The unit is newly renovated and very solidly built; no noise from any adjacent units. The standout amenity is the hot waterfall hot pool at the pool area. It’s amazing and worth the stay in itself. After snorkeling all afternoon, it’s a treat! The outdoor lanai grill area is perfect. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I’d stay here again, no question. Terrific value! The included beach club passes are terrific. And, it’s 1 min to the local market where they have prepared marinated foods for the grill. Terrific stay.

The staff was super easy to communicate with, and they were very responsive when I asked for an electric kettle ahead of time to help me prepare formula for our infant. Check in directions were very clear. Overall the rooms are in good condition, and it’s great to have all the necessary beach gear, but would suggest bringing additional beach towels yourself! The mattress in the main bedroom off the living room was super lopsided and the carpet has seen better days. Upon arrival we also saw that the thermostat for the AC in the unit cannot be lowered below 74 degrees for environmental reasons. This was really challenging with an infant, who needs cooler temperatures for safe sleep. There was no indication of this when booking the unit and would have likely deterred us from booking if we had known this earlier. The grounds were beautiful and it was lovely to sip coffee in the mornings on the patio and to look over the fishponds. The facility pool was not heated and very cold, so sadly we did not go in the water once. The beach access was lovely though, but would suggest getting out early as chairs do fill up!

Complete disappointment. The unit was last accurately reviewed in January 2024 from what we can tell and no response to that review in terms of cleaning up the place. The price they charge is outrageous for a condo with what looks like black mold in the shower, soap scum on tiles, rust in the bathtub, dusty wood doors and sliders, and badly stained carpet. Very dated…think 1985. All that being said, the management company did refund 1/2 of the nightly rate, after some brief haggling.

Such a beautiful home in a great spot that my son decided to ask his girlfriend to marry him while we were there. He competed in the Lavaman triathlon so the beach access was perfect for training.

Property was just as listed. Location was perfect and the beach club access was a wonderful bonus. Grounds, pool, views from the lanai were all breathtaking. Close access to shops. Perfect for our stay.

We have stayed at the Mauna Lani hotel many times and wanted to be nearby but didn't want to pay for hotel for 2 weeks - eek. the Terrace condo was a perfect location. The amentities were as advertised. Access to the Breach Club is a definite plus, but the pool facilities at the condo are lovely with breathtaking views.

The Mauna Lani property and beach club are lovely. Native fish ponds with birds, fish, reflecting the pastel sunset. Private beach, clean and quiet with ample free loungers and cabanas. Adjacent resort with lovely first rate fine dining, outdoor fire pits. So lovely.

The condo worked perfect for us. Lots of convenient places to eat. The beach club area is fantastic for snorkeling and catching some rays. Beautiful sunsets. Great trails for walking through the gardens or along the beach.

The condominium was well appointed, relatively clean and the maintenance staff very responsive.
The entire Mauna Lani complex is beautifully maintained and the staff friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend a stay in the Terraces which is within walking distance of delicious restaurants and breathtaking waterfront and beach.

I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 8. Great location as it is within easy walking distance to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and to the Mauna Lani where we ate dinner a couple of nights. Love the Shoreline walk and easy access also to the grocery store. Definitely recommend!

I've stayed at several units in this complex and keep coming back. The units are spacious, well appointed, and the location cannot be beaten. Best weather on the island, although you do have to get used to the lava rock landscape. Easy drive to several shopping spots for groceries, and the Beach Club beach is a short walk or easy drive if you haul a lot of gear.Close to both Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches, which are stunning. This unit is perhaps in need of a little refresh, but for a vacation rental, no complaints.

The unit has potential to be very nice. The furnishings need up grading to include the kitchen. The electrical box for the microwave has to be a code viloation. The kitchen applicances are old. The wood trim and shutters are nice but need cleaning and re-oiling.stain. The carpeting is filthy.

This two bedroom property came well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you need for cooking in the closets contained all you need to relax and enjoy the beach. Great property!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Mauna Lani Terrace. This unit is quiet and clean, and supremely well located. Quick walk to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, or over to the hotel. The Terrace pool & hot tub were also convenient. Would absolutely return.

This condo is in a lovely area. It’s in great condition and is fully equipped with everything needed for a beach vacation. There were beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, every kitchen appliance imaginable, and plenty of sheets, pillows and towels. Everything was in good condition and working order.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Mauna Lani Terrace. The condo was clean and spacious. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels ready to go. All communication and the check in process was efficient - no problems at all. It's steps away from the fishponds which was a lovely place for a morning stroll to start your day. Thank you!
