My husband and I as well as my sister and her hubby recently had the pleasure of staying at a nice rental condo in Maui, and I must say it was an a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the overall quality and comfort ( beds amazingly comfortable) of the condo.
First and foremost, the location was fantastic. Situated in a great area, the condo was conveniently close to the beach and various shops. It made it incredibly easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and explore the local attractions without any hassle.
The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable. Upon entering, greeted by a spotless living space that was well-maintained and tidy. It was evident that the owners took great care in ensuring a pristine environment for their guests.
The condo itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities one could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare meals. The living area was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect spot to relax after a day of adventures. The bedroom was cozy and provided a restful night's sleep.
One highlight of my stay was the amazing bakery located nearby. With the aroma of freshly baked goods each morning, we couldn't resist indulging in. Our overall experience was satisfying and peaceful.

This was the perfect little place for a first trip to Hawaii. So many shops and restaurants were just a short walk away and the beach was right across the street. We had fun snorkeling and enjoying all Maui has to offer. Really appreciate that all the extras for the beach or day trips were available.

It is very quiet and we did not hear any noise from other units for the entire time we were there. AC is solid and cools the place down quickly. The place is very well stocked and has lots of beach gear too. There is plenty of parking in the complex so it was never an issue. It’s a very convenient location.
From the start, all of my interactions with Josh and Christi were awesome. They are extremely kind, respectful and very caring hosts and they respond immediately. They also had the most reasonable checkout list that I’ve ever encountered. Their place is very well maintained and they provided us with everything that we could have asked for. 10/10. Bedrooms are very hot, even with portable AC units and ineffective ceiling fans. Friendly communication with owner. Fire exit signage needs to be improved.

The unit was clean and comfortable with an awesome view. Parking was easy for us to find in the closer lot. Beach gear is provided, which was a plus!

We had a wonderful time, the entire unit and patio were great. There were many more kitchen items than expected like pots, pans and plates. Would have like 4 wine glasses.
The bedroom door is a folding door, hard to open from outside the room, we would have liked a regular door, even with louvres. Soft issue though.
The owners were quick to respond to all questions before and during our visit and extended our stay on the last day when requested. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Would definitely return!

Josh & Christi's place was fantastic. It had a beautiful view from their balcony, all the amenities you needed from cooking breakfast in their kitchen to a full day at the beach. It was the perfect location walking distance from the beach, a handful of great restaurants and food trucks, and convenient stores. There were instructions and recommendations for everything you could think of.

If you enjoy hiking to your car uphill & hauling luggage up stairs, this is the place for you. The complex does NOT have FULL elevator access. Meaning you must take 2 flights of stairs to access the unit, The parking is terrible... located far away and an uphill hike- there is a loading area closer to the unit yet the loading area is often full.
The pool gets full shade by 4pm daily.
We stayed for 2 weeks and NO housekeeping service was provided. I have been to Maui over 20 times and typically stay 14- 24 days. Typically, housekeeping comes once a week to restock & clean.
Finally the view is only 1/2 of what is shown. The other 1/2 of the view is the Dolphin shopping center alley & security lights at night.
Also note: Window AC units not central air.
Proximate to an awesome beach. Central location. Minus the window unit noise- it is a quiet location.

Josh & Christi's place is a wonderful top floor partial ocean view suite. Outfitted with everything you need and more. Our only concerns were some of the pocket doors were difficult to open/close and the knobs kept falling off, the bath towels were well used, some patio cushions were very well worn and if you have large luggage like we had it was very hard for two petite females to navigate the luggage up the stairs from the lower parking lot when arriving. There are also a few additional steps after stepping off the elevator enroute to the suite. Generally in the evenings after driving somewhere for dinner you would need to park in the upper lot and for ease walk down the road which is very dark and in many places has uneven curb areas so be careful. For those who enjoy/expect air conditioning this may not be the place for you. The upstairs loft bedroom is very warm even with the portable AC running. The afternoon sun hits the suite hard well into the evening. We loved the complex's 'quiet' rules and never heard a peep from neighbors. With all that being said you just can't beat the suite itself, the location and amenities in the hood all within walking distance.

If I could have given the owners/property manager more than 5 stars for responsiveness & communication, I would. We were on Maui for work, but thanks to being at this property instead of a hotel we felt like we were on vacation. Right across the street from the beach where you can sit and watch the waves (sun or shade you choose!), swim or snorkel. Great restaurants & shops within walking distance. Once we were back at the condo, we never got back in the car. Outstanding work trip!

Only 20 mins drive from the airport, this clean and beautiful condo is in the prime location of Kihei. Josh and Christi left us detailed information on the condo, and also recommendations on restaurants. The lanai/porch has partial ocean and Mountain View. The best part is being able to walk to the beach, which is right across the street. So many fun eateries, shops and not to mention the convenience of the ABC right along the corner.

Honestly this place was pretty good. We asked to check in a bit early and they were accommodating with the request. The property is well located and maintained and we were able to get around and see the whole island during our stay. One of the Few properties in Maui that will actually offer you A/C as well so that’s awesome!

My wife and I spent four lovely days in Kihei at this condo. The place was great. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. In addition, there are many beach items to take to the beach, which is one block away.
The only negative is there are many stairs in the complex, so this is not suitable for a person in a wheelchair. However, if you don't have this issue, I think you'll enjoy your stay here.

We spent 1 month in Josh's and Christi's place and we could not be happier with our choice. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay: beach items, chairs, boards, sand toys, umbrella, kitchen was stocked up with appliances, tupperwear, cooler. Everything was clean and tidy. We loved the morning coffee on the lanai.
We didn't feel the need to use the AC and even though it was hot every time we came home, opening the windows and doors created a breeze that cooled down the place quickly. We left the front door open (even at night) and only closed and locked the metal screen (very neat for cooling the place).
Location is great, walking distance to the beach, dolphin plaza with shops and nearby restaurants for food and drinks. The location is great for driving as well.
We used the pool and the hot tub a few times and it was great too.
Josh and Christi are pretty amazing hosts. The toaster was partially working only and within a few days we got a new one delivered to the door. Other than that we had no other issues, and each time w had a question the response would come in almost instantly :)
We only have good things to say about the place and will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Maui.

Beautiful place to stay.
Conveniently located next door to a small shopping plaza. A very short walk to the beach.
They have supplied pretty much everything you can think of for a fun day at the beach!

Had a wonderful 10 days in this well-equipped space that is close to lots of great food and fun. Very quiet (except for the roosters, LOL) and clean and I felt safe even at night, walking from carpark to the unit. I had the best trip of my life and this property was a big part of that. I will definitely stay here again!

Well equipped with easy walking access to everything. The roosters down below add to the Maui experience. Bring binoculars to whale watch from the lanai.

We really enjoyed staying at Josh and Christie’s condo. The condo itself is very well equipped and the complex is quiet and beautifully maintained. I loved sitting on the big lanai with my morning coffee watching and listening to the birds. In fact, keep an eye out for the squabbling family of parakeets near the elevator! The location is very handy with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Josh and Christie were wonderful hosts. They kept in close contact with us during the big storm that hit shortly after our arrival. All in all we had a great time. Many thanks!
