This is an ideal location especially if you're staying with young children. It's a very short walk to the beach which we were able to do multiple times a day. We brought beach chairs and beach toys and small provisions but when it was time to go inside and get some rest it was easy to pack up and head back. They have a foot washing station that came in so handy before getting back into the condo. We did have to use the laundry room quite a bit so that we had clean dry towels, however, the gripe there is that it's one washing machine and it seemed to always be in use, that's a disadvantage as we stayed for 11 nights so we couldn't just use the stash given and be good to go. There's a grocery store right behind the condos that is convenient for the quick little things we needed, but it's best to shop at Wal-Mart or Costco depending on the length of your stay. It was easy to walk to some of the restaurants that were close by and they were really wonderful places. The property management team is very responsive and provided wonderful customer service.

If you are planning to stay in Kihei, this condo is a wonderful option. The facility is nice and quite, near the beach, as well as centrally located in Kihei. I would highly recommend this place to others!

We love this complex. Great location and pool/pavilion area.
The condo was clean.
The storage could use help: there wasn't anywhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, there wasn't anywhere to put things in the bathroom (one drawer that only opens part way, no medicine cabinet), and there aren't any dressers/drawers in the bedrooms.
The kitchen was ok, but sparsely equipped.
A very comfortable place for a night or two with a couple of people, but challenging for longer and/or more people.

If you stay in Kihei there will be a major difference in wind and wave action on the beach. Further north you will find the surf a bit more rough. Beach at this location is quite calm and kid friendly.

This ground level unit was perfect for our family. It’s right next to the parking lot which ended up making it easy to load the jeep for our various jaunts. It’s also very close to the public beach which was beautiful and chill. Lots of people grab a drink and wander down at sunset which we looked forward to. There’s laundry in the building which was helpful and there’s a ton of leftover beach chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys so we didn’t have to bring those on the plane or buy them. It’s also right next to Times supermarket which was great for convenience but there are some street people around as a result. However the unit felt safe still. Overall we had a great time and this unit was clean, well equipped and the perfect base for our Hawaiian adventures.

Having to buy toilet paper and paper towels was not something that we have ever had to do for a rental and being there for nearly a week we believed we should have been supplied with more, but that is just our opinion. Shower was filled with sand and would not drain. We eventually vacuumed out the drain which seemed to fix the problem but that created a foul odor in the bathroom. Other than that the rental was in a great location, just as described.

Having a grocery store a half block away was great and the beach is only another half block away! Also - an Avis rental car is only about three blocks away so don't rent at the airport. It will save you a lot of money! Nice condo and nice pool also!

This place was decent. There were 6 of us and it felt a little small for that many people. It feels crowded when you walk in and the kitchen is small. The A/C units, while nice, are kind of loud and blow directly on your face. The area seemed decent and the beach is close, but not really close enough for the kids to go over too easily. It was clean. I wish the blankets were a little more comfortable and that there had been one more. The beach chairs and boogie boards were awesome. Using the laundry is kind of a pain. The pool is basic. I don’t think I’d stay again, but it was fine overall.

This condo in Kihei was our first place we stayed on our 9 day trip to Maui. The condo was nice, beds comfortable, even the pull out bed at the living room couch, and AC worked well in all rooms. The deck was next to a semi busy road to the beach, so not so peaceful and private. I was surprised that the condo did not have the washer and dryer in the unit, but I eventually found the shared washer/dryer near the pool. Everyone should know that the washer/dryer room is only supposed to be used before 10pm, and the change machine is next to the pool (I went to the grocery store to get quarters for the washer). The pool, hot tub, and kitchen were all nice. The TV and controller (cable) were not easy to use, so we gave up on that. People around the area were cool, and did not try to micro manage us. This is a decent place to stay for 4 people.

This property was perfect for our vacation in Maui. We loved that we could just walk out the door and walk 2 minutes to the beach. The best part was that the condo comes with several beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even sand toys for the kiddos! Also, the grocery store right next door was super convenient. The A/C units were a great perk as well! If I had any questions or needed anything, the management team was incredibly responsive and professional. I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a great Maui vacation!

The condo was just as described and met our needs well. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen but management responded quickly and gave us what we needed to deal with them. Always keep ALL food in the microwave or refrigerator for sure. Its just a being near the ocean thing. The beach chairs, umbrellas, two boogie boards and sand toys were much appreciated. The chair cushions did not have covers but they did have some on order. The ac worked great. A few extra blankets would have been nice as some of us were comfortable and some of us were cold. Having the grocery store right behind us was great. There were some homeless in the area and on the first day we walked to the nearby beach and there was quite a bit of homeless trash in piles near the beach. The location was great as it was central to all the places we wanted to drive to. Thank you for a great first visit to Maui!

First of all the communication was absolutely easy and friendly. We could do an early check in and quite spontaneously a late check out. The check in was easy und perfect described.
The Appartement is nice and everything worked. The floor was clean, the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had a few oily plates and some of the towels were dirty/marked. But I’m sure they had been washed.
We had lots off things for the beach (towels, sand toys, kids “surf” board,…). So the apartment all in all is very well equiped.
There is a supermarket directly opposite, as well as a nice coffee shop and some little restaurants and food trucks just a few minutes in easy walking distance.
The beach is also just 2 minutes away and a lovely sunset location.
To be honest the neighbourhood was a bit creepy sometimes. And when it got dark I didn’t want to go out. On our first evening the police rang the door because a car was stolen and they wanted to know if we had seen something strange.
But all in all it was a really nice stay here.

We enjoyed our stay! A big plus was the calm beach across the street for swimming. They condo had a/c in each room, beach chairs, cooler, toys, umbrella, etc. We enjoyed coffee on the patio each morning. The condo was conveniently located to grocery stores, coffee, shopping, restaurants, beaches. The Mgt Team was phenomenal with answering questions, communication, etc!

Beach access is across the street. We say 5 turtles our first day down there. Kitchen was well stocked, we made most of our meals. Backpack style beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards to use. Tastefully decorated and clean. We had a wonderful time.

My wife, baby, and I travelled with my parents to Maui. This two-bedroom was perfect for the group. It is not the most spacious apartment, but the bedrooms are sufficiently removed from living room/kitchen area that folks can sleep fine without there being too much noise. You are in Maui, so you won't be spending too much time indoors though!
It is just a block away from the beach, so it is perfect for morning beach visits/walks, as well as excellent to catch the sunset (a lot of people were there each evening to catch the spectacular sunset). There was always parking directly in front of the unit. There is also a supermarket on the same block, so anything you might need is easy to buy and bring back. They had a lot of beach amenities (chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys) so we did not have to buy or bring anything with us.

Everything was so clean. Nicely supplied. Great spot for walking to awesome food and best of all to the beach. Out the door and there you are. Lots of turtles, whales. Sunsets are absolutely amazing. Didn't always get up for sunrise but the few times, they were stunning. Easy access to Pi'ilani HWY which will take you anywhere. As a former local it was a refreshing return to Maui. Love the Aloha spirit! Mahalo for a great vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay, but was a bit dated and in need of some updates/upgrades but was comfortable. Very quick and helpful communication with the management, which was appreciated when we didn't initially have any linens for the pull out bed. Very thankful for all the in condo beach toys. The property was a beautiful tropical garden. The condo itself fit myself, my wife, and my 4 children perfectly. The Beds were very comfortable including the sofa bed. The kitchen was well stocked and the dish washer worked wonderfully. The extras of this condo truly made it home away from home. There were plenty of dishes for our family of 6. Here are some of the perks that made this place amazing for our family that stayed in there 9 days.
1. There were 6 Bahama Tom (Very nice) beach chairs
2. Beach Toys (Football, tennis ball, adult and kid shovels, snorkels and masks (3 pair), snorkel fins, buckets, etc.)
3. Three Body Boards
4. Stock of Dish Washer Soap for you to use
5. Stock of Clothes Laundry Detergent
6. Extra Beach Towels in addition to bath towels for the shower
7. Placemats for the table
8. Extra Pillows
9. Patio right by the grass with a hose to hose sandy things off of
10. The Laundry Room is 20 steps around the corner with a lock on the door so you can put your Laundry in and not worry about watching it the whole time.
11. Fast Internet Connection: We had 6 devices going at one time in the evening with no hiccups at all.
12. SUPER GREAT (Was not in the Listing): A/C Units and Fans in ALL OF THE ROOMS. The listing only shared that there was a A/C Unit in the Living room but it was also in both of the rooms too. This was very handy and made sleeping very comfortable.
13. Right across the street (100 ft to the beach) that had the Sunset every evening and right after the sunset you could walk up the beach and see 15-20 turtles sleeping on the sand.
14. The pool and hot tub were great. They were warm very comfortable. Big enough to play in but cozy enough to not be crowded.
If this were not all the property management team was amazing. When we first arrived there were only 6 towels and we asked for more and within 20 min they dropped by extra towels and some extra sheets. In addition, I ended up having some medical issues with my ears after scuba diving had to stay an extra day and they gave me a huge discount for the extra day. Great service, fast response, and they took care of us the whole time.
I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for everything and a great vacation.

Condo was great, well equipped with everything we needed. Teens enjoyed the boogie boards and toddler loved the sand toys. AC in each room was nice. Being on the ground floor was really great with outdoor space to keep paddle boards and rinse off sand with the hose after beach trips. Even saw a turtle at the beach a block from the condo. Pool and hot tub were nice and maintained. Great to have use of the outdoor BBQ’s. Great location for all of our Maui activities and shopping. Overall great value.

Great location seconds from the beach. Beautiful pool with great BBQ area. Friendly residents. Lovely main floor unit. Could use better pans and cooking tools. You get a bit of road noise on the patio, but it's fun to watch people go by. The local beach is awesome with lots of turtles. The grocery store is very convenient and lots of good food within walking distance. Smooth process with management company.
