This condo is nothing extravagant... but very practical, clean and comfortable. It has a great location with a beautiful beach 50 yards from the front door. This had all the amenities we needed.

Lovely place with great amenities. We felt very comfortable. We didn't need the AC much with the great breezes, but there's a bit of noise most mornings, lots of nearby landscaping, birds and people going to beach. Pool/jacuzzi was lovely, and they have a LOT of rules! Used the grill at the pool as well, very nice set-up. Parking was easy. With resurfacing going on while we were there, they communicated well, and the options were convenient. Complex offered laundry, car wash, and outdoor foot wash/beach shower for us. Great location, a block from the beach with great restaurants nearby (We tried and recommend Peace Love Shave Ice, Nalu's, Nutcharee's Authentic Thai, and Fabiani's), 2 grocery stores in walking distance, and buy a shirt from Mi So Phat Sushi - they're marvelous! The provided beach chairs and cooler got lots of use. The neighborhood is a bit more real than other areas we saw in Kihei. We enjoyed some local characters and people watching, but felt safe at all times!

Here is what we liked: - Clear and detailed instructions, communiction with the host was simple and easy - The code lock is very convenient - no need to carry the keys - New appliances (refrigirator, TV, stove); in general it seems that the owner is trying to keep things in working condition Here is what we did not like: - While this apartment seems to be one of the better ones in the complex, the general feeling from the apartment and the whole complex is that everything is old and cheap. "Luxury" is an antonim of how we felt. - Lots of noise. There was a renovation going in the apartment below, and noise, dust, and booming forced us to spend as little time inside as we could. - The beach nearby is not very nice. We were driving every day to one of the better beaches (about 15 min drive). - For our party of five it felt quite crowded. Also, since there is only one bathroom, whenever we needed to take a shower after the beach it was a long process.

For not being on the beach itself, I can't imagine being closer than this place, which also has a pretty stunning view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo was well-equipped and clean, so we used it as a base of operations to go scuba diving in maui, or to go horseback riding. It met all of our needs.

The location of this condo is great, close to the beach and grocery store/restaurants. We luckily visited in Feb and were able to spot whales from the balcony while enjoying coffee every morning. Our kids enjoyed swimming the complex pool. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

The apartment was in an excellent location. From the balcony and great room we could see the ocean. The sunsets which we could see from the apt were absolutely gorgeous. The beach was steps away and sitting there and watching the sunset was bliss.
The apt was a little old but perfectly fine for us. We chose to cook rather than eat out. The dishwasher didn’t work properly which was a nuisance. We needed a few more wine glasses but we would rent that apt again and highly recommend it.
The property management company always replied to questions immediately. We three friends were happy and relaxed.

This spot is terrific! It's such a great location. We spent a lot of time at the little beach near by. There weren't waves there so it was nice for our littles. The view was lovely (likely the best of the units here) and the location was super convenient. We parked on the street near the unit each day which made moving in and out of our car easy.

Perfect spot for our needs, Kihei was exactly what we were looking for. Very local feel to the area. Condo was nice, well appointed and clean. Air-conditioning worked well in all the rooms, clean, new appliances, nice little balcony with sunset views. Location was perfect. Pool was great when we needed a break from the sand. Beach front views, 30 second walk to the shore. Shops and supermarket were all a minute or two away on foot. Rented a car and barely used it except for when we were exploring other parts of Maui. Highly recommend, great value, great location, easy access, abundant free parking in the parking lot of the community or public street parking. No interaction with management outside of the couple of emails during booking process, seamless check-in, seamless check-out.

Great location just steps to the beach, and right next to grocery and many dining options. Place was clean and orderly, with many small amenities like spices and beach chairs. Management was very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and parking was easy! 2min walk to the beach, 2min walk to a grocery store, 5min walk to the best sushi I’ve ever had at Miso Phat! Also 5min walk to a great restaurant called Nalu! The beach was gentle enough for kids to play. We’ll be back!

Beautiful condo- it's SO close to the beach, you walk through the center of the property which is basically a botanical garden and cross the road and there you are- at one of the most spectacular beaches in Maui. The condo had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. Coffee maker, juicer, rice cooker… ice packs in the freezer. I even found a luggage scale in a drawer so I could weigh my bags before departing for the airport. I would highly recommend this unit- it is a killer value at this price.

Grocery store 1 block away plus a great coffee shops & other shopping stores in same area. Location was central for all our day trips, easy & quick to get around. Communication & instructions were excellent & if we had any questions our response was very quick. We would love to come back to Maui & would stay here again!

Firstly, awesome location. You have ocean view from the patio. Its under 3 min walking to beach. Home is kept very clean and very well equipped. Plenty of towels for going to beach and to the pool and beach chairs. They do come handy when going to watch sunset at the beach. Kitchen is also well stocked. Please is very near to all other places, 4 min drive to nearest Safeway and ABC store. Very near to Kihei downtown (Kamala Village). Maui Brewing Company is also a great place is which at short drive. Overall great place, kept well. Had awesome time !

This was a perfect spot for our first Hawaii getaway. The right size for a vacation, so close to the beach and things to do! Hosts responded within hours of questions and were helpful when needed.

Great location within easy walking distance of beach, grocery stores, restaurants and flea market. A/C was not working in master bedroom throughout 2 week stay. Property mgmt was aware and failed to inform us prior to our arrival and did not provide anything other than initial response that they were trying to get a repair service out. No follow up at after that. Only other negative was that exhaust fan from A/C units exhausted hot air towards the patio seating instead of away from the patio seating. Overall we enjoyed our stay but property management needs to be more proactive and communicative.

This property has close proximity to the ocean, shopping and restaurants. Its corner unit location means you can enjoy the sunset over the Pacific from the lanai without paying beachfront prices. The pool in the complex was perfect for afternoon dips and the individual AC units helped cool down the apartment whilst saving energy. We did have an issue with the master AC unit and the light on the master fan came on unprompted when on the higher speed settings. Otherwise, everything was great!

Nice clean 2 bedroom close to the beach. The appliances are all new and the beds were great. Nice view off the deck and the walk to the beach was just a few steps. There is about everything you need within a few blocks. Nicely centrally located.

This is a great condo within an excellent property and very centrally located in Kihei.
The unit had all the bare necessities.
The only recommendations to make it a bit better are plastic cups and dishes to have for bbq/pool/common area and a bit more beach gear. We had friends staying in another unit at the property and their unit was better equipped.
Minor issue overall as the place is a great base to explore Kihei and all of Maui.

This property was great. The split a/c was a must. We were right next to the beach and the grocery store. We saw turtles at sunset. Property manager was very communicative. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at this property! Super close access to a nice beach that was never crowded. We saw turtles every day.
The unit was well stocked with both kitchen items and linens. The complex was very quiet and the pool was great.
The property contact was very friendly and responsive.
This property is close to many fun things to do.
Only negative is that the beaches in Kihei tended to be very windy in the afternoon. We just used that time to nap.

The property was beautiful, provided us with a great space for our first family trip to Maui. The location was perfect and although it we didn’t use the community pools and other services on our short trip, we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and kitchen. The amenities of the beach umbrella and beach chair also provided super useful as we couldn’t fly with those core beach equipment. The kitchen was pretty much fully stocked with all the spices and utensil we would need as we have a lot of dietary requirements. Can’t wait to stay here again!
