The property was great well maintained. The condo was showing its age. The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils for meal prep. There is no table and chairs indoors to enjoy a meal. The outdoor furniture is old And uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable, and a perfect location that offers an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Towels, chairs, umbrellas are all provided for a perfect beach day. Pool and hot tub are great. Look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks!

The apartment looks exactly as pictured. The lanai is such a nice touch. It’s in a very cute complex very close to ocean access (not a swimable beach, but a small pretty beach). They had lots of beach supplies that were very useful! They had beach mats, beach towels, lawn chairs, etc. We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo unfortunately but I think this is common on the island. The complex was nice but Kihei itself is not as manicured or as upscale as nearby Wailea. Close to many good coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Great place, close to the beach where you can watch the sunset as well as close to times supermarket. Only flaw was that there were ants on the stovetop when we arrived and during our stay, we would see ants moving up and down the stove top. We never used the stove top during our stay. Other than that, perfect accommodation.

We had an amazing time. The pool and hot tub were great to come to after a long day of walking and exploring Maui. And we got to see turtles sleeping on the beach that is within walking distance of this place. Love that!

We LOVED this place. The condo was clean and stylish. The kitchen had all the amenities that one would need. I appreciated the extras: spices, sandwich bags, foil. Things like this are so helpful. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were appreciated and well used. The garden view from the lanai was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and met some really nice people, some who were guests and others, residents. Kihei Garden Estates is quiet and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. We loved the short walk to Kalama Park and the Triangle. Vacation-Maui was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Property is very nice and central to a lot of activities within walking distance and driving distance, the pool and hottub are a huge asset on the windier days and at night. No issues atall would definitely stay here again!

The location is beautiful - we never got tired of having our meals at the lanai! Just a short walk from the beach and tasty food truck parks.. Our host was extremely responsive and always able to answer our questions and point us in the right direction. Loved everything about this place. The location was perfectly nestled in between the beach and a business district of Kihei.
Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants, coffee house, Maui Pie, Nalu's, Diamonds and many more.
Keep your drinks cool and snacks ready at the condo while at the beach, only a 2 minute walk away.
Everything you would need to cook plus more! (ziplock bags, coffee filters, ice packs...)
Beach chairs where amazing.
The only drawback was that some of the furniture (outdoor and indoor) was worn (the patio chairs wicker was peeling, the coffee table was scratch up, the pillows on the couch smelt funny) but we didn't care as everything else was great!
The shower rail fell and the manager came and replaced it the following day... great service!

Our family enjoyed our recent stay here. It’s literally across from the beach where we walked each morning and evening. Quick walk to the grocery store and some shops and eateries also. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that was provided and the well stocked kitchen. The grounds were beautiful and my kids loved the pool too. Easy street parking right outside the condo main doors was a bonus too.

The room was nice and central to many of the things we wanted to see on Maui. Short walk to the beach where we watched sea turtle come to shore every night at sunset! Super responsive management team and great communication! Loved that the room was stocked with chairs, umbrellas and a little cooler! It was a great stay! Nicely manicured grounds too! Hope to be back again!

The property was clean and very accurately described in the listing. I was there with my husband and our teenage daughter. The garden area on the property were well maintained and so peaceful to sit out back for in the afternoons/early evenings.
The pool and hot tub were just steps away and often times we were the only ones there. Other times, we enjoyed chatting with the other guests and locals.
The beach was just steps away in other direction and it was a great spot for seeing the sea turtles at sunrise and sunset. We loved having the folding chairs and umbrella provided, as well as the cooler and ice packs. So helpful to have those and not have to bring them from home.

The location for this airbnb was perfect. There were many good restaurants within walking distance and also a beach 1 minute away where my girlfriend and I were able to enjoy the sunset. We had an unexpected and unfortunate incident occur during our trip, but the hosts were quick to resolve everything. We enjoyed our stay in Maui!

We stayed here for over a week and everything was perfect. The home was very clean and most of the locals were very nice (just please respect their values and beliefs of their beautiful island). The air conditioner was perfect the whole time and it kept everything cool for those wondering if one ac could keep up. The fold out couch was perfect for our two boys and didn’t take up a lot of space in the living room area. We also absolutely loved Wally who was the property manager or possibly held a different title, but he was great! The property is very well taken care of and is super close to the beach! Try to stay more south on the beach where it isn’t as rocky for the kiddos. We even found sea turtles a little ways North at night. Don’t pass up this great location!

Great location! You can easily walk to grocery stores, a few restaurants and a coffee shop from this place. It was also conveniently located for three main road trips: West Maui, Reversed Road to Hana, and Haleakala.

Location location location. Loved that we were central to everything. The door code did not work upon our arrival in the middle of the night so be sure to check that in advance. The beach close to the place is nice. We appreciated the towels, umbrella, and chairs for use.

What a pleasant stay we had at our unit! Everything was clean and instructions were very straightforward. Very close proximity to the beach as well for sunset chasing. Communication with them is also very clear and fast. Will definitely book again should we ever come back to Maui!

The accommodation was awesome! Newly renovated, very large and everything you need for a relaxing stay on Maui -> a fully equipped apartment. The location was very good in our opinion: beach and supermarket within walking distance, some restaurants in the area and Kihei as a starting point for day trips very well located. We particularly liked the fact that the host provides enough hand or beach towels as well as beach chairs and a parasol. Parking was always possible without any problems on the street or at the parking lot of the complex. Communication via e-mail was also very easy and fast. We will be back!

Awesome location, not a too busy area. Having the cooler and beach chairs and towels was very handy for us! Everything was great for our stay! The only issue was I removed my shoes and left them outside and one pair got stolen, but I probably should have been more careful about that.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Kihei Gardens. the complex is very quiet and the residents were very kind. one of the residents even let my kids help pick fresh mangos, right off the tree in the courtyard! they were delicious! the beach was a short walk away - so close that we even walked barefoot for sunset each night. we rented paddle boards and saw turtles right off the shore. we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. a great central location in Kihei and we'll definitely stay here again.

It's cozy apartment in the middle of Kihei, close to all supermarkets, restaurants. Especially we liked Kalama park where we spent time with our toddler on a playground and observed ocean view with sunset. Apartment full of all necessary amenities, including beach gear. Please, keep in mind that apartments on Maui don't include washer and dryer, you need to visit shared laundry room which is very close. Most important thing that beach just around the corner.

Perfect condo if you plan on staying in Kihei! The unit was clean and everything was as pictured. It was also nice that there were beach chairs and towels. It's right across from a nice beach and super close to great restaurants and activities. Also, the host is great! We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Nice space in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and shops, but far enough away that it's still quiet. 5 minute drive into the heart of Kihei. Cheap decor, definitely nothing fancy, but who cares when you're in Maui. Air conditioning was great.
