We very much enjoyed our trip to Kihei at this place. The condo was spacious, updated, and the AC kept the place cool. The dishwasher was a bit dirty & there were lots of ants on the complex (at times in the condo), but other than that, no complaints!

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The apartment has every day kitchen utensils, toaster, and other obvious utilities. I wish they mentioned that the apartment also has beach mats, cooler, 4 chairs and a beach umbrella. Some books and boardgames as well!
The apartment has single AC in the main hall and that cools down the lower bedroom too. Surprisingly it doesn't cool down the loft bedroom on the top floor quickly.
The community has a clean pool and jacuzzi, and right next to the grocery store and one block away from the beach, very convenient!

We love staying at the Kihei Garden Estates as it's walkable to a beach, grocery store and several stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are also a bonus. We liked this particular condo as we easily fit our two kids (bunk beds), ourselves (sofa bed) and my in-laws (master bedroom).
Being a family-friendly condo, it would have been nice if there were stools in the bathrooms as our kids couldn't reach toilet or sink, or kid friendly kitchenware. A drying rack would also be handy as we were constantly drying stuff on the patio furniture. And just a note, the sun hits the patio around noon until 7 pm and it gets HOT. That can be good or bad depending on how much you like the Hawaiian sun.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great experience with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that would have made it even better was having coffee and tea available for guests. It would be a nice touch. Other than that, we were happy with our experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the pool is clean and well kept.

Great condo for our family. Grandparents, daughter and 2 grandchildren. Had plenty of room and was well stocked with supplies. E.g., shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish detergent, trash bags etc. Also the condo was very well cleaned and supplied with enough linens for our group. In a great location close to some restaurants and shopping. Also close to a beach and has a wonderful heated pool and hot tub.

Very well maintained property. Condo is in great shape, kitchen well stocked and spacious. Beds are super comfy and I was impressed with the sheet quality in both rooms. We were however disappointed that there wasn’t a cooler or beach umbrella, so please plan on renting those. Pool is great and you are in super close proximity to the beach where you can see turtles daily.

Kitchen was fully stocked and beach/water gear was available. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. Spy a mango tree or two, spotted doves, and red-crested cardinals from the balcony!Close proximity to beach access. Just 1 block down. Quiet, respectful neighbors. Only minor issue was that the dishwasher was not secured well and so we had a difficult time getting it to run. We let the management company know so they could look into it. Couple of areas that could be improved: the air conditioning did not work for the time we were there (we called to have it fixed, but it never really improved). Some very nice things about this small condo are: the location- only 1/2 block to a very nice beach; feels private & quiet even tho it is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, etc.; the bathrooms are very clean & well appointed with towels & products; the kitchen is nice (except the dishes in the cabinet had been put away dirty) & has a good variety of dishes, cooking utensils, & pans. The small lanai is over the pool, but still has a garden view. There were 3 beach chairs available & some wave boards.
With only myself & a friend, the small living space was fine. Make note that the larger bedroom is in an open loft & is subject to any noise & lights from downstairs. The large two story windows provide openness to the loft.
There were 4 nice beach towels & nice linens.
The sad notes: The overstuffed furniture does not feel clean; the decor factor is nonexistent if you care about a nice ambience; both of the bedroom carpets need to be replaced; the mattresses are ok - not good, but not totally uncomfortable; and the downstairs bedroom, overlooking the parking lot, is very small & could really use a nightstand.
Would I stay here again? Yes, because I always brings sheets to cover the couch & sofa & I know what I'm getting with the bedrooms. The positive things about this condo are good!

This condo had everything we needed for a few nights' stay. The living room area and kitchen were well equipped. Upstairs bed was very comfortable and two bathrooms in the unit was a big plus. The second bedroom downstairs didn't have beds made which was a little odd, and was bare as far as decor goes. The property itself outside of the unit was tired but we didn't spend much time there which was fine. The area of the condominium is close to shopping centers and a beach around the corner - we definitely felt more in town than around resorts. Kihei did have good restaurants and bars close by. Thanks for a nice stay!

Overall met our needs for the stay. Walking distance to beach and lots of food and shopping. Some Neighbors not as nice. “We are owners here” attitude while others were very welcoming. Quiet time hours listed are appropriate however owner neighbors complained at 7:34pm. We took photos as time proof. We were celebrating a birthday and the 3 of us were dancing to 3 songs before an owner out in jacuzzi complained. We wrapped it up and went to celebrate at the Tiki Bar which was close. There was a missing towel rack and wall damage along with a small bleach stain in the carpet. We reported these with the sign in process for car. Again overall a good stay!

My family of five spent eleven days here. The downstairs room was perfect for my three kids, with lots of closet space and dresser provided. The kitchen was well equipped and even had cooking supplies stocked... cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filters, etc. The condo was the perfect size for my family, providing enough room and privacy. The location was perfect and was close to multiple beaches and restaurants.

This was our first stay in kihei and we found it to be close to many restaurants and beaches. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool cleaned daily. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach within 1 minute and restaurants at the Azeka shopping center within 2 to 3 mins. About a 20min drive to lahaina town for shopping. And 20 mins to walmart and target. Also the condo is directly behind times grocery store whic h.c made things very convenient! Beach chairs and beac hbk towels provided. Overall great stay and I have already booked another trip this year with this company. Would nightly recommend.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of four! We stayed for 8 nights and loved every minute of it.
The condo was stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags for our entire stay which we greatly appreciated.
It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was perfect for our two boys to play!
The pool at the condo as well as the condo grounds were incredibly clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

To be honest, I'm writing this with a heavy heart - I would love to keep this place our secret for the futures times we'll visit Maui. The condo is in top shape, beautifully remodeled, clean, and perfectly located (2 minutes walk to a beach from which you can watch the most amazing sunsets). Parking situations is good, the pool and hot-tub were a big hit, along with the bbq area. The people in the community were so friendly, we and our kids made new friends. A few issues I should point out (not deal breakers but any stretch of imagination, but could be improved by the property management team):- It would've been appreciated if the place was a little more stocked with the basics. We came for almost 2 weeks, and there was only one garbage bag. Handful of dishwasher pods, tiny bottle of dish washing liquid. One capsule of laundry detergent. Couple of soaps/shampoos in each bathroom. Coffee for a couple more days. If you have guests that are coming for a longer stay, consider stocking the place up accordingly (worth noting that I did called out some of these things during our stay and they delivered a couple more garbage bags to us). - Vacuum doesn't work (it makes noise, but doesn't vacuum). Makes it harder to keep the place sand free.- Downstairs bathtub cork doesn't work (my younger one still takes baths, so I had to improvise).- One fan/light remote is missing, another had a depleted battery. - The provided wifi password was wrong. - very basic beach gear - 3 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. (in some other rentals I've seen more elaborate stuff, such as snorkeling gear, boogie boards, coolers). Overall we had a great stay, and we would definitely love to stay in this rental unit again in our next Maui visit, and would definitely recommend it to a fried. Mahalo!

Beautifully remodeled and great location! I absolutely loved the look of this condo. It was very clean, modern and well equipped for all that you need. The master bedroom was really comfortable but unfortunately I can’t say the same for the second bedroom with bunk beds and pull out couch. It was disappointing that the condo next door was under construction. We had to battle for parking with the construction workers. The loud banging and sounds made it extremely difficult to enjoy ourselves. It started at 7:45am and continued non stop well into the evening. This was our first family trip to Maui and we paid good money to stay here. We would have never booked this unit knowing we were going to be caught in the middle of construction.

We enjoyed a beautiful wedding at Olowalu Plantation House, went on a sunrise whale watch (with Pacific Whale Foundation - highly recommend!!) and attended a luau in Lahaina. Our stay at KGE E-202 was wonderful, too. The condo is in tip-top shape; we will absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family. My only complaint was that several wine glasses and plates were cracked or chipped. They should be replaced.

Always a great place to stay and the condo was the nicest we have stayed at in the Kihei Garden Estates property. Even though there was construction all around the property due to solar panel installs, the workers were very respective of the tenants privacy and start and finish times.The property managers are awesome and keep the property, pool and BBQ areas 10 out of 10. Hopefully the Canadian dollar rebound or the prices of the units revert back to the 100-125 CDN per night or we may have to travel to the Caribbean or Mexico next year.

The unit was perfect and clean and everything we had hoped for. It was a great view of the pool to watch the kids play. Really everything was in order. Had all the necessities we needed for a week in paradise. Besides the locked door in the unit we questioned daily, which I am assuming must have been a maintenance closet of some sort, we had no concerns. We all slept comfortably. great a/c unit kept things cool when needed. However upstairs room got quite muggy if the fan wasn't going. Good location. Walking distance to Town Market and also a little beach we discovered locals going to watch the sunset each night. It was perfect for our family of 5.
