The Mauna Lani Terrace is located within the world class Mauna Lani Resort. It is on the ocean and adjacent to the royal fishponds and between two beautiful white sand beaches. The water is crystal clear with one of Hawaii’s healthiest reefs, lava arches, schools of fish, and green sea turtles…a fantastic place to snorkel, stand up paddle board, kayak, scuba dive, or just relax on the beach. There is also a fitness center, restaurants at the Mauna Lani Auberge Hotel, Napua at the Beach Club, all within walking distance. We have purchased an annual membership for use at the Sports Club of Mauna Lani. Our guests have access to the lap pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. There is a fee for classes. The Shops at Mauna Lani is a short drive from the condo and has restaurants and a well-stocked Foodland grocery store.

Our ocean view, top floor, 1481 sq. ft. penthouse is one flight of stairs up from its covered parking space. Every room has an ocean view over the lagoon and royal fishponds. Fresh orchids decorate the unit. The kitchen and front porch look over the world class Mauna Lani golf course with views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. You can turn off the central air and let the trade winds flow through the condo. You are on the third floor so there is no need to close up when you leave to enjoy the beach or the many beautiful sights the Big Island has to offer.

The condo is fully upgraded with tropical elegance. The living room has an expansive ocean view, a high vaulted ceiling found only in penthouse units, a large LCD TV with DVD, stereo system, and Bose surround sound. The lanai has a wet bar, large round table, chairs for relaxing, and views over the Pacific. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counters and a large Sub Zero refrigerator. The dining table comfortably seats six. Both master suites have ocean views, smart TV’s and DVD players, and open onto the spacious lanai. The main master suite has a king bed, marble bathroom with dual vanities, walk- in shower and a separate bathtub. The second master suite has 2 extra long twin beds that can be joined into a king. It also has a marble bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The newly remodeled Terrace swimming pool and barbeque areas are open.
