We spent a week in Kihei staying in this condo. The place is just a few minutes walk down to the beach. There were plenty of towels, dishes, beach chairs, etc. We had 8 in our group. The condo fit us perfectly! The only thing lacking was bed pillows for all of us. We ended up taking decorative pillow shams off, so that everyone could have some kind of a pillow. We didn't have any communication with the manager, so I can't rate that accurately. However we had no issues. It was just a wonderful stay overall, and this would be a great place to stay again if we had the chance to visit Maui someday.

The apartment was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The Lanai with the unobstructed view is a BIG plus. The kitchen was well appointed and just perfect for our family of 6. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Elisabeth !

Very nice condo, great location! Tons of food and shopping in walking distance and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The AC was a relief after hot July days. If our family comes back to Maui, we'll definitely try to stay here again!

This condo exceeded my expectations! The owners is exceptionally responsive to any concerns or ideas. The housekeeper was excellent. There are no downsides to this condo. I hope to stay there again next year.

Amazing condo! It had everything we needed and more. We were 4 adults and 2 teens and were all very comfortable. The house was well equipped and the beach supplies were excellent! Would recommend this condo!

We loved our stay here. The condo was in a perfect spot to allow a view of the mountains and a view of the ocean. The walk to an amazing beach, stores, and restaurants was short and easy. Elisabeth was quick to respond to the few small things that came up, and we appreciate her and will remember our time here very fondly.

Probably the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. The fridge was stocked with condiments and the cupboards had spices and oils for cooking. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, pickle ball set. We had 3 adult couples (family vacation) and we were all very comfortable. Each couple had their own space. And the AC was nice to have. Bring ear plugs as chickens roam freely on the island and they love to crow early in the morning. Location was awesome! Lots of restaurants and Kamaole I Beach right down the hill (2 minute walk).

Myself and four adult family members stayed in this condo from April 6-15. It slept our family of five comfortably. Two bathrooms with showers were essential for so many of us so this was perfect. From the first time I reached out to Elisabeth with a question (before we booked) until the last time, she always responded quickly with answers to all of my questions! I only contacted her about one very important problem late on the first evening we were there and she responded quickly and solved the problem by noon the next day which I feared would be impossible since it was Good Friday but I was wrong! Thanks again Elisabeth! Lots and lots of lovely good quality towels, beach towels and beach chairs. As well as a fully equipped kitchen with even a French press for those in our group that enjoy their coffee! And probably the most important thing is that the air conditioning in every room worked great! We found lots of great places to eat close by! We didn’t rent a car since it was our first time there so we ordered an Uber for longer distances! One negative, but not about the condo itself, was a fairly long hill from the beach to the condo elevator! Personally, I have a lung condition so I found it very hard to climb but the other younger members in my group didn’t exactly love it either! But we managed and LOVED everything about our stay at Elisabeth’s. It’s snowing here today - I wish I was back in Kihei!

Elisabeth’s condo was perfect for our family of 6 adults. We woke up to views of the ocean every morning!
PERFECT LOCATION: Awesome location only one block up from beautiful Kam1 beach where we saw tons of fish and a sea turtle snorkeling on our first day and whales and a beautiful sunset from the beach that evening!
You will walk right past a coffee shop/cafe, a fresh bakery and a dive shop on the corner on your way to the beach. There is a very handy ABC convenience store 1 block down the road where we bought breakfast food, beer and sunscreen. It’s very safe and quiet at night. If you have a car it’s only 5 minute drive to Wailea (as seen on White Lotus) with it’s upscale restaurants and shops.
COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS AND CLEAN: The condo has just been renovated with new bathrooms, flooring and kitchen. There are new Mini Split Air-conditioning units in every room.
The huge master BR has a private bath, private balcony and king sized bed,. Good sized second BR has queen bed (both with giant closets). There is a second bathroom on the main floor. A large loft with 2 twin beds has sliding shutters for privacy.
The large open living area has a don double height ceiling and all NEW furniture. There is a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining table, comfortable sofa and chairs and a wall of glass that opens onto a big patio with dining table and lounge chairs.
THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS: Elisabeth has provided everything you will ever need for a fantastic beach vacation. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler, beach towels, sand toys for kids, books and board games!
Washer and dryer on the main floor are so handy for cleaning up after the beach. And Elizabeth has even provided laundry soap.
AMENITIES: The condo complex has a private heated pool and hot tub, several grills, parking right behind condo, elevator, and tennis courts that have been converted to pickelball and shuffleboard courts. There are rackets and balls in the closet!
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT AND SERVICE:
Check in couldn’t be easier. Elisabeth sent a door code on our arrival date and she graciously allowed us to check out late as we had an overnight flight. We had one very minor issue with a shower drain while we were there and I made a quick call and the local service person resolved it that day!
EXCELLENT VALUE: Excellent price for such a fabulous stay!
We hope to visit Maui again and will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you Elisabeth!

We will stay again! This place was perfect for my husband and our family (adult children and their significant others). The deck is big enough for a larger group and provides a partial sunset view. The loft bedroom has rolling privacy doors and a mattress pad for the twins beds to be joined. Each bedroom and the main living room has an A/C unit. The kitchen has plenty of essentials. The pool and hot tub are clean with a lot of lounge seating as well as a grill area. The sauna by the pool is very nice treat! The tennis courts and gathering area has additional grills that are closer to this unit. The beach is a short walk down the street.

This was the perfect place for my family and I. The beach was across the street , we got to whale watch from our balcony, lots of space for my family of 6. Lots of places to eat and grocery stores near by.
Only con is I wish the upstairs was actually a room not a loft . The majority of the beds were upstairs which is where the kids were and bedtime is hard when they are distracted by the lights and tv of the downstairs.

This was a great property, it met all the needs of our group which was 6 adults. The condo had just had new floors and showers installed, which made the place feel fresh and clean. Our check in process was so easy and finding it was no problem. The location was more than we could have asked for, close to the beach, restaurants,(you have to try the Cinnamon Roll place) and shopping., and the sunsets from the balcony we amazing! We had a few issues and Elisabeth was quick to respond and work with us and get them fixed. If you are looking for a great condo in Kihei, look no further - this is it. I plan to go back to Maui again, and will be trying to stay at this condo.

Enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Great location close to the beach. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 6. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. The carpet in the condo could use cleaning or replacing. The pool and hot tub were very nice with great landscaping. We used the grills and seating area around the pool which was very convenient. We were disappointed that the pool was closed as it was being worked on for 2 days during our stay.

Loft remained too hot at night. While the individual A/C units were working, the uninsulated ceiling baked in the sun and the loft area would not cool off. The loft A/C Unit is not placed properly and the exhaust fan is clogged with dust and moves zero air. The motor only buzzes and will not turn at the proper RPM. Maintenance is very responsive and brought fans but this was no help. The Sofa bed is old and uncomfortable. Excellent condo, plenty of towels and extras, well stocked kitchen, superb area for food, shopping, and an great beach at the end of the drive.

Nice short walk to beaches, restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream. Being on the 4th floor we had a lovely view and getting up there wasn't bad, there were both stairs and elevator. We used the pool and hot tub several times in the afternoons when it got windy, since it was too wavy at the beach. We used the pack n Play for the baby to sleep in. It was a lovely trip

We’ve been lucky to have been to Hawaii a few times but this was our first time staying in S. Kihei by far our favorite spot to stay on all the islands! Low key beach town, friendly locals and everything within walking distance. Loved this property! Stay at it with my husband, 14 year old daughter and elderly parents. It was one of the few places we found with a separate sleeping area for our teen. Kitchen amenities were great and beach chairs etc made everything easy! Walk to fabulous beaches (Kam I - III), shopping and loads of great restaurants. Highly recommend!

The moment we opened the front door and saw the view, I knew we found the right place. The place was SO close to everything we needed. We had a rental car but would have been fine just staying in the community, as everything we neede was right there within walking distance. The unit also had everything we needed, plus extras we didn't expect. The unit was more than enough room for the 5 adults. And was very clean and up to date. Beds were all very comfortable. That view was Awesome from the two lanais they were nice for enjoying the sunsets, whale watching and just visiting. The grounds are so nicely maintained. We highly recommend this place.

Nice amenities you do not get with timeshare condos. Left over sunscreen, lotion, soaps in the showers and at all the sinks. Garbage sacks, dishwasher soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Nice quality pots and pans, lots of dishes, utensils, silverware, baking dishes, serving dishes, and some spices.
It was like being in your own kitchen and home.
Easy and comfortable to have 10 of us share a meal there a couple of times. The rest of the family were at the nearby timeshare and didn't have a lot of the same things.
6 Beach chair, umbrella, bamboo mats. Lots of beach towels. A cooler for the car.
Having a washer and dryer was great.
King bed was comfortable, the boys said the Queen was a little lumpy.
First time we have stayed in Maui with AC, that was nice.
Fast responses from the owner. The grounds are well kept up.
Would highly recommend this VRBO. Hope we can return again soon.

The complex is about a 5-10 min walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and local shops. Very quiet area and able to sit outside on the deck without anyone noticing. There is a shared pool, but the Jacuzzi wasn't working at the time. The complex owner was very quick at responding to my questions which helped on the planning. We have a 9 month baby and decided to rent baby equipment from a local company in Maui. This required the rental company to drop off equipment before we arrived, which the complex owner was able to accommodate this and made it worry free after a long day of flying. Overall a great spot to stay for your vacation.

The view out the window does have an empty lot beneath it which takes away from the beautiful view. The house had enough room for 6 people with one person on the sofa due to wanting to sleep alone. The home is stocked with everything you need including beach chairs, boogie board, towels which you are able to use. You really only need to bring yourself and food, the rest is there at the house. The parking registration is a breeze.

The property was amazing, great facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, shuffle board) and 300 yards from the beach. You can walk to 3 popular and beautiful beaches which have swimming, snorkling and waves that are the right size for young children. We saw maybe a dozen sea turtles swim through as we were swimming. The views from the lanai are amazing. The hostess provides Beach chairs, an umbrella and a couple boogie boards. We had a broken coffee maker and a new one was hand delivered by David within a few hours. Do not miss snorkling at the Ahihi-Kinau Preserve. My family liked it much better than Molokini and we saw a few more turtles there. The rental is walking distance to a number of stores, restaurants and beach rentals. Try the tacos at Jaws and don't be fooled by the 1.50 mask and snorkle rental at Boss Frog's unless you want use a mask and snorkle from the 1950's. Good sets are $12.50 a day, but they won't tell you that ahead of time. You are a short 5 minute drive to what would be considered the downtown area and consider renting Mopeds, the area is friendly to them and we had a blast putting around on them.

Excellent location. Within short driving distance from several highlights. Walking distance to great restaurants. Be prepared to walk uphill when walking back to the condo. I would have liked some sort of guest book with general information about how to work the television, where to find extra blankets, beach accessories, how to work the washing machine and dryer, etc.
