Great location, can walk to stores and some restaurants. Beach is across street. Would be nice to have central air, but one in living room cools bedrooms down some. Fans help too. Kitchen is nice with most things you'll need. Parking gets full at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. The balcony with the trees just outside gave awesome shade. The beach was very close by and the swimming pool in the complex was great. We were in an ideal location and close to everything. The condo had everything we needed.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. The unit has all the amenities that we needed for a getaway. The kitchen is well equipped and there are many eating places and a supermarket within walking distance. Perhaps adding a toaster oven and AC in the bedrooms would make it perfect.

It was great. Check in was super easy, the condo is laid out perfectly, the pool and hot tub are great; perfect location to the beach, groceries, coffee shop and the food trucks. The condo was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. The only things is the condo got quite warm in the bedrooms due to the ac being in the living room. I found if you set the fans in the hallways and used them to direct the air from the ac down the hallways into the rooms, it helped a bit. Overall, a good place for an alright price.

Check in was super easy and efficient. Location is prime; access to the beach, walking distance to grocery store and coffee shop. The condo is clean and lots of stuff in the storage room (cooler, chairs, toys and towels). The only thing is the bedrooms do get a bit warm at night, we opened the windows and placed the fans in the hallway to help move the cool air into the bedrooms. For the price, it was a good stay.

This unassuming complex is a delightful home base for a Maui vacation. The grounds are meticulously cared for, as is the pool, by Wally, who is so friendly and welcoming. Our family stayed here for spring break and we had so much fun that we came back in August. The complex is quiet, and we love that the units have thoughtful touches like coolers, boogie boards, extra towels for the beach, etc. Sitting outside on the lania was definitely my happy place! Yes, there isn't AC in the bedrooms which made things a bit warm, but there's a perfectly comfortable pull-out couch in the living room (where there is AC) as an alternative, plus plenty of fans. And the pool is open until 10pm so a late night swim helps you cool off. We liked that there weren't toys allowed in the pool as it kept things less chaotic and more relaxing. Additionally, the island's BEST restaurant, Nalu's South Shore Grill, can be reached through a locked gate (key provided with your rental) as a shortcut to access the shopping plaza behind the condo. The beach is a block away and nice for sunsets or walking, and the Kam beaches are a short drive away for great snorkeling. We are already plotting our return to this wonderful tropical paradise!

The pool but it was very nice and clean, but we didn’t use it because we were only a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Awesome location, one block from a great beach. Unit needs some serious upgrades and additions to make it comfortable. All deck chairs are cracked and almost unusable. Linens and interior seating was old and needing replacement. 2 weeks with this furniture was tough to take. Pool and grounds were well maintained and convenient. Items in storage closet (fishing rod, snorkel equipment, boogie board) were a nice addition. The laminate floors were also nice for cleanup up of sand. Overall good experience, just needs some seating and comfort replacements.

Great condo that suited our needs. Closet is loaded with gear - Beach chairs (4), pool noodles (4), beach umbrellas (2), beach towels, small drink cooler with ice packs in fridge. Condo has new flooring, updated kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is loaded with everything needed to prepare and cook meals at home, which we did most days. Everything in kitchen is in good working order. Two bedrooms - all beds had comfortable beds and pillows, which were really appreciated. Outdoor deck is big and family of four can eat comfortably outside. Outdoor deck has a great table, the only thing I would update is the four outdoor chairs, but they are still fine - Rome wasn’t built in a day and updates take time and money. Condo property beautifully manicured and the pool was fun - especially with the pool noodles! Beach across the street is great for Morning walks and evening sunsets so location for this was wonderful. Grocery store right around the corner - as handy as it gets! Loved the location - a little bit off the beaten track from SUPER busy South Kihei. AC in main room only but we rarely used - our preference is to have all windows open to allow fresh air and breezes circulate through. Many fans provided four bedrooms, did the job just fine. This condo has great parking, is close to everything and I was really happy with our stay. Thank you to the owner!

We really loved our stay here. The condo has most of the beach chairs and toys that one would ever need to help make an amazing beach day even greater. We enjoyed eating our meals on the Lanai that overlooks a beautful garden and the pool, along with our morning walks on the beach that is right around the corner. Oh, and we saw lots of sea turtles. Also, having the grocery store right next door came in handy numerous times.
We definitely hope to be able to stay here again.

My husband, 5 year old, and 5 month old stayed here in August for a weekend getaway from a neighbor island. This was a perfect location for us as we were just outside of Kahalui but also on the further side of Kihei for quicker adventures. The condo itself was clean, quiet and had a great view of the pool. My favorite part was being able to sit on the lanai with my baby and watch my husband and son swim in the pool. The grounds were well kept and we enjoyed walking around hunting for geckos. Since we were there in August it was pretty hot as per usual for Kihei but the fans are in every room and AC in the living room do the trick. Lastly, we really like the convenient location. There was coffee and groceries within walking distance as well as plenty of restaurant options. I would highly recommend this place!

Kihei Garden Estates is a beautiful well-maintained property. Walking right to the beach was amazing. We loved our 2 bedroom unit and enjoyed hanging out with our coffee and mimosas looking at the beautiful trees and pool area. The pavilion next to the pool with the kitchen area and BBQs were great. Having access to laundry area was nice and change for quarters machine in pavilion was handy. Able to walk to grocery and lots of restaurants. Recommend Maui Fish Pond 1/2 M down the road to walk and swim with the turtles.

The condos at Kihei Garden Estates are great! We rented two condos for 8 nights in December (over Christmas) and enjoyed the stay very much. The beach is a half block walk away and great place to relax and enjoy the Maui sunsets. The condo's were well stocked with everything we needed for beach and pool. Great amenities within walking distance (groceries, coffee shops, restaurants etc. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would book it ourselves again.

We had an excellent stay at Kihei Garden Estates. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for beaches and pool. We were just steps away from a quiet beach great for swimming! Lot’s of amenities very close - groceries, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
Condo was very clean and well maintained as well as the grounds and pool area. Some strict rules at the pool but we didn’t spend too much time there.
Would definitely stay again. Actually we can’t wait to book again!! Would recommend this to friends and family.

Unit e-204 is dirty, in poor repair and outdated.The pool is nice but full of kids most of the time. We stayed a month and were only provided with the standard amenities package requiring us to purchase many items such as cleaning supplies and toilet paper within a few days. The mattress cover on the queen bed needed to be washed as it was stained with who knows what. The noise is constant from trucks supplying the grocery store nearby. The appliances all worked but the kitchen is poorly supplied. There are no measuring spoons or serving spoons.
It is supplyed nicely with beach items and in a great location.

We've stayed 6 nights in Kihei Garden Estates in our first family trip to Maui in August 2018. We really enjoyed the rental property. The location is perfect, close to beaches, grocery store and a shopping center. We used a lot the swimming pool and barbecue in community center. The rental property is clean and spacious for a family of 4. The only negative point is air conditioning. There is only one AC unit in the living room, and only fans in bedrooms. It's so hot in August and difficult for us to fall asleep in the heat.

The Kihei Gardens Estates complex is beautiful. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool area and bbq/outdoor kitchen area is very nice and very clean. The condo, E 204, is well equipped and comfortable, but could use an update. Another in our party stayed at another condo there that had been remodeled and it was beautiful. Made us feel like we were in the low rent district even though the rate was the same. The location is great. Close to beach and shopping.
