Enjoyed our time in this condo. Nice and clean, with the needed amenities including pool, jacuzzi, and on site laundry facility. Well furnished kitchen and bathroom, and nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, and some snorkel gear. Great location, close to shops and kihei action. We look forward to our next stay in Maui!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. This condo had beach towels, foldable chairs, pool toys etc. everything we needed ready, which made our trip much easier. The location is perfect too, very close to beach. We have encountered sea turtles several times in the early morning.

Truly a "home away from home".
We love staying in upper Kihei for it's central location to everything on the island, and with SO MUCH within walking distance, the condo is perfect!
We really appreciated, and took full advantage of, the beach equipment provided.. Chairs, sun umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear, noodles.. Just awesome!
We didn't prepare meals this trip, but the kitchen was the best equipped VRBO kitchen I've seen thus far. A trip to the grocery store next door and you'd be ready to cook for a family, easy!
The bedding was comfortable, the linens were nice, the bathrooms clean and updated. When staying somewhere for longer than a couple days, these things are not trivial.
Thank you for allowing our family to feel "at home" while we enjoyed a week in paradise! Mahalo!

This unit is well worth a look. We stayed here for a week and we were not disappointed. This place was spotless and supplied everything we needed for the week at the beach. It is close to a great beach listing says 600 feet but maybe closer. There are many other beaches in the area we found no reason to drive to them.
In the evening there are great sunsets on the beach and if you walk to the right on the beach about 1/4 mile the turtles come ashore for the evening one night we counted 25 in the group with more waiting for the others to move up the shore.
Great restaurants are within walking distance, Grocery store just around the corner and plenty of parking.
Communication with owner was outstanding before check in and we had no reason to contact them during our stay checkin was a breeze with her email well ahead of our arrival.
We will try and stay here again when we return to Maui
This is a 5 star plus condo/owner in every way possible

Overally we loved the area. I especially appreciated the host's consistent follow-up. The property is very nice and close to the beach. Partial view of ocean from desk was nice as well. Only suggestion we have is to insert a window in the loft bedroom. We had trouble sleeping when others were watching TV downstairs. Should be easy to insert a simple window to reduce noise. Other than that great place and great experience.

Kelli thank you so much for our beautiful stay. So close to the ocean and such a warm and cute condo. It felt like we were home. This was the first time I wouldn't need to bring all my spices, even though I did. lol
Great location to tons of restaurants and shops! We will most definitely stay here again. This was the best Maui trip I've had and I've been over 200 times. We even got mugged and was in jail ;) by the whales and our last night I saw the green flash. That was the fourth time in my life. Who could top all of that.

We had a great experience at Kelli’s condo. We walked to many of our meals, especially for coffee (JavaCoffeehouse) in the mornings. Fantastic golf just down the road in Wailea, or less expensive beautiful golf close by near Maui Brewing Co-which is another site to sit and relax and/or dine with quick access. Just loved the convenience of this unit. Kelli was especially good at communicating also

Kelli is an amazing host! She was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated how easy she made our stay. We appreciated the option of a late checkout because of our late evening flight. She also provided good beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment. The place was getting spayed for bugs near the end of the stay and Kelli was so accommodating to the fact that we had a young child and pregnant person in our party. The spraying was postponed til after our stay. The place is accurately reflected in the pictures, clean and had good facilities (pool and barbeque area). We loved the location as it was within walking distance of parks, restaurants and shopping areas. Kelli gave lots of great travelling tips and all the little presents to make our trip memorable. Thank you Kelli for making our stay so comfortable and fun!

If we could give this experience a 10 star review we would. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful and located near beach, stores and plenty of food places. There's even a swapmeet in waking distance. If traveling to Maui this is the condo to rent.

Great location in Kihei- super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very quiet! Probably better for adults/ older kids as the pool was a no fun zone (so many rules!) We were all adults so that wasn't a problem. Kelli was a great communicator with lots of helpful insights into the area.. Would definately stay again!

The condo is exactly as advertised. The location is perfectly located close to anything you may need on your trip. Kelli was very helpful and actually made our month long stay stress free. I can't really say enough good things about our stay here. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very nice apartment unit ( our unit was C207), clean , renovated kitchen . Has everything you could possibly need . Laundry is downstairs , I was initially very disappointed, as I didn’t have any coin to operate mashing. Till very last day, I found a roll of coins in the small laundry busker . Even though I didn’t have chance to use the laundry, but very appreciated own’s (Kelli) thoughtfulness and caring heart for clients. Sofa couch is very comfortable . Kitchen equipment are very good. They have everything you need for beach ( Beach chair, board , umbrella , cooler). One little suggestion - a little note about flood monitor in bathroom, behind toilet . I didn’t know that. One day the alarm suddenly went off. I though it was smoker detector. Did everything trying to silent it, of course not working . Then neighbour from downstairs mentioned about flood monitor . Found it and removed it- worked. Of course I cleaned water behind , put it back . It’s a great monitor , just need to give clients heads up . Great location, close to everything - restaurant , rental for snorkel stuff, grocery store just right next store . Beach . Overall very satisfy . Exceed my expectation. Thanks Kelli!

We had a great time in Maui and enjoyed our stay in Kelli’s condo at Kihei Garden Estates. The location was great for accessing other areas of the island, just a short drive to so many places. The condo itself was clean, functional for a family of four, and well stocked with kitchen and beach gear.

Amazing condo with everything that we were looking for! Super clean, big, and feels modern. The kitchen is well stocked, the showers are great, and the decoration is really pretty. We loved the location close to a supermarket and restaurants, and easy driving distance to a lot of different areas of Maui. The beach close to the condo is really nice and quiet and is pretty to watch the sunset at. We preferred others that had deeper water for snorkeling, so we also drove out elsewhere. Highly recommend it to everyone :)

We were very grateful for our condo at Kihei Garden Estates. Close to Azeka Shopping Center and most amenities...especially the beach! Thank you, Kelli for all of the little touches, like the roll of quarters for the laundry room--above and beyond. I'd recommend your getting someone to replace the white plastic roller on the bottom of the lanai screen door--it is worn and won't roll properly. This property is in a great location steps from the beach without the need to cross the main busy road. Located right behind a grocery store and close to the best gelato place ever ( Ono gelato). The layout of the property features a centralized gardens and pool area. It feels private and safe. Kids had a blast discovering various flowers, butterflies and geckos in the gardens. The icing on the cake was an amazing gathering of longer term residents for some live music on the lawns. They welcomed us with open arms to join in and it was the coolest part of our stay! The home was great with a second floor, 2 full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and beach amenities. Kelly and Tom were accessible and responsive to any needs that arose. You will enjoy your stay here!

Overall this Condo is "The Condo" to stay in if you are going to Maui! We stayed here for 11 days on October 2015. We were worried because the weather said it was raining throughout our whole stay however once we arrived we found out Maui has it's own weather for each location. This one is in Kihei and the weather there was amazing! No rain at all other than a bit of sprinkle one night. So the condo was very nicely remodeled. Very very clean, all appliances worked just fine. So glad it had an Air conditioner as Kihei gets pretty warm. The pool was very nice and deep where we practiced our snorkeling before going out in the ocean. There is also a Jacuzzi, BBQ grill with all the utensils and the garden is beautiful. You can definitely tell the Condo's management keep everything looking clean and organized. Each morning we got up you would see them cleaning and doing maintenance on the pool. Also the Ocean is within 1 minute of walking. Right around the corner you have a grocery store and shopping center which is also very convenient. We had previously booked with someone else but withdrew from it since the lady was acting like she was doing us a favor of us paying to stay in her condo however Kelli (This condo's owner) was absolutely welcoming and politely throughout the whole transaction. A block from the beach (without having to cross Kihei Rd) and another block from a grocery store and really good restaurants (Coconut's Cafe is my favorite). Being on the north side of Kihei is really useful since I wanted to drive all over the island every day.
Pool was really good, and the area is nicely manicured.
Only downside is that the loft gets pretty hot, but after the sun goes down it's not as bad.
