Amazing property, this is our second visit. This condo is so well located and appointed. We like cooking in as one of us is a gourmet chef. The kitchen has every tool you would ever want to prepare a great meal. The towels and bedding are first class. Wonderful view from 2 lanais. Quiet, peaceful environment. Very responsive host. Sometimes things are not as good as the pictures or description….Well, not here! The condo, amenities and ground’s exceeded our expectations. Having access to the Mauna Lani Sports Center as well as Beach Club (with amazing snorkeling) made us not want to ever leave. But when we did it so nice to come back to this slice of paradise to relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets. Condo was comfortable, clean and just perfect for my family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. Well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, bath and beach gear. Hosts were quick to respond and accommodating. Best spring break trip ever!!! Mahalo!

Everything about this condo is so good that my husband and I have already stayed there twice. Communicating with the owner is easy. He is always very responsive to any questions via text, email or phone. The condo is well equipped, clean, spacious and conveniently located near beautiful beaches, fish ponds, walking paths and shops/restaurants. It is located on the sunny side of Hawaii and offers great weather year round. Perfect for a peaceful and chill getaway.

We have stayed at the Mauna Lani hotel many times and wanted to be nearby but didn't want to pay for hotel for 2 weeks - eek. the Terrace condo was a perfect location. The amentities were as advertised. Access to the Breach Club is a definite plus, but the pool facilities at the condo are lovely with breathtaking views.

The set up and location of this property was fantastic. Quick walk to resort and Beach Club. Easy pool access. Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to an issue with the 1/2 bath upon arrival, but it was unusable for our entire stay. She was very accomodating with a late check out due to our significantly delayed flight. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
Overall the layout of the unit was great for our family of 4. And, the unit was well stocked with laundry, dishsoap, paper products and beach gear. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. However, the bathrooms were very dated and the master shower had mildew. Would be the perfect rental with updates.

Great location in an unusually lush spot on the Kohala Coast. The Mauna Lani development offers many trails, golf, and restaurants to make it a wonderful Big Island destination stay. The condo was beautifully appointed with even more amenities and conveniences than listed. It was more like staying in the post guest house of a friend than a rental property. The snorkeling around the point at the beach club was unexpectedly fantastic -- some of the best on the Big Island.

This first-floor condo was in the perfect location, from our perspective. The ocean view is to your right off the lanai, but the fishponds are directly out back. Egrets, herons, jumping fish, and just a tranquil, wildlife-rich setting. We walked the fishpond loop every morning after sunrise, we were close to the beach club cove for snorkeling and grabbing lounge chairs on the sand, and it was an easy walk to the Auberge resort for breakfast. Even though the lanai is a walkout on the first floor, there is no foot traffic whatsoever on the lawn, because there is no throughway in front of the condo - the lawn ends in a monkeypod tree to your left. The fishpond paved path passes by below the condo, but on the other side of landscaped hedges, so we didn't feel on-display.
FYI for future renters: There are a ton of snorkel fins in the outdoor closet. We only found two functional adult mask/snorkel combos (might not be enough for your party, depending), but there are at least 8 good sets of fins in a variety of adult and child sizes. So definitely try them on before you rent.
We've stayed at the Terrace before, but J104 is our new go-to location! We will be back.
