The rental was modern and very clean. Only one block away from the beach with beautiful sunrise and sunsets every day. Management was very friendly and helpful. Loved looking at the view in the back by the pool. It had all the amenities we needed and more. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location!!! restaurants and grocery store on the same block. Beach is across the street. Apartment is on a quite street off the Main Street. Would stay again. Apartment pictures are accurate liked the 2 story set up for privacy.

This condo was in the perfect location to see and do many fun things on the island. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo including beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed as well to prepare meals. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfy living room, and nice, comfy beds. Mature plantings, including a massive mango tree! 2 minute walk to the beach. Lovely lanai with a couple of resident Zebra doves to keep us company. And a very easy walk to great restaurants (best sushi I've ever had!), coffee places, grocery store. And a heavenly pool. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming.

This unit was nice, but lacking shampoo and beach towels. These are items that should be included when renting a vacation unit. In addition, the entire parking lot we were informed upon arrival was on a schedule to be completely asphalted so all cars had to be moved to the street for this Easter week stay. Then pest control we were advised were coming in mid week to do their quarterly spray so we needed to vacate the unit for one hour after the spraying. An unfortunate schedule in timing for Easter vacation renters.

The property was a last minute change as our original location had flooding issues. Checkin was easy and it was nice to have access to the pool, tennis courts, and multiple entrances and two parking spaces. Kamaole Sands is in a great location, right across from the park and beach. It is just down the street from many shops, restaurants, and activities. It was nice to have two king bedrooms, but the one with the ensuite has a covered "view" of the parking lot. The other king room has more space and a view of the water. I would consider that the main room. All of the amenities, the stocked kitchen, TVs, and beach equipment, were nice to have. We used the washer and it was great, but the dryer did not dry well. We ended up drying our clothes outside. Overall, we had a nice stay. The bug free kitchen and air conditioning were nice to have as our other Hawaii stays struggled with those.

The condo is in a very convenient location, close to the beach, groceries, food, and activities. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation. Even though we had several issues with the suite when we arrived, Rentals Maul was very responsive and quick to resolve the issues.

Very clean, maybe 20 steps to the pool, easy checkin, lots of beach items, large pleasant balcony, really excellent location in terms of grocery store, restaurants, etc. Our only issue was the 5 hours it took to cool the place off after check in. Would recommend and stay again.

We have been staying at Kihei Garden Estates (KGE) for as long as we have visited Maui, that is since the 80s. Recently, H-203 has been somewhat renovated (new carpet, new bathroom sinks). The kitchen remains dated, and lacks few items, like a toaster. The appliances worked well. The two bathrooms are ok. The tubs have been re-glazed, but the new finish didn't last long. We noticed many scratches, some places the glaze is gone, etc. There are plenty of towels. The 1st floor bedroom has AC. The fan makes a lot of noise at low speed, and the twin beds' mattresses should come with free chiropractor adjustments. The bed on the 2nd floor is much more comfortable. We have enjoyed the view from the large balcony. But at 8AM, on the spot, the ground maintenance starts, and it is noisy. The pool/jacuzzi/bbq areas are clean, but the condo association should consider upgrading the long chairs (very uncomfortable) which have been there for a too long time. Would we come back to H-203 next time: YES. Overall, for the location and the price, this is a nice place to stay.

This unit was the best! The lower bedroom was perfect for my mom and elder grandma and the loft was good for my friend and I! The amount of things available was amazing. This would have been perfect if we were to have brought little ones. They had all the things. Most definitely will recommend this. It was also very conveniently located.

This condo was exactly as described. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation; beach chairs, umbrella, towels. The kitchen was also fully stocked although all we used was the coffee maker. We enjoyed coffee time on the lanai every morning. It was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Location could not be better. One block from a very nice beach, a grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance and centrally located in Maui for driving to other tourist spots. We would definitely stay here again. The management company was quick to respond to my questions. Check in and out was contactless and easy. Loved this piece of paradise!

This darling rental unit was exactly what we hoped for when we booked our Maui vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly decorated. We immediately felt right at home! The driving directions we received were precise, and the unit was easy to find. This rental is not right on the beach, but it is just steps from a beautiful beach and has a wonderful pool/spa area with a place to grill. We preferred this anyway because it felt more private. Oh, and as a bonus, there is a great grocery store close enough to the condo to walk to for all your snacking and cooking needs. Kihei was the perfect, central place to stay on Maui.This rental company was the best I have ever worked with! I communicated with them via email several times and received prompt, professional, helpful, and kind responses. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful rental or about the amazing customer service we received. You really should just book it! You will not be disappointed. :)

Not only did they have everything we could have needed for a beach day, the location was walking distance to grocery stores and the beach. We were very comfortable, the place was very clean. We loved our stay at this location. It is supplied with everything you need, it is cozy and clean. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the patio in the morning. We really took advantage of the pool and the jacuzzi, but also went to the beach, which is really close!
Convenient location, it is close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and more.
We definitely recommend it!

There were 3 of us and we all absolutely loved this place.!! So many things I do not know here to begin. We have stayed at many different condos booking through VRBO and others and this is at the very top as far as having so many extras. We were able to use the small coolers, the beach chairs and towels. We also loved the fact that the kitchen has so many little things (cutting boards, drying towels, containers, pans , etc.). Property was perfect location and well kept up.

This condo is in the perfect location for us. Quiet street off the main drag but only 1 block to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and water toys are provided. The pool is clean and refreshing. The hot tub is a good temperature with plenty of jets. The air conditioning is updated to mini splits which kept the unit very comfortable with lots of ceiling fans to keep the air moving. We would come back
