Such amazing communication with the host. He really cares about his renters. This home was well equipped with lots of cookware and dishes and a full spice cabinet. Good sunset views. The one bdrm, 2 bath condo had a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to feel at home. Bed and bedding were comfortable, furniture indoor and out were very nice, laundry was handy, and other furnishings were pristine. The property overlooked a beautiful fish pond with ocean view in site. A short stroll to either Mauni Lani resort or the beach was convenient. Would love to return!

The condo was fantastic! Everything was as advertised and more. Loads of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.), the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It has everything you need for a wonderful, stress free vacation! The Beach Club Access was key in our booking. It is one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. Great location on the Mauna Lani property. You are walking distance to the main hotel which has great options for B/L/D. We would 100% come back again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this condo. It was spotlessly clean, open, bright, and very spacious—perfect for our 5-night stay following a resort visit in the south. The space felt like a true home away from home.You never really know how good a host is until something goes wrong, and in this case, the host went above and beyond. When we arrived, we discovered that the A/C wasn’t working. It was around 4pm on a Friday, but the host responded immediately, called us personally, and had an A/C technician out within the hour. While the issue couldn’t be fully resolved until a part arrived (understandably, given the challenges of island logistics), the host kept us updated constantly and had the A/C repaired first thing Monday morning. He was also more than fair in making it right for us.Beyond that, the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, which made our days easy and fun. We spent our time relaxing on the beach just steps away, exploring the beautiful grounds, and enjoying local cuisine in the evenings.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for place to stay.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the grounds of the Mauna Lani resort was perfect. The unit was decorated beautifully, had stunning views and was furnished with everything you could possibly need. A simple check in/check out experience made our trip stress free! The beautiful lanai views with soft trade wind breezes blowing made it simply blissful. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and the owners thoughtfulness and attention to detail make it the best.

Amazing property, this is our second visit. This condo is so well located and appointed. We like cooking in as one of us is a gourmet chef. The kitchen has every tool you would ever want to prepare a great meal. The towels and bedding are first class. Wonderful view from 2 lanais. Quiet, peaceful environment. Very responsive host. Everything about this condo is so good that my husband and I have already stayed there twice. Communicating with the owner is easy. He is always very responsive to any questions via text, email or phone. The condo is well equipped, clean, spacious and conveniently located near beautiful beaches, fish ponds, walking paths and shops/restaurants. While this property is on the first floor, access to the condo is via a full flight of stairs. I think this should be made clear in the property description. I was was looking for a place with no stairs as we are quite elderly. Getting our luggage down and up those stairs was quite a challenge!The listing said there was an ocean view. There is an ocean "peek" - not a view!The condo is in a great location with a lovely view over one of the fish ponds. It is within walking distance of the beach and the Mauna Lani Auberge Hotel. The pool is very nice with plenty of available shade and comfortable seating, but there is no fitness center on the Terrace property. There is a fitness center on the resort grounds, but it comes with a pretty high cost to use it. The fitness center amenity on the listing should be removed from the listing. The condo is very well supplied with towels, linens and a fully outfitted kitchen. It is in need of some upgrading, particularly the tile in the showers. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are hard.

We have stayed at the Mauna Lani hotel many times and wanted to be nearby but didn't want to pay for hotel for 2 weeks - eek. the Terrace condo was a perfect location. The amentities were as advertised. Access to the Breach Club is a definite plus, but the pool facilities at the condo are lovely with breathtaking views.
