Everything about the Mauna Lani Lagoon Terrace condo was great. The location allows easy access to the beach (5 minute walk) or pool (60-second walk), along with the rest of the Big Island (Kona, Mauna Kea, Volcanos...). The unit is quiet and comfortable (fans were great, never even thought about the AC), and it basically has every amenity that you could wish for. Everything in the kitchen is top-notch. Everything in the condo is top-notch! The lanai was a perfect space from early mornings through evenings. We'll definitely look for this condo again on our next trip to the Big Island.

Lovely condo at the Lagoon Terraces at the Mauna Lani resort area. No view of the ocean but nice overlooking the lagoon. Very well stocked, everything you need including beach chairs, ice chest, spices, large washer/dryer, 2 full baths. Access to the beach club was great and easy walk next door to the Mauna Lani resort. Pool area for the condos was wonderful, usually empty. Location was near Waikoloa and Mauna Kea/Hapuna. Unit was exactly as described and communication with the owner could not have been better.

Mauna Lani Terrace is unmatched for its location at the fish ponds. Definitely the most peaceful and beautiful place we have stayed at on the Big Island and this unit is in a great spot on the property, close to the pool, easy parking, and access to the ponds and beach. The condo is clean, modern and up to date with very cool gadgets and premium appliances! We practically lived out on the lanai which is very quiet and has many fish and birds to enjoy! We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate our 25th anniversary and it was nothing short of perfect! The location was beautiful with a view out onto the lagoon and conveniently located very close to excellent walking paths that led to nearby beaches. The condo was thoughtfully configured with a wonderful kitchen, new laundry appliances and luxurious towels and other amenities. SUPER relaxing and absolutely first rate! Fantastic communication with the owner, too, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was everything we expected. In short, one of the best places we've stayed on the Big Island. Highly recommend!

The Mauna Lani Terrace was wonderful. As a single woman, I felt very safe and well cared for. As others have said, this condo sits between the Auberge Hotel and the Beach Club, both very easy to walk to. I enjoyed walking everywhere. The Fairmont is also close by as are several restaurant choices. I enjoyed the pool and the beach. It was easy to cook in the kitchen as well as go out to dinner. Lee was a wonderful host. He checked in on me via email several times and offered me a very nice gift for my birthday celebration. Wish the lanai had fit in my suitcase. Lovely stay all around.

This property is ideally located between the Auberge Hotel and Beach Club, a quick walk to both, even the shopping center. Beautifully appointed unit, quiet, extremely clean and serene. Lee was easy to communicate with, and prompt! No disappointments. Thank you and see you again!

We stayed at LagoonView Terrace for our 10 year Anniversary and it was amazing! We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the condo since it was even better than the pictures! We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the fish jump and listening to the birds. The pool area is a 30 second walk from the condo and is very well maintained. There are cabanas for shade and there were always plenty of lounge chairs.
Lee is a wonderful host! He checked in on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and provided a great recommendation for our anniversary dinner! We will definitely be coming back to LagoonView Terrace!

This was our second stay at Mauna Lani Terrace but our first in this unit. Initially we were concerned that a ground floor unit may be too close to the lagoon, but it was just the opposite. We loved watching the birds and fish up close. The unit is so nicely appointed, with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Lee was great to work with, and checked in several times just to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I love how close the Terrace condo's are to the beaches, golf course and resort. This is a unit we will definitely be coming back to again.

We knew we were in for a treat from the lovely website but our stay at Lagoon View Terrace exceeded our expectations and then some. You’ll know why it’s called Lagoon View when you enter this condo as you are situated right over the water with a beautiful view and a lovely feeling of calm. The condo is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen along with great Wifi and TV viewing. We enjoyed long evening walks on the beach to catch the sunset and especially loved our morning snorkel/swims in what we think is one of the Island’s best spots—just a short walk from the condo. We were amazed at how quiet it was in the evenings and what a restful night sleep we got. Communication with Lee could not have been better. Word of warning, If you are fortunate enough to land at this condo, you will be planning your return during your stay.

I hate writing reviews like this because it means either a) there won’t be availability in the future; b) It’s going to cost more money to stay there; or c) (most likely) it will be both! What a beautiful unit with outstanding ownership! We really didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.
The unit is awesome - it’s high-mend and CLEAN! Beautifully redone woodwork and travertine tile & baseboards. The owner, Lee, is also apparently some sort of technological guru as it has all kinds of cool remotes and chargers that are easy to use. TV’s are great (although we didn’t use them much). Amazing double-headed shower in the master, and another shower we never used in the smaller bath. Bed and furniture were super comfortable and you could live on the lanai (we did for two days). Directly below the lanai is the lagoon where the fish congregate. I spent hours just watching them! It’s a short walk to the Beach Club which has awesome swimming/snorkeling, and food and drinks at Nanua restaurant are just a few steps away.
We have stayed at several MLT units over the years and this was the first that didn’t have an ocean view, but we found we didn’t miss it at all as this unit made up for it with everything else. Will book again (if it’s available! :-))

Great location, beautiful views, near by pool and ocean beach. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Really satisfied with the spacious and comfortable apartment, a luxury feeling. Private parking in carport just outside the apartment was perfect. We are also really pleased with the host.

This is a lovely apartment for two in a great location. It is very convenient to the swimming pool, and a good beach for snorkeling is close by. And a short walk will take you to great spots to watch sunsets.
You can also just sit on the lanai and read or watch the black crowned night herons fishing on the edge of the pond. All is quite beautiful.
Inside, the rooms are tastefully decorated with cheerful art, and comfortable furnishings.Everything is spotless and seems new. We were delighted with our stay.
