Beautiful oceanfront condo. Waves, views of both Molokai and Lanai greet you along with Green Sea Turtles surfing the waves. The Aloha spirit is here at this place. Staff and Owners attentive to all needs. The kitchen well stocked. Might need an ice cream scoop but that’s all I could not find. Furnishings we’re beautiful but still comfortable. We hope to return.

It was strange. We were to only people in either of the two buildings. Most restaurants closed along with golf courses. Found a nice restaurant across the street that we frequented on several occasions. The view was fantastic.

The condo and the view were amazing. The only problem we had, was a bit of a cockroach problem in the kitchen so we had to make sure everything was put away in containers or in the fridge.

My family and I stayed at this condo for eight nights, and it was absolutely amazing. The condo has the most incredible views of the beach and ocean where we could see turtles swimming and even caught a few rainbows in the mornings. The kitchen is fully stocked, which was awesome since we decided to stay in and cook a few nights. everything stated in the details about this condo is accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would absolutely go back. Also, the owner was very helpful with recommending things to do locally and answered any and all questions in a very timely manner. You cannot go wrong with booking this property.

Sarah’s condo was beautiful with amazing views and amenities. The location is absolutely gorgeous. It is well stocked with all the “extra” essentials you could ever imagine (beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, spices) and typically do not find in other rental properties.
Sarah was great all throughout the process.
The only issue we had, and I hesitate to even mention, but the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned and there appeared to be a cockroach problem as we saw them everyday. We bought traps and sprayed and the HOA sprayed while we were there but the roaches persisted. Sarah was great throughout though which helped a lot.

What an amazing experience! We saw whales breaching, dolphins frolicking, seals playing, and turtles basking… all from the comfort of our beautiful room!
The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated and Sarah has thought of EVERYTHING. Plenty of towels, binoculars, well stocked kitchen and pantry, toiletries etc.
The location of the condo is conveniently located near the elevators and it was peacefully quiet throughout our entire stay despite the island being very busy with tourists.
Sarah is a fantastic and responsive host. The condo was very clean and welcoming.
We loved our visit and look forward to staying again.

We left for Maui with a list of things to do. This property is so beyond, a front row seat to whales. Lots of whales, lots and lots of whales. We watched through binoculars in the room then from the beach then had to find a boat to get us closer. The host had games so we played games and still watched whales. Beautiful, every amenity you need plus a ton more. Comfortable rooms, unlimited kitchen access. Simply perfect.

Our family fully enjoyed our stay in Maui and the hospitality and views from the condo. The condo was located convenient to many spots around the Lahaina area. We did have a few facility issues with limited water pressure and no hot water during half our stay. The front desk was intermittent in staffing which made check-in and getting pool towels difficult. However, all in all, we had a nice stay, the condo was well-equipped and we enjoyed the sunset and beach views.

Stayed a week at this beachside condo. The view cannot be beat anywhere on Kaanapali Beach. Close to restaurants. Who needs TV, just sit by the windows or on the balcony and prepare for the humpback show!!

I was skeptical that the view that I saw online (and the photos, quite honestly) would be as good in person. However, I was incredibly relieved that the photos and the view were quite accurate. The views from every angle of the main part of the condo were just breathtaking. We could see turtles from the living room! I'm sure during whale season you would be able to view them as well. The condo was spacious enough for my family of 5 (including 3 kids). We loved having a washing machine after staying a few days in a hotel prior to our arrival. We didn't use the pool as it was quite windy and it just always looked cold. My kids did use the hot tub. I liked that they had towels available for use near the pool though. We used them when we went to the various beaches. We enjoyed the location and having a fully stocked kitchen so we could make a few meals at home and have snacks and items available to pack lunches for outings. Sarah was amazing with communication and has really thought of everything. I was bummed I didn't find the game closet until our last day! We noticed the construction but never heard any noise. We enjoyed the close proximity to Lahaina but I did feel pretty far away from some of the other major attractions in Maui (Hana, Paia, Wailea) - we were glad that we took some time to stay in Wailea so we could explore that area for a few days. I would totally stay here again if we ever head back to Maui. Having access to the boardwalk was nice but we found Duke's to always be busy and we had to wait over an hour any time we stopped by. Make reservations early if you know your plans. We liked Hula grill in Whaler's Village a lot more and definitely stop at Leoda's for pie on your way to the condo. I'm still thinking about the pie!

The listing pictures are beautiful but they can’t describe the extraordinary location or the lush property and it’s glorious oceanside views! Nor do they show the quality of the furnishings and well stocked kitchen. We had a great time and will definitely stay again when in Maui.

This place is one of the best we have ever stayed at. You cannot ask for a better location and the view is priceless. Complex has everything you need on site. The food truck village close by is a true treat. Condo is very comfortable and just as advertised.

Nice property! My husband, I and a friend visited for a week. The location is close to Lahaina, about 15 min. and closer to Whalers Village shopping area. Friendly staff, they are doing construction but work during a time of day that doesn't pose a problem. The accommodations were perfect for the 3 us and 4 ppl would work well also for the 2 bedrm condo, could do six ppl but to me that would be crowded unless your real close. Well stocked, comfortable beds, nice view and awesome host!

Gorgeous condo with amazing views from the wall-to-wall floor to ceiling windows. The sunsets are breathtaking, with Lanai to the left, Molokai to the right and the sun going down between them. We spent 8 nights here in September, the condo is in immaculate condition, the photos on VRBO represent it exactly. The kitchen is well stocked although we didn't use it much, and there are beach chairs and even boogie boards.
Oh, did I mention the view?
Sarah, the Host, is the best host I have worked with on VRBO. Before arrival, she provides written recommendations for restaurants and all things Maui. She responds immediately to questions or comments by text or phone. She's great.
A quick word about the Mahana. It is not a resort as such, more of a condo complex situated north of Black Rock in Kaanapali. There is no restaurant, bar, shop or entertainment on site. It's pretty quiet and while we were there seemed to have mostly older couples and honeymooners. There are shops, restaurants and a food truck park 5 minutes' walk away. The Whaler's Mall is 5 minutes' drive to the south.
By the way, did I mention the view?
We had a great time here. If you're looking for a quiet place close to everything, this is for you. We would go again in a heartbeat.

We had such a great time in this condo. The view is absolutely amazing and better than the photos online! I wish we hadn’t planned so much to do during the day/night because we all loved just looking out the windows. We saw rainbows from both sides on two of our four days. We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday and her Aunt's 50th birthday. We had a wonderful time in the water, both the pool and the ocean. The beach was just steps away from the condo so the kids could go down, dig and run and then easily come inside for a shower and a nap. I could even stand on the lanai and take pictures and watch the kids play. My husband said the view made him feel like he was sitting in a pod floating on the ocean.
Sarah sent us detailed local information including recommendations for practical things like grocery shopping, pharmacy and baby gear rental prior to our vacation. She made planning our trip soooo simple! She had thoughtfully included things in the house like plenty of towels bath and beach, sand toys and boogy boards.
It was very windy the entire 10 days we were there. Paddle boarding was too difficult at this location. Further down the beach past the Westin properties the water was calmer and it never seemed as windy. I'm not sure if it is always more windy by this rocky area or if it was seasonal. We found that walking down the boardwalk and entering the beach past the first curve was less rocky and dramatically less windy.

Our stay at Sarah's condo was perfect! We arrived after dark and we amazed by the spectacular views when we woke up the next day. My husband said it was like sitting in the bridge of a ship! Great location, well stocked, great space.
Pre arrival tips were amazing, so much info on what to do, where to eat, great beaches. So helpful and well organized.

Lovely condo with jaw dropping views as soon as you walk into the living room. Our time in the condo mostly had all 4 of us lined up watching the waves, turtles swimming along the shoreline and even whales towards the horizon. Spectacular! The condo was very well appointed, was cozy with lots of extra nice touches with decor. We didn’t lack anything for cooking in the kitchen, nor for heading to the beach - boogie boards, chairs, mats, toys, etc. We would love to come back. Kids would enjoy this place too, though seemed to be more of an adult atmosphere.

Our family had an enjoyable time at this unit. The view was stunning, so much so that it made me think twice about leaving for small excursions during our short three night stay. We did not cook, but all the amenities were available to us. We did use the beach chairs and boogie board. We saw whales from the lanai with our naked eyes but also able to use the binoculars from the unit. The kids loved using the pool and having direct access to the beach. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we were all sad to leave.

Can’t recommend this place enough! Sarah has thought of everything for the perfect vacation home. The Mahana complex was exactly what we were looking for, and regarding the construction warning, they are working well away from the unit and we never heard it.
Little things like not waiting for elevators or fighting for pool chairs is a bonus, and parking is so close! The unit has books, games, and every beach item needed!
If you’re like us and felt like you are researching too much and just need to make a decision, book this unit, it’s perfect!

Location is amazing, the view is amazing, the lanai is amazing, the master shower is amazing, our entire stay was amazing! We had read previous reviews regarding construction noise, but we heard zero construction noise while we were there. I didn’t want to write this review because I don’t want it to be booked when we want to go back! Also the complex has paddle board storage if you are renting them for more than one day!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property and view of the ocean is stunning. One of my favorite activities was sitting by the window and admiring the view of the sailboats, dolphins, and sea turtles. The beach is steps from the condo so you can look down and see the sea turtles when the tide is low. The sunset views are just, WOW. The condo is very updated and includes pretty much everything you could want for it to feel like home. We did a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was well stocked with pretty much any pan, spice, or utensil you can need for everyday cooking. We loved having use of the coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The condo is also well stocked with games, which makes it easy to lounge indoors when weather is rainy. We visited in off-season and were able to get a great deal on the condo. There was a lot of construction noise during the week, but that was made known before booking, which is why the rate was much lower than usual. The host was very responsive with any questions before we arrived, as well as when we were there and had some questions. Book this gorgeous condo and you won't regret it. I have stayed in some pretty incredible VRBO's and BnB's, and this one is hands down the best and 100% worth the money. This was the best family vacation we've had.

Maui 2021...My husband and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary at the Mahana with great friends. We were on Maui for our honeymoon 20 years ago and couldn't think of any better way to celebrate 20 years than going back to Maui and including great friends on our trip. The Mahana met all of our Maui expectations and much more. Sarah and her staff were amazing to work with the entire time, from booking to helpful information about the island and questions while we were there; they were quick to respond via email or by phone. The condo was spotless and clean and beautifully decorated with a welcome island feel. The views were the best we have had in our travels and a great opportunity to view God's amazing creation out our window or from the beach front. The 8th floor condo provided a great view of Lanai and Molokai, as well as sea turtles swimming in front of the building. The condo was well supplied for every beach or pool supply we needed to make our outings that much easier. The location of the Mahana is wonderfully close to Lahaina where we got on a boat for a snorkel trip and ate many meals. We enjoyed the quiet feel of the Mahana Resort and felt more exclusive and away from the busyness of other resorts nearby. There were always spots to sit by the pool or in the hot tub, which were both the perfect temperature. The Mahana is close to grocery stores and we enjoyed the food trucks close by for dinner. Sarah's helpful hints and advice were spot on and we did many things she recommended, which gave us a great taste of the whole island. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah, her condo and staff, and the Mahana itself. We hope to return one day! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful and letting us stay in your beautiful home away from home.

This condo is super clean and stylish. Windows from floor to ceiling in living room. Stunning view of the sunset, rainbows, beach and water right below. Amenities include a community large pool and jacuzzi. Air conditioning to keep it cool in the Summer heat. Location north of the busiest area though lovely walk along the beach to get to Black Rock. Plenty of space to spread out with our 2 children. Washer and Dryer helpful to clean our beach clothes. Close to grocery store. Had our family pics taken on the beach... a service conveniently offered by the building. Owner super easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions.

Sarah’s place was more beautiful than the pictures and we loved every minute of staying there! It is updated, comfortable and spacious. My 3 daughters and I traveled there finally, after 2 postponed trips due to Covid. The views are BREATHTAKING and the fact that we had more than enough room to spread out while we were there was even better. The location is very close to everything and a short walk to Dukes next door was a daily favorite. We will be back for sure!

We loved this property! The view is to die for and the location is perfect. We (family of five) walked down the boardwalk to Duke's and to the great beaches in front of the Westin Hotel. We got our exercise in the morning walking all the way to Whalers Village, which also had great restaurants for lunch and dinner. We really enjoyed coming back to the condo at sunset and sitting in the pool and jacuzzi and not having it be so crowded. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who likes to be around the action but doesn't want to stay with a million other people at a hotel. Five stars!

Properly is well located with gorgeous views . The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped with everything you would need - although some items such as sugar and foil ( which were listed as being available ) were not in stock . Direct beach access is a plus . On the negative side , the common areas of the building are very run down . The cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired - the floors were not clean ( we found sand and hair ) , appliances were dusty and we found a stray strand of hair on the kitchen countertop . Patio furniture is falling apart and is not as as pictured on the website . We also had an incident where we returned fron a long day trip to find no running water in the building . While water supply was restored the next morning, we found the front desk staff most unhelpful ( they provided no timelines to fix the problem and instead handed us the telephone number of the municipal waterworks department !!) - the owner was also unresponsive to calls and text messages when this incident occurred .
