Kihei Garden Estates is a great complex. We’ve stayed in several condos there and have never been disappointed. The condos are stocked with everything you need for cooking or playing at the beach. Kihei Garden Estates is located within walking distance of 2 plazas with a supermarket, restaurants, food trucks & shopping. S. Kihei Road has so many beautiful beaches. North Kihei is a great base no matter where you want to go on Maui.

Had a great stay in Maui, location was perfect, walking distance to beach and grocery store, we did have issues when we first arrived getting into the condo but they were addressed immediately, very clean condo with ensuring we needed, beach chairs and cooler a plus, would definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Location was ideal. Walking distance to Times grocery store and other local restaurants. Easy access to highway for road trips around the island. Best part - walking distance to an area where turtles are known to beach! Parking is conveniently close to the unit. And a partial ocean view from the lanai! Bathrooms are nice and spacious. The updated AC unit made it very comfortable at night. We enjoyed saying at this unit and would come back!

Located right by a quiet beach, grocery store next door, dive/coffee shop down the street. The unit was fine and fit all six of us. The pool and BBQ area was fantastic. Excellent value, and a great staging area for Maui adventures

The condo had everything our family needed for a wonderful Maui vacation. Easy access to beach. But felt unsafe with our children in area surrounding the property with how many homeless people hung around near dumpster and people living in their cars right on the street were we walk to access the beach.

After initial day it was great! Love the pass key lock. I was the first person to check in at about 6pm roughly. It was so hot and I was so tired that frankly I was not happy on the initial entrance. I have stayed at 3 rentals in Kihei and two farther away. I don't remember any of them being that hot and muggy on arrival. Probably lugging my suitcases up the stairs did not help. I'm older and one was floor entrance and the others had an elevator. I see why yours doesn't. Not holding that against you. I did not read anywhere on the amenities that you had a laundry room available. I was thrilled when I saw the key but did not know you needed quarters. That should be listed to prepare guests. I chose your place. One because my daughter in law to be said it was within 5 minutes' walk from their venue. Ended up being more like a 10-minute drive. Still the place and location grew on me. We did not go to the pool or hot tub so I can't speak to those areas, but my friends were staying right across the street in front of the beach and I liked our condo much better than theirs. Theirs was hotter even with the air on. The water kettle was my favorite amenity I can't drink cold drinks. Herbal teas and hot water for me and my cousin loved the coffee press. All in all we found it convenient to walk to nearby stores and eateries. The Time store was a good place f

It is a Sunday afternoon of C hristmas week. Due to weather our flight to Molokai was cancelled and rescheduled for the following Friday! One call to Maui Rentals and they went the extra mile. Found us a two bedroom condo a block from the beach with a pool and hottub and fantastic location. We loved staying in our unit at Kihei Gardens. We had 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler that came with the condo. Perfect for us two couples. There were some spices and to our surprise even aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Well appointed kitchen. It was perfect for our stay in Maui. So close to beach and shopping and loved the pool with nice bbq area!!

The property was great. It was extremely close to the beach, beautiful grounds, great location, and a view of the ocean from the balcony. We also had the condo next door. Worked out great. The only concern we had was that in the loft/master bedroom/bathroom, there were many short black hairs in the bed and in the shower. That bothered me a lot. I did not feel that it had been cleaned well. Other than that, the stay was very good.

This was our second time at kihei garden estates and we absolutely love it there. This particular unit was so nice with the more updated hard wood floor making it feel more modern. It had everything we needed to cook and also play at the beach. I loved having the vacuum in the closet so I could stay up on the floors during our stay. The towels were clean and not just washed. I would suggest a new mattress in the down stairs room as it does have a slight taco affect but overall it really wasn't that bad for being a rental. We would love to stay here again!

Across from a great shopping center with plenty of food options! Quick walk to the beach with a beautiful sunset. Parking was easy and convenient, except the last 2 days they were cutting trees so we couldn't park in the lot. Check in was easy, place was clean, beds weren't the most comfortable but it was just what we needed for our stay! Would recommend!

A group of us (4-5) stayed here for 11 days and loved our stay. It's conveniently located and only a few minutes away from the beach. The AC works wonderfully, although the bedroom on the main floor can get a bit toasty. Our friends who stayed in the loft said it gets very bright once the sun starts to rise and since there's no blinds/wall, it was hard to sleep in. Overall, we highly recommend this rental!

It was a good Stay but the down stairs bedroom had issues with the fan only working when the light was on as it wouldn't respond to the remote and 1 of the lights was broken also. Wasn't too much of an issue as we could have the door open for the AC

Kihei is a great central location with easy access to everything, but staying at Kihei Gardens was even better since it’s 1 block from the beach!

Really enjoyed the location as it was fairly close to everything. The grocery store was just around the corner. The pool area was nice and the grounds were well kept. Our unit was very nice and comfortable and had everything required to do your own cooking. I really liked that beach chair's, a cooler and skimming boards were available to use as it made our trips to the beach more enjoyable

This was the first time we have used this type of service (our usual timeshares were unavailable for the time we needed). Smooth process. Unit was clean and in good repair (just a few very minor things - lanai light didn't work, but nothing that affected our stay). The only thing I would have liked to see would have been just a little more information about the unit and contents. After a few days we realized that these were for our use, but it would have been nice to know in advance. (For example, there was a bag of rice, some pasta, canned goods, and the like in the kitchen. After a few days we realized that this was left by previous renters...we also left some shelf-stable foods when we checked out. Hope the next guests enjoyed them!)Location was excellent - sitting on the lanai having breakfast, looking across at Haleakala, and dinner with the sunset over the beach. The supermarket next door is well-stocked and reasonably priced - great selection of poke, and people line up for their plate lunch specials.Overall a very good experience. Would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to friends.

Rental was still being cleaned when we showed up at 3:05. After receiving an email stating we would be charged for going in early or staying late, it seemed the rental company coul not follow their own deadlines. Location was good. The beach clean, as well as the grounds.

We love this condo's location and have stayed in complex before. This unit needs a bit of updating. The sink is unsightly but serviceable. Cabinetry in kitchen doesnt go together well and needs some small repairs(floor by fridge). Check-in here was pretty late compared to most places. Had plenty of dishes but could offer more beach amenities such as an umbrella or even a small ice chest. Also there were spots in wall(by slider) where mushrooms were growing! Needs someone to give some TLC.

The condo is close to everything. Plenty of parking. It’s clean and renovated with all the amenities of home. Restaurants are not too far away. You can walk to Times Supermarket for groceries and essentials. The beach is right across the street. The best part is bringing your lawn chair and enjoying the beautiful Maui sunset without the crowd.

Second bedroom is an upstairs loft that has stair railing so there is no privacy at all. Sink was damaged and rusted. This unit only had 2 chairs and 1 stool inside so we had to eat 3 at a time.Customer service was great! I had to email them a few times cause our unit was not fully stocked and they were there within 20 mins with the items we were missing. The unit was clean and we were walking distance to beach. Unfortunately the homeless men who live at that beach made it a little less enjoyable but they were very respectful and didn't bother anyone.

In general we enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and hot tub. However, the condo was missing a barstool so there were only 3 chairs for a group of 6 people , the sink had a large openly rusty area, no dustpan for sweeping up sand, and the beach umbrella was too broken to use. But it did include some beach chairs, towels and boogie boards and lots of dishes! More flatware and a place to dispose of recyclables would have been helpful.

We ended up extending or stay and moving to this location. The booking and check-in process was really easy to use. The place was really clean and we appreciated the extra beach stuff on our patio. It is a great location walking distance from grocery store and restaurants.

The unit is very nice and the location is walking distance to restaurants and groceries shopping which makes it very convenient. The AC was nice if you like cooler whether. There's also a St Theresa Catholic church right next to it where we walked to attend mass. We really enjoyed it!
