Enjoy paradise while at the center of most anything you want to do! From our lanai take in views of the ocean and the beautiful Haleakala mountain. A beach is just 600 feet away. Although our condo complex is conveniently located next to shopping, the beach and dining, the complex is unusually away from the busy Kihei Road. Kihei Garden Estates is called the 'Hidden Gem.'
Air conditioner is a higher capacity, greater efficiency unit. This should help in the summer and fall months, and any time of year.

Relax in luxury. Updated amenities and features. New mattresses in 2020, new carpet. We offer a large Sony HD flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD, and an additional TV and DVD player in one bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances and beautiful dark sea green granite counter tops. Kitchen supplies include plastic dish ware and barbecue tools for the pool area. The pool, hot tub and barbeque area is beautiful, quiet and large, and is located in the center of the complex's square, amidst a tropical garden.
The unit is air conditioned with fans in the living room and each of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The sofa also transforms into an extra thick and comfortable queen bed. The upstairs bedroom has a privacy door, an access window overlooking the living area, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom on the main level shares a full bath, including a tub/shower, with the living area. Our lanai offers a table and four comfortable chairs. You can view the ocean and mountain from the lanai.
Walk to great eateries, Nalu's, Coconut Fish Cafe, and the casual and tasty Amigos Mexican Food. Or walk 600 feet to the beach for sunset or for beach time!
Also included are beach chairs, beach towels, mats, boogie boards, and a cooler. Secure WiFi as well.
