Our family had a wonderful two week stay in Kihei for Christmas. The condo complex was very quiet and clean. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, and stocked with everything one needs for a beach holiday (beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers). Conveniently located a short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and other amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was a great condo with the beach a 2 minute walk away. Perfectly located in the heart of Kihei we were able to walk to the grocery store, food trucks, shave ice and multiple coffee spots. The home was beautifully remodeled. Not like don't want to touch anything so nice, but like I want my place to look like this nice. Great communication with the hosts and manager as well. We will be back!

This property is well maintained and clean with an excellent location. There is a short 3 minute walk to a nice little beach, a grocery store just behind the property, and several places to eat in walking distance. It is a short 5 minute drive to some additional park beaches in the area. In addition, if you would like to get to some bigger box store for supplies in Kahului it is an easy drive with a nice highway. I highly recommend this location.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay! One of the few vacation rentals that had freshly renovated interiors and close to new kitchen appliances! Had a small incident with regards to fixing one of the appliances but hosts were quick to remedy the situation! Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely consider this place again!

This two bedroom condo has been totally renovated and a pleasure to stay in. Kihei Garden Estates is an older complex but if you want to stay here you should rent this unit! Both bathrooms have showers with an overhead shower head and wand. There are beach chairs, pool noodles and coolers in the unit to take to the beach. We enjoyed the complexes pool,hot tub and BBQ area as well. There are great restaurants within a five minute walk at the Azeka shopping mall (Coconuts, Miso Phat sushi, Nulus, Thai place). The beach by the Kihei Garden Estates is also only a 5 minute walk. We also found the coin operated laundry in our building convenient to use. The communication with the owners and the on island property manager, Sherie, was also excellent. The ad and pictures for this unit are totally accurate to what you get. I have no hesitation in recommending this unit.

It was a wonderful vacation. Very clean property that is well taken care of. Our family stayed in another condo in the same building and it was so nice to have family time at the common area. Upstairs gets hot but the fans helped. Thank you for a wonderful 10 days.

Really nice. Pictures on website are exactly what you get. Close to beach as stated. The only thing that was marginal was the AC. The master loft area stays extremely warm. Downstairs was very comfortable with the AC and ceiling fan going. The loft was very warm even with the AC, ceiling fan, and the 2 additional fans that were provided, going full tilt. A suggestion would be to have the loft fan be able to spin faster. Seemed that it is maxed out on low speed.
Other than this, loved the property and would definitely stay again

This is our 4th trip to Maui in 10 years and the best of all the condos we have stayed at. Daughter could walk to the gym every day, other daughter walked to the beach, literally 200 steps from the condo. We walked to Times grocery for late night snacks and the best fish tacos were at Amigos, again, right around the corner. The unit was absolutely perfect for my husband, myself and 2 adult daughters. A/c and ceiling fans were just enough to keep the unit cool. Beds were comfy, shower was awesome and clean. I literally can't say enough great things about this place. I think we are booking again for the same time next year. On site Manager was very responsive for the small questions we had througout our trip. Thank you Barkers!!

We enjoyed the pool and location. Property manager Wally was a beauty. There was little bugs on counter that made it less enjoyable but we made the best of it. They brought ant traps but they didn’t work. We had to keep everything in the fridge and cook fast. It didn’t matter how much your wiped they just showed up. We had a few minor issues but the manager helped us right away. She was fantastic. All in all we had a great time.

Our 23 day vacation at this condo was terrific and very enjoyable. The condo and Kihei are a great location (walking and/or driving) to everything and anything you'd want or need. This was the perfect location for our get away. The kitchen was just the right size for all four cook some of our meals. It was nice to have the BBQ to use (even if you have to wait - everyone if friendly and chatty). The bedrooms worked for two couples. We pushed the twin beds together. The bedding was nice and the matresses comfy. The AC didn’t seem to really cool off the space. The loft was toasty with no windows to open. Ocean/beach was a block away. We couldn’t see it but could hear from the deck. Beautiful beach walks in the morning (even with a sea turttle beaching herself in the sun). Would go here again.

The condo was excellent to stay at for a family of four. And the owners will do anything to help you during your stay. The only thing is that if you have young kids that want to play in the pool like normal kids, the pool rules won't allow that. Which are out of the owners control. The pool rules are basically for older ones to keep the noise down.

My wife and me were really amazed and how welcoming it felt from the moment we showed up. They had many supplies to help us start our trip out with as well as chairs , sand toys for the kids and ice chests to use for outing. This condo was close to the beach. It was a 2 min walk! The community pool was a 1 min walk and could be seen from the lanai. The floor plan was great for my family.

We loved our stay at this condo. The remodeling the owners did was beautiful! The AC in the main room was cold and we had all the utensils/cookware we needed. I highly recommend this condo for your visit to Maui. Kihei was a good central location too.

This is completely remodeled 2 room apartment. Very nicely furnished, lots of space and a great garden and pool view.
The pictures don't do justice to how nice it is. The kitchen is fully Stocked with utensils and cooking items. Nice touch are the beach chairs, unbrella and towels. Everything you need for a day at the beach. It has lots of storage space for clothes. Has free wifi.

Beautiful property, nice pool area. Well equipped and very clean unit. Quick walk to see the sunset at the beach. Location is great if you want to be away from the bustle and don’t mind a walk into the more active area of Kihei. Bus and grocery is close by and some great coffee shops are a few minutes walk away as well. We didn’t have a car rental, just walked and Ubered. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a week. The unit has what you need with a bit more of what you want when cooking. Great AC. We took our coffee each morning the short block to the beach at the end of the road. Magical. We stayed with our adult daughter and her boyfriend. There was plenty of space and privacy. We’d come back here. My kids loved the condo pool. My husband is a master’s swimmer and walked the 6-blocks to the public pool which he said was the nicest lap pool he’s been in. That’s free. The public beaches are near by and all have clean restrooms and washing stations. There are four nice beach chairs which we used each day and lots or picnic type of stuff there. The location is central to all beach things. Highly recommend.

The location was a short drive from the airport. We loved having a gun with spin classes, grocery store and restaurants all within walking distance. There are several beaches nearby and going further south you’ll find some wonderful state parks. I prefer this part of the island compared to Lahaina due to the more local feel.
The property manager is very accommodating and ensures that guests have everything they need!

We planned a ten-day stay on Maui (our first time) with snorkeling, scuba, horseback riding and other activities. Kihei was a good central location. It was myself, my wife and our 19 and 16 year old kids. The condo was a perfect size and well set up for cooking and hanging out. A two minute walk to the grocery store and the Azkea mall with lots of food options made things easy. Lots of turtles at the beach. Great condo for our trip.

The property was excellent! The pictures for this listing showed a newly updated spacious condo. The reality was even better than we anticipated. The owners had every question answered with a detailed binder.
The beach is located a very short walk from the front door and it felt like a semi-private beach with very few people. Swam with turles every day! Sunsets were spectacular. It was paradise for this family of four (2 adults and two older teens).
Excellent restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store next door. If you prefer a busier beach day with lots of activity, it's only a five minute drive away with even more great restaurants in that area.
Lastly, I'd like to mention the value of this property compared to a hotel. At the time we were looking, this property came in at the same price or lower than one standard hotel room with two queen beds. For our family, there was no comparison. We had so much more room to spread out and relax. Definitely found our Aloha here!

Location was excellent - located in Kihei short drive to restaurants & short walk to the beach. Kihei Garden Estates was quiet, private, and a nice complex. Unit is recently renovated and updated decor/vibe. We had some issues with the wifi but the owners were helpful to try to resolve.

We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Maui which was topped off by the perfect 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Kihei. The four of us were able to spread out, enjoy the accommodations and cook our own healthy meals vs being crammed into one or two hotel rooms for a week. The airport and Costco were just about 20 minutes away and the well known South beaches are just 10-15 minutes away...or you could just walk to another beach in 2 minutes...or the grocery store in 2 minutes. The condo is impeccable, the grounds are gorgeous and the guests were all so friendly; many of them meeting at the pool or hot tub each night to hang out.
