Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2023 and 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.
Waikoloa Beach Resort Gold Membership Golf benefits (discounted tee fees at the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses).
Fees are $80.00 per person, per round prior to 11:00am and $60.00 per person, per round after 11:00am. There are three 9-hole courses (Kings Nine, Lakes Nine and Beach Nine). Guests can combine two courses for a total of 18 holes. Golf Club Rentals are $25.00.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in a covered carport stall. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Community swimming pool.
Hot Tub: Community hot tub.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Yes. Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom.
WIFI: WIFI included.
Linens: All bed, bath linens and beach towels provided.

Kolea 16B a highly desired 2nd floor unit offers stunning garden and mountain views in the highly desired vacation resort area of the Waikoloa Beach Resort with direct beach access to Anehoomlau Bay and beach.
Kolea is a gated condominium community adjacent to Anaehoomalu Bay in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Located nearby the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. The Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Courses run throughout the resort. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 5 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from Kolea.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Very nice, quiet location close to everything in Waikaloa. Our family had a great time snorkeling, exploring the pool at the Hilton and on site, as well as, having some great food at Lava Lava. Great family trip overall.
Lovely setting, great 2br/2bath condo quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac.
All as advertised, with thoughtful appointments of the necessities for a traveling family.
Not convenient to the Hilton hotel/resort facilities - our only quibble. But includes access to a very nice private beach club with small pool, hot tub, kiddy splash pond and fitness room. Perfect for families with older kids who don’t “need” a Disney-esque water park.
Rate this highly for a nice blend of comfort and convenience!
Overall a good stay, close to shops and beach. Highly recommend Kolea for your stay in Kohala!

4 mamas and some littles over Mothers Day Weekend. Great stay. Property was beautiful and came equipped with everything we needed and beds were super comfy. Hilton Pool Day Pass a +++! And the beach access to A-Bay was so convenient.
Water pressure and temperature was a little low. But other than that, the only recommendation would be to supply a map of the property in the unit or on the confirmation email/app (had map of Hilton property but not Kolea). At least i searched and couldnt fine. Had to pull it up on google. No big deal - would just be a nice convenience. Great stay! Thanks so much!
We had a great stay at 16B. It was enough room for our family. The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. I wish the listing made it a little more clearer that Hilton Resort is a drive away, then to get to any of their pools is another long walk or boat/train ride if you are lucky. So with a little kids it was a lot of driving/walking back and forth and it took awhile. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
Condo is beautiful and exactly as seen online. Location is perfect - right between the Marriott and the Hilton with closer access to the Marriott. Highly recommend Hawaii Calls pool bar/restaurant at the Marriott!
This is our 4th stay at Kolea. Only needed 2 bedrooms this trip and this property was perfect. Nice master bedroom and bath. The guest room with 2 queen beds and 2 separate sink/counter areas in the bathroom was perfect for two adult family members. Kitchen, living room and lanai as described and met our needs. Hope to return next year.

The location is amazing - steps from one of our favorite Lava-Lava beaches, stores nearby, access to Hilton’s lagoon (ideal for little kids) and pools, Marriott within a three-minute walk for breakfast.
The apartment is very spacious and nice, convenient and well-maintained. A very smooth check-in process and all the instructions very simple to follow.
The only cons were the following: old air conditioning system that can’t provide an even temperature throughout the apartment - one of the bedrooms was a lot stuffier and hotter while the other one was cooling off very quickly.
The shower holder was loose and the shower wasn’t staying in place. The tea kettle was not electric and in a very bad condition (rusty or dirty) - unusable .
Loved the property grounds. The pool and sandy waterfall area for the children was perfect to relax and play. Our accommodations were the nicest Iʻve ever been in Waikoloa. Very clean and the kitchen and appliances was more than we expected. Bed comforter was so soft and comfortable and bed was perfect in firmness. Bathrooms were very spacious in both rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would love to visit your property again!! Mahalo nui!!

overall, very nice. I would have preferred to get the check out instructions at the same time I received the check in instructions. I was with my family and doing events, so did not read my emails until I got home. There were a couple other minor issues, but overall - pretty good.

This property was easy to book and was as beautiful as the pictures showed. The managers were quick to reply when we had answers or questions and were very friendly and helpful.
This was a very nice place. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it. It was in a good location to the pool and the beach nearby. The parking outside is yours and you don’t have to search for a parking spot. Only comes with one beach umbrella and three of the six chairs where the normal tall camping chairs not beach chairs. I have mentioned this to the management company. For six people I think there should be at least 2 umbrellas and six camping chairs.
This property was everything it advertised and more. We had more than enough space for our family of 4 (and the dual vanities in the second bathroom kept my teenagers with more than enough of their own space), anything we could need in the kitchen and an easy walk to the beautiful pool and beach.
This was a perfect area to base ourselves out of and we would book again in a heartbeat!
