We're Accountable 24/7. Our Cancellation Policy Protects both the guest and us. If a guest cancels their reservation outside 60 days, we'll refund their money immediately less $150. If a guest cancels inside 60 days, we'll keep the money you paid but issue a credit to be used in the following 12 months. We have had guests who had unforeseen events happen. These guests have re-booked dates. We only accept check, Wire Transfer or PayPal. Additionally, why can we offer this low rate? We purchased both condos during the darkest days of the credit crisis. Fortunately, due to our cost basis, we're able to pass on the savings to guests. Our mortgage rate is also very low helping defray the high H.O.A., utility and property tax payments. We're repeatedly asked this by potential guests fyi so we felt compelled to post our pricing methodology on VRBO. We don't have to discount below $279+. Our occupancy rate is extremely high. Guests do pay us a lot more for Holiday weeks. We're ACCOUNTABLE 24/7 and will BEND OVER BACKWARDS to make sure your VACATION is everything you hoped it would be. If something unforeseen occurred like the new A/C feezing over, we'll upgrade you to a superior condo or hotel room at our own expense. Most property managers run and hide!
