This place is great - you can't be closer to the water without being in it. Good size, good location, good vibes.
Right next door to Dukes for great food and fun environment. Food truck park steps away. Pool and hot tub were great. We put the beach chairs and snorkel equipment to good use. Would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible stay at the Mahana. You can't beat the views from this property, it's as close to the ocean as you can get. We loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai every day. Our family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 9-10) were very comfortable here. Incredible snorkeling in front of the property, and great restaurants/grocery stores within walking distance. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (coffee maker, cooking utensils, etc). They even provided beach chairs, and umbrella and a cooler! The pool area was beautiful, so nice that they provided towels. The bed in the master was very comfortable, and the kids preferred to sleep on the couch instead of the pullout. So helpful to have a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Property looked just as described if not better in person. Miranda was super helpful and responsive as well. We look forward to our next visit - Mahalo for the memories!

This place was everything we wished for. Right in the beach and we slept with the door open nightly to listen to the crashing waves. In a great area close to everything. The grounds here and pool etc. are kept meticulously clean. Have not 1 complaint. We will be back!!

Literally 50 feet from the ocean and were able to watch whales everyday off of the lanai. Wonderful floor to ceiling windows and comfortable wrap around couch. Quiet neighborhood. Pool could be larger if looking to swim but suited our purposes. Miranda was accessible and responsive. Had a refrigeration fan motor that acted up and was replaced the next day.

This property is very convenient to get to. Once there, the unit was clean and nice. Only negative was a dated bathroom with no walk in shower. Overall, very nice. The view is worth the price. We spent many enjoyable hours on the lanai.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our five night stay at the Mahana Resort. Amazing snorkelling right in front of the complex, lots of whale watching from the condo unit and a kitchen stocked with all the basics we needed to enjoy meals 'at home'. There is construction currently going on at the resort, but it had very little impact on our stay. The pullout has a very basic mattress, but we did alright - the views and listening to the waves were fair compensation. We would happily stay here again, and recommend it to others.

There's a bit of construction/renovating happening and being a 40 y/o building it's good to see the upkeep. The construction never affected my stay.
Location is perfect, no traffic in front yet it's only like 2 blocks from a grocery store, pubs, scooter rental. Everything you need. The area is unbelievably beautiful. Beach after beach after beach after beach, all size and level of surfing waves and the people are all friendly.
The front desk/check in was seamless and throughout the week were available to help with any questions.
i will definitely stay here again and MIranda was so easy to book with and communicate with during the planning.

If a beachfront condo is what you’re looking for this is the place. This unit is clean and well appointed. Property has pool jacuzzi and barbecues. There is a market within walking distance for all food and beverage needs. No restaurant on property but Dukes a five minute walk, Kaanapali shores next door and a pizza place across the road. Whaler’s village 10 minutes away and Lahaina 15 minutes so your close to the busy spots but not in them. That’s what we want.

The view is breathtaking! Opening the door set the stage for what was the best vacation ever. It was a tropical paradise. Having meals while seeing and listening to the waves, pure serenity! Waking up to water, clouds and waves was more than I could have imagined.

Walking through the door of this property presented us with exactly what we had hoped to find - floor to ceiling windows with the epic Maui pacific just outside! We could have spent our whole trip just enjoying the view, but thankfully we used this property's great location as a jumping off point for some wonderful adventures around the island, knowing that we would be greeted by the fantastic views upon our return. If a beachfront condo is what you’re looking for this is the place. This unit is clean and well appointed. Property has pool jacuzzi and barbecues. The location of this property is wonderful. A quick walk to the beach, Dukes, Times Market, Food Trucks. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor dining was perfect. This is a well-maintained, well-equipped, property in a convenient central location near Safeway, ABC, Starbucks, and only a five minute walk from a food truck hub. The building has lovely landscaped grounds with plenty of free parking, elevator, and clean, covered hallways. Keyless entry and check-in/out was simple.
Unlike some properties that advertise a view, this condo on the 4th floor only a few feet from shore has a completely unobstructed view from both the bedroom and common area with large balcony for dining where you can enjoy sunset listening to the sound of crashing waves.
The owner provided a very informative booklet outlining safe snorkeling and sightseeing spots, beaches, parking tips, restaurants and other general services. Beach chairs were available on manicured grass for lounging and there is a narrow strip of sand suitable for walking or shallow wading. Swimming beaches are close (by car).
Miranda responded expeditiously and assisted with all inquiries.

The accomodations were perfect. The view can't be beat, wall to ceiling of paradise. Feels like you are on a boat of your own. The items to use were great, chairs and snorkel items. Some coolers. The pull out bed ended up being to springy, so my boys slept right on the couch, but beyond that, everything rocked. Thanks so much for a great vakay!

The location can’t be beat. Snorkeling right off the beach was honestly some of the best snorkeling we did- so many fish! The condo was well-equipped, comfortable, and the patio was perfect for breakfast and sunsets.

This property was just as expected - very nice location, comfortable, clean, and right on the ocean. We had issues with unexpected construction and the resulting noise during the weekday. We worked with our property manager and was able to agree on a partial refund for our stay. It was all good in the end.

We stayed in 414 a beautiful condo with all the amenities including anything for the beach. Very comfortable furniture & king size bed. Amazing floor to ceiling glass & lanai for watching the whales & dolphins with span of never ending water. Beach in front great for swimming & walking. Great heated pool & jacuzzi. It was hard to leave and hope to be back soon

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its property manager Miranda! Miranda helped us with clarifying the COVID travel requirements prior to our trip, assisted us with random calls and questions during our trip, and provided superior customer service!
The property itself was breathtaking! The unit had all the beach essentials and a ton of small, much appreciated details. The view from the unit gave us the most spectacular sunsets and ocean views, it is hard to find the words to best represent the experience!
We will certainly be returning to this unit again in the future!!!

Looks just like the picture. This place is amazing ocean view from every room. Sleep to the sound of waves. Everything you need is this unit. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a chance to see the turtles swimming from out balcony. Miranda responded quickly if we had question.

The view out the living room and bedroom windows is gorgeous! We appreciated the extra amenities (e.g., snorkel gear, coolers, etc.) and made good use of them. Morning coffee on the lanai was so peaceful and relaxing. The evening sun does heat up the balcony quite a bit, but we used that time to enjoy the sunset from the pool or boardwalk instead.

Amazing views! Just have to walk a bit if you want to go on beach as it is rocky out front. Quiet condo compared to the hotels nearby. Right at the start of the boardwalk. Kitchen well-equipped and bed was firm which we like.
