Beautiful condo in a great area, Near the Kings Shops & Queens Marketplace, Lava Lava beach Club for a cocktail or meal with a gorgeous view. We enjoyed our morning walks around Waikoloa Beach Resort. The condo has a very well equipped kitchen including lots of spices etc. Lots of beach stuff in the storage, Covered parking was great as it was hot! We would love to stay again. MahaloR&T

Stayed here on a whim as I had some travel plans change lar minute. I was impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the condo. We used the beach and pool daily. Close to walk to shops with many options. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is in a great location and well laid out, tastefully decorated with lots of room for guests to move around. The kitchen was fully stocked with prep supplies and appliances. Loved the outside living space, several late evenings were spent outside there star-gazing. Beach club and bay access was excellent and within short walking distance. Would definitely consider re-booking this condo for future visits to the Big Island. You won't be disappointed.

This was a great place. Very well stocked, very clean. Pool and beach were a short walk away. A good variety of restaurants a short walk or drive away. It was a good place for our kids-bath tubs, short distance to a pool, friendly people all around.

Kolea location cannot be better. The building itself is at the very back of the community though still relatively close to the beach since the path to the beach is at the same side. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was no ocean view at all while somehow from the pictures we expected to have some partial view from the balcony (perhaps we just did not look close enough). Similarly, can clearly see from the picture there is no dining table on the balcony, but we somehow expected one - would be very nice to have and most of the other condos seem to have one. Otherwise a well-maintained condo (well, sheets on one of the beds had some stains hence 4 stars but we were planning to buy and use a new set from local Costco anyways). Enjoyed the grill a few times. Could not figure out how to turn on showers on the first night. :) This is the only occasion we needed to call the manager and they were immediately helpful (just pull the knobs from the wall harder :) ). Compared to some other condos we stayed before, parking is very convenient, very close and covered which makes your car not hot at all when you decide to go somewhere in the middle of the day. Also compared to some other condos, expected a bit more beach stuff like beach chairs, beach umbrella maybe, but none were in the condo.Overall, a very nice stay, we would be back though would prefer something beach front... Well, looks like most if not all beach front properties in Kolea are much bigger (4 bdrm?) so this is still a nice one.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The condo was clean and spacious as depicted and the location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and pool. We loved our stay here, the kids didn’t want to go home, and can’t wait to come back someday!

This condominium is beautifully furnished and had all of the amenities and supplies we needed. The location of the Kolea condominiums in Waikoloa is exceptional. It's just steps to beautiful A Bay. The pool and jacuzzi were picture perfect with views all of the way to A Bay. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants. And the property manager was very easy to deal with. We would most definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and in great condition. The Lani was comfortable and the BBQ was very nice to have available. The manager was always available and responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices and oil. The only thing that might make it better would to have more seating in the living room, the sofa is a little cozy for 3 adults. The pool is great for families. We enjoyed the condo very much.

We enjoyed Kolea #16E. The property and location of Kolea is amazing. This unit was immaculate and had everything you could want available for use while in Paradise. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, boogie boards and even the bathroom scales to weigh our luggage.Enjoyed the location of being so close to beach and shopping.We hope to come back!

Kolea is one of our favorite spots to stay, so close to A Bay. This condo was great - very comfortable and well-supplied - full sized shampoo & conditioner and more TP than we could use.
Having the grill on the lanai was so convenient - just wished there was a bigger outdoor table to eat our meals there.
Nothing was lacking in the kitchen - loved the Brita water pitcher and the well-stocked spice cabinet. We also were impressed with choices for wine glasses.
We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels and snorkel/fins every time we walked to A Bay. Only had 1 pool card and our gate code didn't work on arrival - this was quickly fixed by our on-island host.
Already looking forward to returning to Kolea in April for Lavaman (fingers crossed it won't be postponed yet again.)

We absolutely loved our stay here at this condo! It had everything you need, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. The beach was a 5 min walk, plenty of places to walk and explore. Walking distance to all the shops near by. The condo was quiet and peaceful. The whole condo felt brand new, it was a perfect vacation and we will definitely be coming back to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kolea! The condo is nestled towards the back of the complex but it’s right next to the walking path that takes you to the beach! The garage unit is full of anything you would need for the beach and made staying at the beach very enjoyable! The kids loved the boogie boards! Easy walk to luaus and restaurants … and not too far from Kona for more things and Target. Highly recommend!

Good experience staying in 16E, very responsive property manager. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were comfortable and the patio furniture was comfortable. We spent many hours out on the lanai when we were “home”. Would stay again.

We had the most amazing week here in Hawaii, this condo was everything plus more! All the kitchen items you would need to cook an entire meal, prep, clean, appliances are high end, towels were provided, washer and dryer nice to have in unit. The location was perfect, short walk to beach and the famous Lava Lava Restaurant, access to private pool, small cardio gym. I wish we could have stayed longer and would not hesitate to book this again in the future.
