Kona Pacific A307, at approximately, 879 sq.ft., this large one bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers an open concept kitchen/living area and is located on the top floor. Conveniently located near the pool but not on top of it so you will enjoy quiet relaxation. The lanai offers partial ocean and mountain views.
Newly remodeled bathrooms, new air conditioners, new window treatments, new tile floors and newly painted! There is a fully equipped kitchen and an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. The bedroom contains a Cal-King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom is available as well as a sofa sleeper in the living area to accommodate additional guests. There is one assigned covered parking space in the parking structure for your use.
Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Alii Drive, and an easy walk to Honl's Beach.
