We stayed in 6D for 4 nights. The house was very nice and spacious for 2 couples. The open concept of the kitchen/living room and lanai were very nice. Even though we were on the ground level, we were able to see the water since there was an empty lot across the street. We happened to be there during an Ironman Competition (women only). We were warned on the first day that the road would be closed for the day but it was a great excuse to hang out and snorkel at the beautiful bay. It was awesome to go up to road and see these incredible women go past us on their bikes. We were very happy with our stay and hope to be able to visit again soon.

The ground floor condo is well appointed, clean, and peaceful. Located on the coast between the Marriott and Hilton you have access to a turtle filled beach, coastal trails, and a pool. The condo itself has everything you need for trips to the beach including chairs, a wagon, snorkel gear, umbrellas, and towels. The house is stocked with spices, condiments, and tons of kitchen tools. The condo is spacious and was perfect for our short family trip at the end of summer. Also the property manager was quick to reply to any questions and was very sweet.

This property has everything and more than you can ever dream of. There is a stunning lanai with a beautiful view of A-Bay. A chef's kitchen to enjoy with spacious living area and bedrooms. The condo is well equipped for all your outdoor Hawaii adventures. Check-in was a breeze and the property management was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing view of Waikoloa Bay and great location near Kings/Queens Market. Family had a wonderful time with beach and pool a short walk away. Definitely the best place on the Big Island. Mahalo!

The place was amazing! Just about every morning we walked to the beach and snorkeled in Anaehoomalu Bay. We were able to cook and grill in the house. Driving to other parts of the island like Volcanoes National Park or Mauna Kea was easy. Our stay was everything we had hoped for.

We had a great stay in Waikoloa! Check in was very easy and the early check in was much appreciated. 6D had all the amenities we needed and the fruit basket was a nice touch! Only negative we have- carpet was stained and pretty worn. We will visit again!

This is a beautiful and well maintained neighborhood. The condo is very close to the pool and beach. You are also able to see the ocean from the patio. The kitchen was very well stocked and made cooking meals so much easier. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can’t go wrong with this condo. I hope we can come back again.

It was a great property. It’s well maintained and stocked with almost everything you need for cooking, or going to the beach. It was also close to the pool and the outdoor grill was a great addition. The fruit basket on arrival was a nice touch.

We had a great stay at your condo! The location was amazing -- close enough to easily walk to King's Shops, Queens Marketplace and A Bay. Although we didn't stay long enough to take advantage of it, the beach club had a nice gym and pool as well as private access to A Bay. The condo itself was beautiful - very clean with plenty of amenities and a view of A Bay from the back porch. Overall, we would highly recommend it and would love to stay here again if we're back on the Big Island!

I highly recommend this condo for your vacation. It's a beautiful place in a quiet area. We were all very comfortable. Easy to check in and out by ourselves and had everything we could have wanted with access to so many things to do. Work out room, pool, and hot tub just steps away. Walking distance to either Marriot or Hilton, beaches, bike rentals, shopping, shave ice, Starbucks, restaurants, golfing, and petroglyphs. My only complaint, which is minor, would be about the bed in the master. The bamboo sides made for more effort getting out of bed but if you're young or in good shape, you probably wouldn't notice. My husband would complain that the master tv wasn't working, but I view that as a positive!
We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 10 days with my family. Great location…. Immaculate…. very nice… very comfortable… great layout… high-end kitchen… well stocked…. everything needed for very easy living. Especially loved the wide open access to the patio- first floor also a plus. If I return to the Big Island within a doubt I would try to stay in this unit at this property.

We were happy we made this choice as it met most of our needs…..a view of the ocean and easy walk to get there, lovely grounds and lawn for our teens to play ball, beautiful condo and a great lanai where we spent most of our at-home time. We had a ground floor unit and enjoyed being able to walk onto the lawn for star viewing. The only drawbacks were that our daughter and son-in-law’s room and bathroom were too small for comfort. We also had the shocking experience of having a master shower wall “explode” spontaneously. Glass flew everywhere but we were not in the room at the time so no one was hurt. Wendee was responsive in arranging to have it replaced and fortunately we left the next morning so it was not an inconvenience. Despite this, it was a wonderful visit!
