Poipu than this property. Every day we watched surfers and sea turtles from our patio and gorgeous sunsets every night followed by night sky gazing. There is a nice restaurant and small sand beaches with snorkeling next to the property as well as a shopping area only half a mile away. Jack went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a special one. We were so grateful to have found this place with generous hosts. It led to a truly amazing vacation! Mahalo nui loa!
