Gorgeous view and perfect location, would be 5 stars across board but disappointed in certain aspects, especially as compared to other units in which we’ve stayed in the Mahana at equivalent rates. Our stay was two weeks. Very frequent VRBO travelers. Found couch cushions and table chair upholstery in need of cleaning. Most disappointing was condo lacked certain items that are VRBO basics, in our experience. We felt a little “nickeled and dimed” having to buy these items for ourselves after asking property manager twice and receiving no response — e.g., no basic cleaning product to clean countertops and glass table after each instance of cooking/eating use; no brush, sponge, or other scrubbing pad was provided for kitchen sink, to clear stuck on food from dishes before putting in dishwasher or to clean items not appropriate for dishwasher; no salt, not even a plastic shaker, in cupboards. Also, kitchen utensils are comparatively sparse for cooking, for those who enjoy it when VRBO’ing — as an example, two micro-tiny cutting boards in kitchen, not even big enough to slice fruit or vegetables. Master bed had no bedspread, instead was covered only by two white top sheets with a thin blanket in between. On 12th day of our stay was a knock on the door, a plastic sack with what turned out to be a bed spread was handed to my wife; delivery person said it had been cleaned for the owner who would be staying in the unit soon but that we were “free” to use it if we wished. Just odd.

Large lanai with beautiful view, access to lanai from living room and bedroom, immaculate, kitchen has all the essentials, rainfall shower, beach essentials (ex: boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, etc.). I wish I could have stayed longer, the sunrise/sunset was beautiful and we were lucky enough to see whales several times throughout our stay. I have beautiful memories and will definitely return on our next trip.

AMAZING! Just stop looking and book this! I really cannot say enough about how beautiful this unit is. Loved everything. Property is perfect, very close to everything. We stayed at a very nice condo in Kauai and didn’t think this would be the same, but this far surpassed it. We really enjoyed relaxing on the deck and walking down 4 steps to the beach. We will definitely be back! 10 stars!

We had an amazing time in this space. Easy check in. Beautifully equipped and wonderfully situated near anything and everything near Kaanapali. Seeing the turtles from the lanai and the amazinv sunsets made it all the better! We'll stay here again!

We stayed here in August 2022. Unit was just as described. Everything you would need to have a wonderful time. Perfect location, Top floor with a GREAT view. You will not be disappointed for booking here. Kitchen very well stocked, all appliances are very new. Beach items needed are stored in the closet. I'd stay here again. Property very well maintained.

The view from this unit was amazing, we loved watching the turtles and catching the sunset from the balcony. We took advantage of the beach chairs and boogie boards that were kept in the unit and brought them down to the beautiful beach each time. Though the beach in front of the condo isn’t swimmable because of the reef, it was a short walk over to the public beach which was never too crowded. The hosts were great communicators, as soon as Linda found out there would be construction on the roof during our stay, she immediately contacted us to see if there was anything she could do to make the stay better.

The property is located in a wonderful area where you have beautiful views of the ocean and getting off the elevator. We enjoyed our two weeks staying at the condo.

Look no further than Mahana 12th floor with views you won’t experience anywhere else! You can’t get any closer to the ocean with the floor to ceiling views when you step in-I felt like I was flying over the ocean/walking on water. Privacy from the large lanai is so nice-sunsets are epic! Big plus was being able to see the turtles below-aid love to come for whale season since I get sea sick;you would get a front seat with the comforts of home. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed-better than my own!
Kathy and Linda were super responsive to questions we had and updates for the unit. We will rebook for sure if we stay in the Kanaapali side in the future!

This was a great stay in a great location. My wife and I enjoyed our early morning coffee on the balcony of this 12th floor unit. You can’t be any closer to the water with absolutely nothing in your way to obstruct your view. The water was crystal clear and we were able to see turtles all day long. I also think I spotted a small shark. It was a great view of the other islands and boats passing by. The mirrors in the unit made the views even better. We also were able to take walks along the water which connects all the way down to the Hyatt. There were plenty of amenities in the unit. The bed was comfortable and the temperature was just right. We were able to us the AC when we needed to. We also took advantage of the pool. I highly recommend this unit and this complex.

The apartment and location was exactly as described and we enjoyed every min of our stay-- wish it could have been longer. Linda was attentive and quick to respond, true pleasure to interact with. This was our VRBO stay and we are a convert!

This unit is incredibly clean. We had family in other rooms in the same complex and our unit was the cleanest and best appointed. The kitchen had everything and large work spaces. We became the gathering place for the group.

The photos & description were spot on - the property was exactly what we anticipated and check in instructions were easy to follow. Whales, whales, whales!!!! We stayed over Christmas and saw SO MANY whales out the windows and walking the beaches. Christmas Day was whale jumping apparently they enjoyed the lack of boats. And sea turtles!!! So many turtles at the reef below every day we found a few to watch and surfers or paddlers. Bed was very comfortable and pillows too. Great to have beach gear on hand and a cooler - so thoughtful. No issues at all and had a wonderful stay - would return!

You can’t get a better view than the top floor of the Mahana. We’ve stayed in half a dozen places in the Mahana, and this was one of the best. Every thing you need, including lots of pleasant surprises like aluminum foil. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable furniture and bed. Large new TV that was really appreciated during several days of bad weather.

The place is 45 minutes away from the airport. It is more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures. Equipped with everything you need:iron, body surf boards, scuba gear, towels. coffee maker, hangers and it is also very well decorated but the most amazing part of the room is the beautiful view of the ocean. Parking is simple and close and the apt is walking distance to alot of eating places

It was my fiancé and my first time on Maui, staying in Kaanapali made our trip. The views from the condo were epic, we loved leaving the slider open at night and listening to the waves. Although right in front of the condo doesn’t have a large beach we walked down a bit and enjoyed the ocean there. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes. Location was perfect for us, close to Lahaina and other amenities (grocery store, food trucks, coffee). My only suggestion would be to have bath robes in the condo. Other then that it was an amazing week on Maui.

This condo has the most beautiful oceanfront view of Molokai and Lanai. It is conveniently located by Lahaina and several big and private beaches. The condo itself is fully equipped (beaches, snorkeling gear, and an umbrella). There are food trucks only a 5 minute walk from the building. I could keep going with all of the amazing things. 10/10, highly recommend!

We had an awesome time… sleeping to the sound of the ocean, watching the gorgeous sunsets from our lanai, having coffee while watching the turtles right below us!! Very close to everything you want and need.!!

Such a great trip! We went to Maui for our honeymoon and had a awesome time at this condo. Being on the top floor looking directly out to the ocean was perfect. Had lots of cooking utensils and pots and pans and was just great. Definitely would go back. After talking with some other people who traveled to Maui, they said we got the best place/view in all of Maui. I would have to agree.

The property and location are perfect, and you truly can't beat the view. I debated staying here versus Whaler's Village, and am so happy we did. It was a great location in my opinion, and private with the ocean view so you are not facing other condos.
