**Building Walkway Tile Replacement work is anticipated to begin demo at the C building on Monday, November 22nd. The complex management anticipate that it will take approximately three weeks to complete the demo at C building. They will start on the 3rd floor and work their way down. During the demo, occupants will continue to be able to access their units. Elevators may not be available during demo but can be reactivated as needed for guests that require assistance.

We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of this unit C203. The unit is however dated and tired. I don't believe it warrants the price they are asking until a few things are updated and replace. For example, two of the toilets you have to hold the handle down 20-30 seconds to properly flush. A few of the cabinet doors are on the verge of failing/breaking. A little TLC would go a long way.

As a general description of this unit, I would say it is “tired”. There are glass shelves in both bathrooms that need to be reinstalled. Some dining table chair’s upholstery needs attention. The worst part was that the carpet had spots ALL OVER it! Even the loveseat cushion had a big spot. Rather disgusting. The kitchen was fine. I wouldn’t recommend this unit to anyone!

Perfectly situated just a short walk from shopping and Waikoloa Beach, this home was absolutely stunning and a great fit for our family vacation. The unexpected inclusion of beach toys made it even more of a hit for our little ones! I fully expect we'll be back for our next trip, too.

Boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, three different coolers, walking distance from EVERYWHERE! It needs a few minor repairs but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed staying here. Peekaboo ocean and sunset views. We just enjoyed it a ton.

The Condo was spacious and the Lanai was wonderful. There were a few faulty kitchen appliances, but the management rectified those problems. Our main problem was with a bad smell fairly often when outside on the lanai or at the pool. It smelled like gasses from the sewer. The management was able not able to rectify the outside smell during our stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful experience in C-203. There was great communication from Vacasa regarding how to access the unit and other logistics. The place was very clean and well stocked--paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, basic toiletries, dish soap, etc, which saved us a bunch that we would've had to spend for those necessities. The outdoor area is spacious and a great place to eat outside or watch the sunset and the nearby pool has a depth of only 3.5' so it's reasonably safe for even smaller kids with some supervision. The beach is close, as are a number of shopping areas. We were also pleasantly surprised to find other "extras" in the unit, including sand toys, beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, etc. Vacasa checked in regularly via text to make sure everything was to our liking. We have stayed in a few different places and this one seemed to be the most professionally managed.

Condo is at a great location and we loved the close access to restaurants and grocery shops. The place is dated but fully functional. We loved the lani as it was a big hit with our group.

Excellent location close to beach trails and shopping in Waikoloa on A Bay, with two slices of ocean views…but this suite is in serious need of a renovation (apart from flooring and fridge, it is 30+ yrs original) and attention to details. Two of three toilets didn’t flush properly during our stay, the master shower requires Herculean strength to turn off and air conditioner is too noisy to run at night. Beach towels are tatty and bath towels are not far behind. For a suite that can sleep five or six, it is short on utensils and mugs. Master bed was very comfortable, no one slept in the twins but read other reviews for these. Chairs on the awesome lanai are okay but could be more loungers and better quality. The layout of this and other Vista units is amazing with so much space. When listed for sale, the unit will be snapped up by someone who can renovate it into a jewel. Vacasa staff stayed in touch and promised to see to plumbing and insect issues on our departure - Hawaii has bugs which are routinely treated but I fear new toilets and shower are the only answer to plumbing concerns.

The property is in a great location, very short distance to beach, shoreline and shopping. However the condo itself could use a little updating. The twin beds are very thin and uncomfortable, the master bed very firm and the pull out couch also had a thin mattress that made noise everytime you moved. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were outdated, bedrooms were ok but the kitchen could use some updates and a few more cooking supplies. If you are planning on cooking be prepared as there are limited cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Deck was very relaxing and the pool was very nice. There were stains on rugs and carpets upon arrival but otherwise floors were good. Living room was the best room in the house with comfortable updated furniture. The condo serves it's purpose however I don't think I would stay again unless they remodeled it.
