Man, oh man! What a wonderful place to hang out at and rest your head after a day full of fun! Being such a short walk to town is such a treat as well. The property is absolutely beautiful and is very well maintained all throughout. The condo itself is amazing! Complete kitchen, two bathrooms, AC (in both the bedroom and living room), comfy bed and all of the beach gear you'd need for a day out. I'd highly recommend this condo and location to anyone looking to experience the relaxing Hawaiian atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and easy going! I'd also recommend checking out Huggo's/Huggo's on the Rocks (about a five-minute walk from the condo) and order garlic parmesan fries, they're life changing!

Roomier than I expected. Great location, quiet area and lots of privacy. Place is clean and has everything you need for linens, full kitchen and space to unpack. Would love to stay here again. We got a Jeep that was too tall to fit in the parking garage, but there was plenty of free parking right up the street!

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Pacific. The place worked great for our family of 4. We wanted a location where we could walk to town for dinner or to grab coffee in the morning and this was exactly what we needed. I used the washer and dryer everyday and it was so nice to have when you are packing light for Hawaii. The furniture on the patio could use an update and the air conditioners leaked onto the patio because the trays that collect the water overflowed. We were happy we had air conditioning though it was a trade off.

We really enjoyed this condo. First off I'd like to say the communication was fantastic with the owner/location and they put a lot of thought into what was needed to make the stay a nice one! Nice view and the lanai has enough seating to eat and enjoy with family. The storage bin has snorkling equipment, beach chairs and a cooler in it. Nice not to have to rent them.It is laid out nice, the 3rd bathroom was great so you didn't need to go into the bedrooms. Location is walking distance to the local restaurants but out of the noisy area. Make sure to walk over to the "On the Rocks Grill" and get a Mai Tai...they are the best we had any place we went, and try their coconut coleslaw!Black Rock pizza and the Fish Hopper are the other 2 restaurants I'd recommend.Parking garage spot is nice, close to the elevator. We used the washer/dryer a lot.Kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for the week. It even has a separate ice maker. We were happy it had A/C units, they were used everyday, it was pretty humid when we were there in June 2025. One in each bedroom and one in the living area which made it comfortable.I like to sleep in a dark bedroom so my only issue was the blinds in the first bedroom let in a good amount of light. I used an eye mask, it was fine. Pool was clean, good temperature and barely anyone there.I would recommend this condo to anyone for vacation and hopefully some day we can come back.

This location is perfect! It’s an easy walk to historic downtown, a quiet beach not far from our front door, and an easy drive to other beaches! The condo had everything we needed, was clean, with a great view. We had breakfast on the lanai every morning to the peacefulness and sound of birds singing. This place was the ideal size for my husband and me, and we would love to return again!

Only complaint was outlets don’t work in the bathrooms & 2 masks leaked. Lovely time & not to far from many must-see beaches & places on Big Island.

We had a great stay here, we specifically booked on alii drive so that we wouldn't have to pay for parking every time we wanted to visit restaurants or shops in town. It was perfect, the property is clean and the listing is accurate. Self-checking process is very easy. The bed is quite comfortable and the laundry machine is extremely convenient and very quiet. It was very nice that they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even razors and toothpaste in a little gift bag. I think our one and only complaint is that the parking spaces are extremely tiny and against pillars that make it exceptionally hard not only to reverse into but to get out of your vehicle if people are parked next to you. Not the fault of the property owner whatsoever. But highly recommend booking a economy sized car if you're going to stay here, a large SUV or truck would not fit. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Love Kona Pacific. This is the 4th unit in the complex and probably my favorite with the ocean view however, the ac units are aging and although they worked, they were extremely loud in no way tolerable for sleeping. The ceiling fans are of the same vintage and rumbled/squeaked. I understand that there is no guarantee of beach amenities but being a condo close to the beach, at least a couple of functional beach chairs would seem to be something you would expect. The chairs there were broken and unsafe really. The lanai furniture was failing also and definitely needs maintenance.

This property was ideal for our group which included myself, and my (3) neighbors. This trip included, myself, neighbor and mom to 15 year old twins. The kids were in Kona for an invitational competitive swim meet. The 3 bathrooms were so perfect for us. The unit had everything you could need, the kitchen was amazing and having a washer/dryer was ideal. Everything was clean and had nice amenities. There was so much room for us all to have our own space and let me tell you, the sunsets were incredible. It was so awesome having your own parking space, close to the elevator. Access to Kona/Kailua was great. Overall well equipped unit - a few tips that I will include for prospective renters- there are a few basic kitchen supplies - coffee filters (always nice not to have to buy 200 of those!), salt, a few spices. There's a coffee grinder which is nice being in Kona. 2 blenders so no worries there :)-theres a soft side rolling cooler, 3 functional beach chairs, and some sand toys/snorkel gear. No beach umbrella which would have been nice but those are easy to rent- the AC units are nice to have; effective, but a bit loud; they were NOT absolutely necessary (despite what our teens thought), you could run one to cool the bedroom before bedtime and then just switch to fans-the complex was clean, and really well maintained in the public areas and pool; there are 3 gas grills in the pool area for common use, they put 2 brand new grills in while we were there; the pool area is not huge like a resort but very nice and if the rest of the island wasn't so great to explore we would've gladly spent more time poolside, there were only ever a few guests/residents using the area-the underground parking was really nice, kept the car secure and cool, great access from car right to the elevator and on to the condo; we are not mobility challenged but this might be a good unit for people who need help with that-as noted in the title the lanai is fully the length of the unit and great to hang out on and catch the breezes

We stayed for 5 nights and explored the area. There were many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the beach just a couple of blocks away. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed with a well supplied kitchen, beach chairs and toys as well as a beautiful lanai to relax on. We were amazed by how quiet the condo was. Great location! Love this complex! Condo was exactly as portrayed in the listing. Had all the little extras needed such as hand soap, dish soap, tp, paper towels etc so we didn’t have to buy and it lasted for the entire 10 day stay. Eye cozy. The description mentions traffic noise since it backs up to Kuakini but it was not bad at all.

The layout of this condo is so charming. The location from the parking spot, the main street out, the pool...it couldn’t be more convenient and still have that great front view and expanded lanai. The condo was well provided. The kitchen had the needed tools; there were so many towels for both home and beach. We never felt anything lacking. I really enjoyed our stay here. We reached out to the management company a couple times with questions and a maintenance need, and everything was responded to and resolved super fast. I was very impressed.

Close to Ali'i Dr without the noise! The condo was clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The view from the lanai was great. The complex was also very quiet and the manager onsite was helpful and friendly. Only negatives were that the bedroom size was quite small and the tub drain plug wasn't working.
