This was our 3rd trip to Hawaii. We have stayed in the same building in the past, but this was the first time in this unit. It was fabulous for our family of 4. Well appointed and spectacular views. Easy check in, great communication with the owner and property manager.

Everything about this property was amazing. The owner, Heather was so informative about many questions that I had prior to our arrival. She put me in contact with booking agents for tours and activities well in advance of our arrival so we had everything arranged. The condo is exactly as described in the description and was so nice! The location is perfect and was very quiet. I've read the other reviews on this property and they are all accurate as well. Do not hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed! There is so much to say about this place....it is simply a dream condo. With panoramic views from the mountains to the Sea you really cant stop looking out the window. They owners leave the place fully equipped for cooking. The sub zero fridge provide ice and filtered water. The sound of the ocean fills your bedroom at night. The beach is left of the building and great for long walks....Also very close to Dukes restaurant which is delicious. Within a 5 min walk, you have a grocery store for all your needs.
I cant say enough how amazing this place is and cant wait to go back.

Most of Maui is completely available despite the tragedy of Lahaina. Thanksgiving was special thoughts this year.

I’ve been to the islands more than 20 times and this is the best accommodation I’ve ever had. (Including 5 star hotels) Its been recently remodeled and the Tommy Bahama decor made for a pleasant and comfortable experience. The west and south views were spectacular and the property is literally 30 yards from the ocean. To top things off the owner is very pleasant and accommodating. If you have choices take this one and you will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at this amazing place about 8 times and you can not begin to imagine the view that you have in front of you! You have the best oceanfront view I believe there is…!! I come to see the whales and you have a front roll seat with all of the spouts, fins, and tails!! It truly is beyond special!
The unit is decorated beautifully and everything is there for you to have a special time. There is a closet that has a good share of beach items that you might need!
Mahana is next to the beach walk heading down to Kaanapali passing Duke’s restaurant on the way. The location is perfect - close to Times Market got groceries.
Heather is very attentive and is quick to address any issues that might arise. It truly is a very special place!

Where do I start? I have to admit I was somewhat hesitant to expose this gem, but in the spirit of Ohana, here we go.
The online listing is 100¬curate and Heather is a super, super host. Very easy and prompt communication made the entire process a breeze.
The unit was the cleanest of any unit we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to cleaning detail was present upon entering. The primary room was amazing with views to the islands and the black out shades were a great touch the days we slept in. The secondary room has great views of the mountains and the coastline. We used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks as we ordered dinner in or went out. However, it was well stocked.
This was our first stay on this side of the island as we’ve previously stayed in Wailea. We very much enjoyed the breezes which made sitting on the beach or by the pool very enjoyable. I also cycled the west Maui loop and the proximity to bike rental was great. We also had the pleasure of meeting a part time resident in the building who had a great recommendation for a spot to eat in Naili Bay.
Honestly, I could go on and on. The location and Heather make this a must book spot. It is truly an amazing value.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The views from this condo are breathtaking. Loved waking up each morning seeing the beautiful ocean and loved watching the beautiful sunset each night.
The place is spacious and had everything we needed, just needed to pick up some groceries and we were set. My family and I were very comfortable. Even my teenagers (13 & 15) loved staying here, they both gave 2 thumbs up and not their usual “meh” response to everything.
Loved that we were so close to the beach and we were able to see sea turtles. It was also great that we can walk to Duke’s and have lunch or dinner when we didn’t want to cook.
Heather, the owner, was great. Responds quickly to any questions I had. And thanks to her detailed info on things to do and restaurant recommendations.
This was one of the best relaxing vacations we’ve had in a long time.

This was amazing amazing stay at Maui. The location was perfect near to their best sea shore and Duke's beach house restaurant. Place was pristine and communication from Heather was great. I would give her 5.000000000000 stars. Every single details, every single needs, are available in-house to use without spending money for it. We loved local fruits and it was right across the street!!! Sea is at your door steps and 9th floor makes it perfect to see 360 degrees for mountains, sea, trees and pools!! We can't wait to visit Maui and stay here again....

Everything about this place is great. Booking the place was easy, Heather made sure we had all information leading up to our trip. The condo itself is the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in. The views are so awesome, they seem fake. The location is perfect, the check in and check out procedures are super easy. The Mahana was a wonderful vacation haven, the unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. The views from the unit were breathtaking - I could never tire of looking at the beautiful blue ocean or the spectacular sunsets each evening. I appreciated the recommendations Heather provided - we managed to experience most of them…my favorite was Makena beach, I felt like I could reach out and touch Lanai. It was a fabulous vacation and staying at the Mahana provided us a great central location with plenty of comfortable space for my family.

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views. We saw lots of sea life while looking out the windows. It was just an elevator ride to walk out on to the beach. Everything was clean and Heather was easy to get in touch with. It's well situated being close to Lahaina and lots of great restaurants.
The only complaint I might have is that the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom were high quality that can be damaged if water stays long on the surface. You are asked to wipe it continually. And although I appreciate the attention to using high-quality materials, I don't want to think of those kinds of things while on vacation. It definitely wouldn't stop me from staying there again though. Loved it overall!

The pictures do not do this property justice. This was our 5th trip to Maui, all perfectly timed during whale season. We’ve stayed all over the island but this condo cannot be beat. I can’t imagine we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else. From our balcony, we saw hundreds of whales breaching and flapping, so many turtles and fish, and even an eel!
Heather was a total gem and didn’t even mind my texting her questions that she’d already answered in the check-in paperwork we received.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and I can’t wait for us to come back. Pure magic is right.

We immensely enjoyed our time in Kaanapali at Heather's beautiful condo. Even with so much to do in Maui, we enjoyed just as much whale watching from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area; the binoculars provided are an amazing touch.

Outstanding unit. Totally enjoyed the stay with only one issue. The extreme noise from the unexpected repair work on the building caused us to leave the unit for several hours in each of three days. Heather was extremely cooperative and helpful. We will keep this unit at the top of our list for future visits to Maui.

This was the perfect place for our stay on Maui! We came to Maui this time of year specifically to see whales and we sure did!! From the huge window and balcony on the 9th floor you have a perfect spot to watch non-stop action!! Words can not describe how happy we were. The condo had everything and more for us! Really love having the coolers for packing picnics on the road to Hana. The food truck park nearby was convenient as well. The owners were easy to deal with and offered a ton of great ideas for things to do!!

This was my family's 3rd time at the Mahana. First time renting a 2 bed/2 bathroom as we have 2 children. Heather had wonderful communication before our trip as the construction at the Mahana was delayed and would continue during our stay. When we arrived we saw the construction equipment and it was visible on the hallway/walkway to the front door. But it was not disruptive during our stay and we don't look much at the walkway near the front door.
The condo was beautiful, nicely decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and glasses/cups to use. Plenty of space in the living room and dining area. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable and laid out well. Very nice furniture. The main bathroom had a great, custom large shower. The 2nd bedroom was good size for both of my sons with very nice full bathroom. That room had great windows with mountain views. Having the end unit with the extra windows was wonderful. Full ocean and beach views almost everywhere you looked. The large window near the kitchen was so nice too, lots of natural light. Nice TVs in all rooms with full cable line up.
Natural stone countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Custom cabinets too. Very nice upgraded unit, you won't be disappointed! We enjoyed many family activities as it was my 8 year old son's first trip to Maui. We enjoyed a Luau, parasailed at Kaanapali beach, drove to the blowhole past Kapalua, went on the Atlantis submarine in Lahaina, we enjoyed the food trucks very near the condo, we used the BBQ's one night also. I cannot explain the awe I felt literally every morning when I walked out into the living area and got to see the view from this place. I would just stand there in front of the giant windows looking over the water and drink my coffee.
If you are planning on experiencing Maui and actually going to different beaches, attractions, restaurants, etc, you should ABSOLUTELY stay in this condo. It does have a nice pool and hot tub, but the pools at the resorts are on a totally different level. We aren't that kind of family and we would rather spend our time in and around Maui rather than at the pool... no judgement to anyone here
That said, I cannot say enough good about this place. It is exceptionally decorated, amazing amazing amazing views, great furniture, owners were delightful, basically literally on top of the beach, comfortable beds and linens, and a closet full of beach stuff that you will absolutely need but most likely not be able to bring. BTW, if you want the sandals in there, that was my donation, they're all yours!!! =) Seriously, this closet was SUPER helpful.
If I could go back to Maui regularly I'd gladly stay here again and again. Well worth it!

This property has amazing views. When sitting by the windows you feel like you are on a cruise ship, all you see is water. It has great views of the beach and beach walk.

Our stay was truly magical. As our kids are getting to the age where they are beginning their own lives, we wanted a trip that we all could enjoy as a family. This place did the trick! We enjoyed the entire experience and the home was the icing on the cake. It was clean and modern, styled to the max with every amenity we could ever ask for in one place. It was centrally located with lots of closely restaurants and food trucks. It was right on the beach. Parking was easy. Heather has every item you could ever need for beach days. The kitchen is amazing. The beds were so comfortable. But above all else....the view is breathtaking. I found myself looking out the windows most of the time we were in the unit. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
The only drawback was the construction going on during our stay and the lanai view was somewhat affected. We were gone most of the daytimes, so it wasn't too big of a problem.
Heather was a dream to work with and really professional. I will be recommending her place to all my friends. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here, too.

Our stay at Heather's VRBO was more than perfect. Condo has the best views - trust me, pictures given here do not do justice to this beauty. We are really thankful to the host for making this one of our most memorable stay. Condo has views from every window around, it's right on the lovely Kaanapali beach. Once we entered this place everyone in family just wanted to stay indoors.. Heather has furnished it so well and each room looks like it has been showcased in some magazine. Awesome choice of colors and simply put I wish I had such condo of my own :) I did not want to leave the place ever LOL.
Alright, so facilities at building were A grade - check-in was simple, Heather was in touch over VRBO chat, Buildings are located in famous Kaanapali area and super accessible from shops, restaurants etc. Giant Monkey pod trees covered whole parking lot with shade and palm trees as tall as 9th floor - made this place a canopy top experience. There was a concierge downstairs for any information required ... There is a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi facing sea downstairs which we enjoyed every evening after watching sunset. Apartment has everything one can need - kitchen is well equipped.. We brought fresh fruits from road fruit-stands and ate after morning coffee sitting in Balcony. There is 180 degree view of turquois beach and 2 gorgeous islands of Lanai and Molokai with cloud forming over top every evening. We also saw a large rainbow between 2 islands making it picture perfect on last day. We went to sleep listening to ocean waves every night and woke up with view of calm ocean. We saw sunset from the lanai or went downstairs on the beach to celebrate evening view.. we saw turtles and 2 small reef sharks (not a threat to human) around reef at late evening. There is wonderful resort next door so crowd was decent and many children and young couples were seen on the beach. Snorkeling opportunities were right at the doorstep and we made the best of our time.
Black Rock beach is 5 minute drive away, one can even walk to it using beach since it is visible from even home. We booked paddle board lesson, surfing lesson at Kaanapali beach hotel - for really good price and they provided fun coach for activities. Snorkeling at Black Rock beach was an experience - we saw large turtles swimming around us and colorful fishes and cliff jumpers.
We loved our stay and would definitely go again and stay here.

The first thing you will notice is the views - they are truly extraordinary and the photos online don't even do them justice! The corner unit really maximizes the vistas from many angles and the unit was full of light all day. Turtles were often seen swimming in the shallows just below us. I can only imagine this place during whale season!
The condo itself is in excellent condition and is provisioned with everything you can think of to be comfortable and efficient. Heather was quick to respond to any questions prior to our visit and was an excellent host. We would definitely return to this property.

The entire experience from placing the order to check out was seemless, easy and far beyond better than any other vacation rental we’ve enjoyed. The condo is a slice of heaven, exactly as advertised, and so beautiful it almost made it hard to want to leave for our excursions! It’s well equipped, clean, comfortable and beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. Although the bathroom is a little small and there is no tub, it didn’t matter. The condo has a very nice hottub and it is all steps away from the ocean. Heather was so nice and attentive to our questions and even had batteries delivered to us to operate the remote control fans despite my offer to replace them. We look forward to becoming regulars although it’s clear this is a very popular place so we may have to wait a while for another vacancy! Mahalo!!!

Located on a wonderful part of the island. Property is slightly tired but with nice amenities--tennis, swimming pool, and more. Most rewarding from the apartment was the sunset, views of the ocean, the island of Lanai and Molokai and the sound of the ocean. Easy access to the beach and boardwalk!

We recently returned from our Maui trip and what a blast! What made it all the more enjoyable was the condo. Fantastic views, quiet area and the location was perfect. Walk outside the hotel and snorkeling is out in front of your door. The condo had everything we needed right down to the extra beach gear. Clean pool, well maintained landscaping and a friendly staff made it comfortable for our family from day one. I would highly recommend this condo, in fact we will be booking it for next year. Did I mention the incredible view from the living room? You have to see it to believe it.

The pictures of this condo and view were fantastic. Upon entry the only words were wow. The condo itself is very spacious and very nicely appointed. But it is the view that steals the show. The complex is very quiet and we heard the gentle rolling of the waves as we laid down to sleep. The location is fantastic and I could not imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. The owner was easy to deal with and communicated well.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and we cannot say enough great things. The unit was recently remodeled with a very elegant and modern tropical theme. The furniture was comfortable and the master bedroom bed was brand new with lots of linens and extra pillows. The lanai furniture was very nice as well and we had our breakfast there every morning. You are literally 30 feet from the ocean and can feel all the ocean breezes. We even saw a group of spinner dolphins offshore! This was all great but what puts this unit over the top is the hallway window, floor to ceiling window by the dining area, and the huge picture window behind the couch which lets you not only see the ocean but down the whole beach as well. You can even see to Black Rock! It really is a WOW view. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The owners have also provided tons of beach gear with coolers, chairs, and big lush beach towels that make going to the beach or pool a breeze. The owners are very nice, very responsive to emails/calls, and really go out of the way to make sure everything is taken care of. We would recommend this unit to anyone and hope to stay here again the next time we are in Maui.
