The property grounds were beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. The pool was nice, and A-bay beach is just a short walk. The condo was wonderful, had all the amenities we needed, plus the owner supplied all the beach equipment we needed. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay while exploring the Big Island. The host and property manager were very responsive to questions. We had a great time and were sad to leave!

We have stayed in this area many times over the years and this place is among the best. The condo was exactly as advertised, the check in was super easy and communication with Ruma was easy as well. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was spectacular close to shops and A-bay beach. This is a ground floor unit which made it easy bringing in luggage and supplies throughout our stay. We stayed away from Costco and went to the farmers markets in Waimea on Saturdays and Wednesdays which have local produce and a cool island vibe. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

We enjoyed the location of this condo. The process of accessing the condo went without a hitch. The reserved, covered parking was ideal. The furniture and furnishings were in good condition. The condo was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. All in all, a great vacation spot. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of towels, linens and blankets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, quiet end of the complex. Covered parking, never had to get into a hot car:) Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Quick response from the property manager when we needed it. My family of 4 (with 2 kids under 10) were on the Big Island for a wedding and to visit family. While we usually stay with family when we go home, we had to find other accommodations for this trip. I am so fortunate to have found Ruma's condo. It was the perfect place for our family to land and it had everything we could have possibly needed. I definitely over-packed! The location near the King Shops, Queen Shops, and A Bay meant that we were close to food, shopping, and beach. It was so easy to take quick trips to the beach in the morning and early evening with the kids to let them get some energy out. Ruma and her property manager Danielle were super communicative before and during the trip, which made checking in and out smooth and painless. Thank you, Ruma, for letting us use your home!

This condo was perfect for our little family of 3 for 6 nights. Great location, clean, and comfortable. We had great communication with the property owner, unfortunately there was a lack of communication from the property manager that resulted in us getting locked out of the place, but they resolved it quickly and got us taken care of. I'd recommend the place to friends.

The condo was immaculate and filled with everything you could need for a great stay in Waikoloa. Centrally located with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The pool and BBQ area was beautiful and large enough that it never felt overcrowded.
The owner was amazing, and any communication was always quickly responded to. On site management was helpful once reached and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was in the last building which made it so wonderfully quiet. All in all, an amazing stay on a fabulous island.

Multiple visits to the Kona area and always stayed at resort hotel but this we we did an extended visit and rented this 2 bedroom condo and thrilled we did. Great location to explore the island from. Quick drive to Kona for some great restaurants or a drive up to Mauna Kea then on to Hilo. Owners very easy to work with and very comfortable accommodations. Complex has a great, well maintained pool, has a modest gym we used almost daily. One of the best outfitted kitchens of rentals we have used and well appointed for a short or longer stay. Everything needed for the beach was there including some coolers to pack a lunch in, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Going to miss Hawaii and we would stay here again for another visit. Thank You.

Excellent experience all around. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed; check-in was smooth and contactless; the pool and grounds are lovely. Not a party spot, it was quiet. Shops, restaurants, and beach are within walking distance. Only downside of the neighborhood is that the restaurants nearby mostly closed at 8 and you have to make reservations way in advance for weekends. But overall, much aloha! Would stay there again.

We had a great stay for the two weeks we were at the property. Ruma and the property manager were extremely responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. Only confusion was on the check-in time as there were three different times listed on the listing, the confirmation details and the final notes. I had reached out about which was correct and didn’t hear anything. I ended up picking a time between the later two times. Will definitely be back!

Ruma is a FANTASTIC VRBO host. Her home is very clean and very well stocked. She is super responsive to any questions you might have. The grounds are beautiful and the infinity pool is amazing! Only two negatives, the sofa was uncomfortable (sorry Ruma) and the property manager was far from top notch with poor communication skills and poor follow up. Ruma, however, took very good care of us and i would highly recommend her home.

We loved this beautiful condo with high ceilings and a lovely lanai. it felt very private once in the unit, as it is a ground floor corner unit. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook- coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, everything! There was a slight hiccup checking in, the gate code given was incorrect, but once we got inside everything was exactly as expected. It's such a great area on the big island too. Would love to stay again!

This place is awesome! It is a nice big condo, two bedrooms, two full baths, nice sized kitchen with full size appliances, 6 seat dining table. It is very nice! It is new, clean and modern; stainless appliances, granite counters, nice beds. Reserved parking spot just outside the door was really nice. Kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of pots/ pans, knife block, bakeware, even spices, oil spray, Ziploc bags, really everything you need to cook. The lanai closet is stocked with beach supplies too! Umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels. Location is excellent! It's like a 1 min drive or 5 min walk to the queen's and kings shops. 3 min drive to A bay beach, which is gorgeous! The complex has a really nice pool and hot tub. I have no complaints of any kind. I stayed with just my wife but this would be a great spot for a family with a couple kids too. Five stars all the way!

We had a great time staying at this property. it was North of Kona, but in an great area with Shops close by. beautiful property that backs a golf course. the amenities in the Condo were great.
We really appreciated having the 2 coolers that were perfect with the ice packs in the freezer for all our trips out. The 4 Beach Chairs and umbrellas were great to have as well.
We had a little issue with one of the toilets and it was fixed right away. Communication with the owner and onsite rep were fantastic.
the Condo was clean, and in great shape. there was also a air bed so if you have 2 older kids and they don't want to share a bed there is room for the air bed next to the main bed.
We would rate this as an A+ experience.
Thanks for helping make our Hawaii - Big Island trip a fantastic one.

The place is much nicer than the pictures show. It was close to everything beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool was really nice for the kids. It was much nicer than staying than at one of the resorts which we stopped by at and found it to be very crowded at the pools and noisy as well.

Our trip was for the purpose of hitting as many beaches as we could, and relaxing in the evenings. We loved our walk everyday to the King's Shopping area. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and well supplied. There is plenty of information available by Seth as to the best place to get groceries, etc., and we loved the north part of the Big Island. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. Very private, quiet, and well taken care of property.

The condo was very bright and well kept. It was truely a very short walk to the King and Queens shops, which made great for eating out with ease. there was snorkle equipment in the closet plenty of towels. Make sure you try to grocery shop after landing so you don't have to drive back to Kona, the ABC store it a might pricey in the Queens Shops.

Had a wonderful time in Hawaii. The condo is in great shape. Could not have felt more at home there. I was very excited to have access to things I was unaware of: Weber Grills, boogie boards, hair dryer, etc. The owners were kind, professional, accomodating and got the deposit check back to me in record time. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice quiet getaway in Hawaii.

Our stay at I-2 was excellent, it is close to everything and the unit was very comfortable with a complete kitchen equiped with everything one needs. I would definately stay at this unit again and most definately recommed it to our friends and family. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the owner immediately took care of it and I mean immediately, it was awsome.

My mother, uncle, husband, and I spent a week at Seth's condo. We thought the location was fantastic...only a short walk across the golf course and through the Marriott grounds to A-bay beach, and only 10-15 minutes to drive to some of the prettiest beaches in Kohala including Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and "69 Beach". Excellent swimming and snorkeling from these beaches! We saw manta rays while snorkeling at "69", and many sea turtles at both A-bay and Mauna Kea. The sunset at A-bay looking from across the fish ponds has to be the prettiest on the island; we never missed it. The condo itself was immaculately clean and very comfortable, with all of the amenities as listed (including beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler) and with excellent ventilation (we never even turned on the AC). The kitchen was fully equipped; we prepared almost all of our own meals there and ate sitting out on the lanai. The condo grounds were quiet, well-kept, and beautiful; we particurlarly enjoyed the many flowering trees/plants and watching the brightly colored birds. Seth is very responsive, and made the entire process of renting his condo easy, transparent, and pleasurable. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo as a great base for South Kohala and Kona watersports, and also for exploring further afield to Hilo, Hamakua, North Kohala, and Volcanoes N.P.

We spent two weeks in Seth's condo and everything was as advertised. The condo was clean and very well equipped. There was literally nothing we needed to purchase to do whatever we needed or wanted to do at the condo. We utilized the BBQs several times as well as the fitness center. Sat on the lanai with Irish Cream and coffee in the cool mornings reading a book and keeping an eye on the duffers. Mostly ate in but highly recommend Charley's Thai Cuisine and Roy's for chow. Just a great visit. Will look forward to doing it again.

Our week long (too short) stay in Seth’s condo was wonderful. Seth was very responsive in setting up the rental, the condo is well situated and very clean, the complex is beautiful with a great Jacuzzi and shared BBQ facilities. We walked the beach, swam, snorkeled, viewed the turtles and beautiful reef fish in A-Bay, toured the petroglyphs, and shopped at the King and the Queens shopping/restaurant centers (all a short walk from the condo). We also golfed, boogie boarded and traveled the island seeing the ‘wet’ side, the Imiloa Astronomy Center and the volcano which was too unstable to get close on this visit… Guess we will have to go back to the Big Island – and to Seth’s condo. We recommend it highly!

This condo was very comfortable, immaculate, and very nicely furnished. It was very generously equipped, including many items not usually expected in a vacation rental.. It has plenty of natural lighting, with good ventilation and ceiling fans; we only used the air conditioning once. It looks on the Beach golf course, and is a short walk to shopping, the Marriott and Anaeho'omalu Beach. It was very quiet in the complex. Our only regret is that the pool was not heated, but the ocean is a 5 minute walk away where the water was warm.
