A large wall A/C unit provides cool air for the living areas.
Enjoy the convenience of a newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen (includes blender, coffee maker, cookware, microwave, cooking range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, rice cooker, ice maker, and toaster) and a spacious breakfast bar area. Cook yourself a wonderful meal then sip your coffee or enjoy your Mai Tais on the oversized private Lanai, (complete with cushioned seating), attached to this unit.
Adjacent to the kitchen and living space is a comfortable master bedroom equipped with a full bathroom. This unit can easily accommodate a family of 5 as there is a twin size roll-away readily available in the unit.
