Watch a spectacular Maui sunset every evening on the quiet beach and turtles resting on the beach in the moonlight.

We recently remodeled the condo to be our dream vacation home and we would love to share it with you.

Exteriors:
This remodeled two bedroom/ one bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Kihei town, nestled in the peaceful, quiet and tropical boutique complex of Kihei Garden Estates.

Our condo is tastefully decorated with coastal and tropical theme. It is a ground level end unit with a big tiled Lanai, has an unobstructed views of tropical garden and is steps away from pool, hot tub, and barbecue area. Lanai has dinning table with chairs and a storage bench, for sand toys and pool noodles.

Interiors:
Recently installed beautiful luxury vinyl plank throughout the unit. A/c and fan with remote control in living area and both bedrooms. New ceiling lights with dimmer switches. Room darkening curtains with sheers for privacy.

Living Area:
Brand new 55" smart TV, Cable TV connection provides several channels, and Roku Express 4k+ installed. Dining table for 4.

Kitchen:
Cook your meals in kitchen with brand new appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Electric Range, and Microwave Oven) and stocked with all necessary utensils.

Sleeping:
Master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress and necessary linens.
Second bedroom has two twin beds that can comfortably accommodate kids or adults.
Living area has a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping needs.



Bathroom:
Beautifully decorated full bathroom with hand held shower for kids.

General:
Condo has everything stocked up for relaxing saty at home with games/books, Ukulele or a beach picnic essentials like beach chairs,beach towels and cooler.

Parking and Common Areas:
Ample free parking is available in the complex or streetside. Guests will also have full access to Kihei Garden Estate's coin operated laundry machines in the same building, large swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ pavilion with grills and kitchen.

Note-
Our condo complex receives routine pest control inside and outside. Please remember you are visiting a tropical paradise where insects are prevalent, so don't be alarmed if you see bugs or geckos. Geckos are considered good luck and they eat the bugs! Please do not leave any food out, as it will attract ants and other unwanted pest.Use screen door at front or in lanai to keep them out. This place was really nice just a few “cons” some that was addressed by the owner and a few that they have no control over. Our visit was 2 weeks. 1. The “full time” residents were NOT welcoming to renters. We had a lady video our grandkids playing on the lawn just to be able to complain about them. 2. To many pool rules for kids. No jumping, no splashing, no loud voices, no pool toys, etc…..seriously how you do keep kids from not jumping in the pool!! 3. The unit doesn’t have a dresser to put your folding cloths in. I contacted the owner and she was extremely responsive and assured me that this would be addressed on her next visit to the island. 4. No washer/dryer in unit. There is a coin laundry very close to the unit. Be sure to bring quarters as the changer at the pool was out of coins for 2 days. The pros: 1. The owners are AMAZING. The couple issues that we had were handled almost immediately. 2. There is a contact person on property that is awesome as well. Her husband came over to look at an AC issue we were having. 3. The location is great!! You literally are right at the beach. The condo has TONS of beach items for you to use. 4. The unit was super clean and well stocked. 5. The beds were comfortable. 6. You are within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, park, & beach. Pro/con The pool area has 2 grills that are VERY POPULAR!! If you’re going to grill go early !! Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We would highly recommend staying at this property. The ONLY reason I gave 4 overall stars was because the lack of drawers. We were there for 2 weeks and basically had to live out of our suitcases. I’m the type of person that likes to unpack & have everything put away. The owner assured me hay this would be addressed.

This was probably the nicest VRBO I've stayed at. It was in excellent condition, clean, with all the amenities you could want. The location was great, near the grocery store and the beach. Great patio for eating breakfast. A nice quiet neighborhood. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Location was great. Property was clean and just what we were looking for. We did not explore the beach there but it was a super short walking distance. Would stay there again!

The host was super responsive with any questions, usually replying back in a matter of minutes. The condo is with in a 2 min walk of a grocery store and a great beach is right across the street. Property has a great pool and a hot tub, with a really nice pavilion with an outdoor kitchen. Had a great time here and will recommend to friends in the future.
