Spalling/Concrete Repair Notice for the Molokai Building at Mahana: Makai (Ocean side) repairs continue into mid-May 2021. Work on the Mauka (mountain) side of the building will go into late-June 2021 but is less disruptive to rental operations and does not impact views from the units.
Ocean front on North Ka'anapali beach. An ocean front bedroom allows for a greater view in this Deluxe unit that has been completely remodeled. In addition to the 52" flat screen plasma TV, Blu-Ray DVD player and surround sound in the living room there is a 42" flat screen plasma TV, VCR and DVD player in the bedroom as well. The guest bathroom features a stall shower, no tub. Mahana 305 is in the Molokai (north) tower.
