You really can't go wrong with this condo! It has been recently renovated with tile floors throughout, a custom kitchen (with backsplash, upgraded cabinets, island dining slab, and stainless steel appliances), flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, and split air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom. The comfortable Cal King bed in the bedroom will put you to sleep quickly! There is also a couch in the living room which can fold out to sleep an additional guest. The lanai is extra spacious and includes lounge chairs to relax on and enjoy views of the ocean in the distance. The condo also has free WiFi and a washer/dryer machine for extra convenience.
The condo really is a tranquil place to call home, but don't forget to explore all the walkable hot spots nearby! That is the true selling point of this condo! Located right across the street is Kamaole Beach Park 1, which is a beautiful white sand beach that is life guarded seven days a week. If you want to try another beach, you can walk to two or three other popular beaches just blocks away. Located just a block infront of this condo complex is Dolphin Plaza, which is an outdoor shopping complex complete with a Mexican restaurant, sushi restaurant, fish and chips place, sandwhich/bagel shop, Pizza Hut, banana bread shop, gelato shop, and even a beach rental shop. Just think, you could rent a paddle board or snorkel equipment right outside this condo and take it down to the beach in less than a minute. It is VERY CONVENIENT!!
Everything I have mentioned is only a block away from the condo. If you keep exploring out about 2-5 blocks from the property, you will find grocery stores, many more restaurants, shops, gift stores, and so much more. You really are in the heart of Kihei when staying at the Kihei Alii Kai condo complex.
Lastly, the property has a beautiful pool and hot tub. Take advantage of the onsite sauna at the pool deck, which is a very rare feature to be offered at Maui vacation properties!
