Our check out time was 11am and while we were packing our stuff to leave the door locked us out at 1020am when I asked the property manager he said that I need to call rentals Maui he can’t help do then I get on the phone and call rentals Maui and when I said it locked me out 40 minutes early the Abby, Abigail or something Ike that said “okay, is there something else you need to get out of there or?…,” uhh I’m sorry even if I had nothing left in there I paid for that 40 minutes so that question is irrelevant

I stayed in this condo for 12 nights in June/July 2023. The condo was very clean and had nice furniture and a comfortable king sized bed. I loved early mornings on the lanai where it was so peaceful and all you can hear are the sounds of all the different birds and the occasional rooster. If the trees were trimmed in front of the lanai you could see clear out to the ocean but the view was slightly obstructed. The condo is just up the street from a very good beach that you can walk to. My only real issue is that the condo itself requires taking several sets of stairs even after taking the elevator to the 3rd floor. Other than that, the condo has everything you'd need - beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The kitchen is stocked really well with all types of pots and pans. Overall I enjoyed my stay and was sad my time on Maui had to end.

We loved the amount of space, cleanliness and views of the peroperty. As it’s located in a apartment building, it’s hard to access (in the middle of the building) without an elevator close to the unit. With 5 flights of stairs it was hard to move luggage up and down. As well the pool area had a lot of rules becauee of sound travel, children playing in the pool made our unit very loud. It didn’t bother us but just a heads up! Overall it was a great space and in wonderful condition with all the beach supplies and cooking supplies needed for a fabulous trip! Thanks for having us.

I have stayed in this complex several times in the past. I have always found the location compensates for the less than ideal access to the units, some more so than others. B-307 necessitates taking 34 stair steps to get to and from the unit, this won’t be possible for many and won’t be my choice again. The unit itself is fine. The bed comfortable, everything is in working order, the lani pleasant to lounge on. Some furnishings could be updated, but overall a nice place to spend less $$ and enjoy Maui.

Apartment had everything what I could think of on vacation rental . Even though kitchen might need some updates everything works perfectly and was equipped well. Condominium is in perfect location to all seeing signs we had on our list. Short walk to beach with delicious bakery and icecream place on the way. Clean, quiet place with local Aloha vibe. Highly recommend in this price range, I would definitely rent it again. Mahalo

We rented this unit for two weeks and were impressed with the location, cleanliness and amenities. A note about accessibility though. The complex has a lot os stairs that cannot be avoided and for people with mobility issues or lotnof luggage it was a haul. Onc3 inside though, the views, amenities and location make it all worthwhile. We had th3 beach, restaurants, shops and yes shaved ice/Gelato all within a fee minutes walk! Would rent again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo could use some updating but for the price, it was great! The location was awesome, walking distance to the beach and many food options! We enjoyed the pool each night after sunset! Great views of the sunset at the beach across from the condo!!! We made great use of the beach chairs and towels! Kitchen had all you would need to prepare a meal. We would definitely stay again!

This was our first experience with VRBO. We needed to get off Oahu for a bit after all that has been going on, and it could not have been more perfect! The LOCATION is everything! There's a beach right at the end of the street. There were several great places to eat that served our dietary needs/preferences, including a health foods grocery store around the corner.
The only thing that was difficult for us, as townies from Oahu, was how quiet it was! So, if you are use to city noise or a fan, I'd bring a sound machine. Or if you go to bed early, as the bedroom is right over the pool that got a little noisy a couple nights. But I believe it closes at 9pm.
We only stayed 4 nights and didn't really need to use any of the unit's amenities, but it has everything from a blender to a toaster, to a toaster oven and any and all utensils, cups, cooking ware you would need to make it your home away from home. And our kids appreciated the Netflix as a familiar evening wind-down.
Being able to get up early and head across the street to the beach, and be done and showered by lunchtime was a dream. We saved so much time and we're able to do so much more in our short stay. We will definitely use this app/location again.

This is a large roomy condo with ample space. The owners provided beach chairs, towels and all other amenities. The location is excellent!
It is maintained by a 3rd party property manager. When I arrived late in the evening, all the toiletries (including toilet-paper) were missing. However, the property manager delivered them quickly when I called her on the next day. The view of the ocean is limited, but I still loved the balcony! It is nice and peaceful! I recommend! The owner should provide some additional write-up about finding the exact condo since there are 3 buildings.

This was the perfect home base for our 10 day stay on Maui. We were close to the beach and had everything we needed for a great holiday! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The bed was just right. We enjoyed the lanai for meals and coffee time. The kitchen had everything for making meals to save money eating out. The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler really came in handy for a day at the beach. The pool was very inviting and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking at the national park. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our bed, the location, the water pressure, the pool & hot tub & the cleanliness of the condo. I was thrilled that there was 4 big bed pillows for us to use also!! And having a little oile, salt & pepper and a few spices along with all the dishes/pans you could want was awesome! We also got a lot of use out of the provided beach towels, chairs and cooler. It really was a wonderful condo and had everything we needed!

We've stayed at this condominium complex before because of its location. Just below the complex is a beautiful beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping and the best Gelato in Kihei.
The owners were very quickly responsive when needed.
There are lots of stairs here. If your knees are painful, there's an elevator, but still five or six stairs once more to get to the nicely updated condo.
The kitchen is very well equipped, even a crockpot and a small steamer saucepan insert for vegetables! Normally, we have to go buy one.

Kihei Alii Kai is our top choice due to a great location, nice units and good pool. B307 has a very comfortable king bed and a decent pullout couch. The furniture on the Lanai is also good. Unfortunately the kitchen is old and dated.

This was a great find for our 2nd week in Maui for just me and hubby. Within walking distance to beach, dining, grocery and gift shops. Well kept, quiet property. Would definitely book here again.

Great views of ocean, and close to beach and restaurants. There were little bugs everywhere though and the AC could only be turned on for 2 hour intervals which meant coming home to a hot condo after a day at the beach.

My husband and I spent 5 weeks working remote from this fantastic condo. The unit had everything we needed - large kitchen, comfy bed, spacious lanai, reliable wifi and air conditioning (on timers). Beach is across the street, building has a great pool, and good nearby food options. We will def be back. Mahalo!!
