Kolea Villas are the ONLY condo/villa complex in Waikoloa with direct beach access (no need to drive or walk across roads to get to the pool or beach!) Our unit is one of the closest in the whole complex to the pool and beach, and has just been refurbished with brand new carpets and furniture. This is a 5-star experience that is not to be missed: a beautiful lanai opens to a large lawn area to expand your space. Enjoy the use of our well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Dine in the indoor dining area or open the movable glass wall and dine al fresco on the lanai. Let the kids run and play on the grass while you relax or use the outdoor kitchen with built-in Viking grill. Our master suite has a brand new California King bed, and a large en suite bathroom with a dual vanity, a large soaking tub and separate shower.
