My husband and I travel the world renting quality condos and homes, always with a great view being a “must have”, and this condo is now one of our favorites. It’s as good as it looks and very well maintained. The hosts have thought of everything - its has quality bedding, pillows, furniture, art, cutlery, kitchen appliances, grill utensils and small appliances and everything you need for the beach. It even has a ceiling fan on the lanai so you can enjoy the warm muggy days in comfort when the wind isn’t blowing. And you can dine or lounge on the lanai and see and hear the waves crashing below as if sitting on the beach but without the sand. Bonus is the common grills at the condo are high end and work great so we found ourselves cancelling restaurant reservations to eat in.
Hosts are super responsive and thoughtful though you won’t need them since the condo is spotless, well furnished, and functions as if new.
We often find ourselves missing home and its comforts after a week away but did not want to check out of this condo despite traveling for two weeks on this trip. We’ll definitely rent again when we return to the Kaanapali area.

This condo is truly oceanfront. Unlike other complexes, there is nothing between your lanai and the ocean. You don’t lookout over the pool, or a few hundred feet of grass and beach chairs - it literally is right in front of you.
Leave the door open all night and hear the waves crashing. It’s like nothing else.
The pool and hot tub are great, the snorkeling and swimming at the beautiful beach is fantastic. And Dukes is at the beach for drinks and great lunch or dinner.
But the attraction here is the direct, I mean DIRECT ocean view.
Note: The swimming is just a few steps past the condo building as the beach immediately in front of the building has rocks and coral that make it unsafe to swim right there. But that actually adds to the attraction as there are no crowds right outside your window.

When you see the pictures on the internet, you think: wow!
When you walk in this condo, it’s even better. This accommodation is top notch and has absolutely everything you could wish for, it’s super clean, has a well equipped kitchen and there’s even snorkeling gear, beach chairs etc.
And last but not least, the great view.

Our family had the most amazing time at this beautiful beachfront condo! The location was absolutely perfect- waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping onto the sandy beach just yards away, was dreamlike. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owners put their heart and thought into every detail to ensure a lovely stay. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. The sunsets from the lanai were breathtaking. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved our 2 weeks in this condo. The view from the moment we walked in was breathtaking. The sunsets were wonderful and watching the turtles down at the beach was awesome. Listening to the waves in bed at night and having breakfast each morning on the lanai. The pool was nice and never crowded. We could walk to nearby restaurants and the grocery store was just across the street. We could not have stayed at a nicer condo for our 50th anniversary! We can't wait to come back. The condo has EVERYTHING you could want or need while in Hawaii. We were even “finding” things on our last day! Looking in drawers making sure we did not leave anything behind (old habit) and we were saying to each other did you see that?! We have stayed in other VRBOs and this one was by far the best! The views were obviously amazing and the condo was truly a home away from home! Would definitely go back!

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and absolutely loved it!! The place is stocked with everything you need, super clean, and communication with our stay was really good. The views are amazing and the ocean is right outside your door. We loved listening to the waves every night and watching the sunset from the deck. The condo is also located near the boardwalk which goes for miles that you can walk. We loved being on the end of that because we didn’t have all the traffic in front of us. The pool was great too and never overcrowded. There are restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store across the street - also walkable distance. All in all, we highly recommend this place!! We look forward to returning again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for our belated honeymoon to Maui… and what a dream to stay here! The condo was sparkling clean, stocked with everything we didn’t know we needed, and had the most beautiful panoramic views every single day. As we found out from some local neighbors, the Mahana is one of the longest-standing communities in the area, which means it’s the closest to the ocean in the front and surrounded by towering monkeypod trees in the back. In such a busy, resort-filled area, the Mahana feels quiet and secluded. We truly felt at home and did not want to leave! Quyen was very communicative, checking in on us and answering every question we had. In all of our vacation rental experiences, this was hands down the best ever. We’ve only been home 3 days and are already dreaming of when we can return.

Perfect location to see whales breaching, seals resting on the beach, and turtles swimming by. All this was steps away from the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, food truck park, grocery stores. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and even items we didn’t know we needed ( cooler bag for picnic, snorkeling gear, binoculars, rice cooker, everything u need for a day on the beach). When we walked in the place looked and smelled like it was just deep cleaned. I normally have problems sleeping in hotel/ vacation beds, but both my husband and I found the mattress to be very comfortable (he even tried to find the mattress tag to write down the name). If we ever visit Maui again I will not hesitate to book this condo.

My partner and I already appreciate the Aston Mahana. Our four-week stay in this remodeled and very-well appointed unit took it to the highest level.
It’s immaculately maintained and equipped with everything you need, from beach equipment to kitchen supplies and spices to toiletries, linens, Apple TV, comfy bed…you name it.
The third floor height is magnificent for viewing sea life (we saw turtles, the rare monk seal, and even a shark), what’s happening on the beach, and enjoying that palm-tree featured sun setting just behind the neighboring island. The proximity to the ocean makes it super easy to get to and from the beach/unit. The layout is private and close, as if these experiences were custom-made.
The owners Michael and Quyen responded very quickly to any questions we had.
We can’t wait to return!

The condo and views are even more spectacular than the pictures. Wonderfully kept and decorated with charm - comfortable with everything you need to enjoy the perfect spot for whale watching, turtle watching, sun and ocean fun, and most of all relaxation. Fun hiking and sailing etc are close by, but you can easily access the entire island from here. Absolutely recommend and would stay here again on our next trip.

From initial booking to checking out, everything was so smooth and easy with this rental. Quyen pays great attention to detail and excellence. We wanted for nothing. There are even conveniently placed device chargers in the main area and bedroom. The kitchen is spotless and so well appointed. The mattress on the bed was better than at home! It had everything we needed. Now for the even better part - the condo is in a fantastic location. The Maui surf is less than 100 feet from your balcony. Rain or shine it was spectacular to just sit and stare at the ocean. We saw whales in the distance, spectacular crashing waves, surfers and beautiful sunsets. The condo location is in a very convenient spot to restaurants and amenities but tucked away from the road and busyness. We enjoyed the quiet ambiance as a couple. There are no downs to staying at the place. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back soon! Mahalo!

Phenomenal condo. Construction is definitely a bummer (jackhammers at 7:30am sharp 6/7 days week for 8hrs) but the condo/unit itself is amazing. Amazing views of sunset, turtles, dolphins. Location was perfect. Workers were outside window during our stay which wasn’t ideal, but again, condo was overall amazing and would recommend to anyone. Probably the cleanest unit we have stayed in to date.

Great place to stay! Construction was not that much of a deterrent, workers around, but only a few times using the jackhammer and not for long periods of time. We were out of the unit most days, but did spend some afternoons in and it was relaxing and peaceful to sit on the lanai! Everything you could possible need is in the unit! Wonderful trip!

We spent 10 nights at this condo and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and just how well equipped the kitchen was. Quyen has thought everything imaginable to stock in this kitchen. Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again. The sunsets from the lanai were so beautiful and stunning every night. We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming past the condo one morning. There was construction going on the time we were there and was noisy at times but I knew that going in and Quyen was very upfront with us regarding the construction and possible noise. We spent most of our days taking trips or doing tours so the noise didn't bother us. Thank you Quyen for allowing us the use of your beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful time at the Mahana. The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed having the blankets for the cold trip to Haleakala and the snorkeling gear. I did some great snorkeling just right outside of Duke's. The construction was noisy from time to time but we were out of the condo during most of the construction hours. I already miss sitting on on the balcony watching the waves. The view was just so beautiful. We even saw a moonbow on one of the nights. The location on the island was perfect. It was so great having the food trucks so near by! Quyen was a wonderful host and even allowed us a late checkout the day we left because we had a late night flight. We definitely hope to go back!

What a wonderful condo. Quyen was an outstanding host! Great communication. She was concerned about the construction- but it was really no big deal. Workers were very respectful and hardly noticed them at all. We had everything we needed and loved the view. Bed is very comfortable. Such a wonderful stay! This condo is simply amazing. Everything from the condition of the unit, the view, location, etc…. We travel often and have fairly high expectations when it comes to our vacations and this unit checked off all the boxes. It’s location on the water was far better than neighboring properties and you can hear the waves crashing. Condo itself had everything we needed and some extras that were very nice. The owners were very attentive and even emailed us some great suggestions for Maui prior to our arrival so that we could make the most of our experience. We will definitely be returning asap!

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property for 7 nights. Quyen was up front with us prior to our stay that there was some construction going on and it was quite noisy. She was worried we would be bothered. We assured her we would be fine. The construction started promptly at 7:30 am and was done around 3 pm during the week. No work was done over the weekend. It did not bother us in the least. We were early risers and were gone the majority of the day anyway. The view from the lanai was perfect. We had coffee and mimosas each morning prior to the construction crew arriving. We walked along the beautiful beach and saw turtles and dolphins playing. The pool was small but clean and the water was warm. The condo was laid out so nice and there was nothing we wished for that wasn’t there. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. This rental property is the best!! It is beautifully furnished and updated and incredibly well appointed. Every time we thought of something that we thought we should have brought or felt we needed, we just looked a little bit in the condo and sure enough it was there!! Very impressive!! The entire condo was immaculately clean, and I am very picky.
The location is great! A beautiful walking boardwalk is right there and close to restaurants and golf.
There was some construction noise as the owner had said there would be. The view from the condo is spectacular-second to none!! ( Too bad the windows were so dirty but that was due to the construction. Couldn’t be helped. )
Quyen was a delight to deal with and responded quickly and was very kind to us. We appreciated everything.
My husband is a quiet man but mentioned repeatedly how impressed he was with our find and how great a vacation he felt he was having. Big praise from him!!

Spacious property for our party of two. Lanai is fantastic for sunsets and whale watching. Great views of the water from inside the condo as well. Condo has been recently remodeled and has a clean/modern feel. Kitchen was fully stocked with even more items than expected - a very nice surprise. Condo has a wide selection of beach equipment for use. WiFi was solid. Condo is close to the swimming pool/hot tub and several BBQ grills. Pool has both shallow (4 feet) and deeper (9 feet) sections. The condo area has several access points to the beach. Condo is in a quiet area with walking access to restaurants (including food trucks) and shops. Property host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. No issues with self check-in. We had two other parties traveling with us that stayed in the same complex but in different condos. This condo was by far the nicest of the three. Plenty of unassigned parking. Our party would stay here again.
During our stay there was exterior construction in work. This did limit our use of the lanai during the day along with some construction noise. This did not impact any beach/pool activity. Property host was upfront regarding this inconvenience.

This property is a MUST stay! It’s absolutely stunning and the views are unmatched—you cannot get any closer to the ocean. Fantastic location and the owners have thought of everything to enhance your stay in Maui. My only complaint is about the noise from the construction of the building. However, we knew about this going into our stay and although it was disruptive, the owners really did everything they could to make us comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone going to Maui! It’s absolutely perfect and we plan to return one day!

What a wonderful place to have. Very highly recommended. We really enjoyed every bit of it. Quyen really took care of details. She goes above & beyond to make sure that we are having a comfortable stay with no problems. We had a late arrival, & she even stayed very late to make sure we checked in with no issues. The place is fully equipped with every thing you need & more. Located in a great area, close to lots of shops & attractions. Very clean, organized, & very well decorated. The ocean views from the lanai is mesmerizing. We even saw the rainbow twice.
