The condos are very nice. If you want to be in Ko Olina this is where to be. Smaller than the other major resorts in the area. There are two buildings, the Beach and the Ocean. This is the Beach and is behind the Ocean. We met many owners while there. They gave us the plus and minus of each building. I would also state Penthouse is used for floor 10-16 (no 13 floor). As this condo is on the 15th floor you will have people above you. The first couple of days we didn't have people above us but last couple we did and it does make a difference. Noise travels from balcony to balcony very easily. Condo is as advertised. There are a ton of beach things at the condo so be sure to look before you buy anything. Do note NO umbrellas are allowed in the lagoons so don't bother dragging them to the beach. There are rules for the condo for parking, towels on patios, etc. It didn't bother us but many guests were complaining about it while we were there. The workout room is well-appointed. I enjoyed the wet and dry saunas in the ladies locker room. Every night there was a singer song writer at the little bar. Usually, we could year it from the patio. As others had mentioned no restaurant on site but that was a big deal for us. In the main bedroom there is a closet that has HVAC and it can be loud. I got ear plugs and it was no longer an issue. We had a bit of an issue checking in but mistakes happen. Not that big of deal except made a long day of travel a bit longer.

The accommodation was nice but the heat pump and air conditioning unit were very loud and bothersome when trying to sleep. The unit could have been better supplied. I have stayed at Ko Olina before but a different condo. Much better stocked.

Everything was exactly what was told to us…just an amazing penthouse and location. Views of the lagoon were breathtaking and amenities were perfect for our family. The gourmet kitchen was absolutely gorgeous. Our family utilized the washer and dryer, King-size aerobed, beach towels, big-screen TV for movie nights and many more things that was available to us. We had a wonderful time and will cherish the many fun memories we made staying at this beautiful place. Mahalo plenty!!!

We took our son and his wife to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary at this beautiful place and are so glad we did! The Aloha spirit was everywhere, and the staff was excellent. We loved sitting on the Lanai and watching the breathtaking sunsets. I enjoyed my morning swims in the heated pool and afternoons at the lagoon. So refreshing. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, just what all of us needed. A great stay all around!

The condo was perfectly situated within the complex with beautiful views of the ocean and interesting things to watch each day. We used the bbq’s down by the pool and the condo had plenty of tools for a good cook if you feel like it. Shane, Holly, Lynn, on the management side could not have been nicer or more helpful. The grounds around the facility are beautifully maintained. The staff, absolutely refreshing in their kindness. The aloha spirit was everywhere and we really appreciated that. Thank you for hosting us and we would love to return!

We loved the property and location. The views were incredible and felt very comfortable in the condo. The place was clean and kitchen was stocked. We will/would definitely return.
Only constructive feedback I would give is regarding check in. The old property management contact info was provided to us and so when we arrived and called, the old manager was frustrated and indicated they no longer work on the property. It eventually got worked out but it delayed our arrival and even then I had a number of different contacts and didn't know who my primary contact was supposed to be. The staff onsite were incredibly nice and helpful BTW!
Also other small note for families. The pool temp fluctuated significantly from day to day. Some days it was too cold to swim. Could have been the weather or the maintenance going on at the property but it was a little bit of a bummer a couple of the days that we couldn't enjoy the pool.

The condo is well-maintained and located in one of the loveliest areas of Oahu. It is ideal for families with young children who will love the calm lagoons and fun pool. The beds and bedrooms are comfortable but the rooms are not large so I don’t know where the air mattress might be set up if you needed it. The kitchen is well-stocked and the living areas were great but nothing beats the wide and open lanai with great views.

We had a wonderful time at this resort and unit. The resort was quiet and very close to the ocean. We were very happy that we selected the Beach Villas over the nearby busier hotels. The location was very good for us with easy access to Honolulu, the North Shore, and Costco! It was a very relaxing vacation.

Best place we have ever stayed! The photos cant begin to describe the beauty and quality of this penthouse...I can honestly say the only reason I would love to go back to Oahu is because of this place. There is not a better suite than this one. The resort as a whole is also top quality from the bay to the pools to the bar.
The owner/mgr was available at a moments notice to answer any questions.
so many amenities. Washer/ dryer. laundry soap. blenders, rice cookers, crock pot, spices, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel masks and fins......everything....

We stayed at this lovely penthouse in the summer of 2013 and couldn't have been happier. The place is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The complex is wonderfully maintained with lovely koi ponds and gardens throughout. We started each morning and ended each night with a walk along the boardwalk. We loved visiting the resorts along the route, some of which were quite lively but we're always pleased that we could return to our quieter complex. This allowed for the best of both worlds. Our favourite thing to do was to lounge on our lanai, taking in the incredible views. Fortunately both the unit and the complex offers very comfortable lounge chairs perfect for enjoying the best weather on the planet. We can't begin to explain how sad we were to leave after our 10 day visit and are currently making arrangements to return again next summer. I would highly recommend the Ko Olina complex and in particular this unit. You won't be disappointed.

We immensely enjoyed the 15th Floor Ko Olina Beach Villa's Penthouse. The
rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated, the beds comfortable and the
lanai at sunset...breathtaking. The kitchen area, very well stocked with
the necessities. Proximity to the beach was a stone throw away. Having
access to beach chairs and other beach necessities was a plus. The
swimming pool/bar area and the koi pond was marvelous (my favorite). The
condo and the grounds were kept very clean and the staff exceptional.
A short walk to restaurants and shopping, and close to the highway. What
more could we ask for? :)
We're looking forward to our next opportunity to visit.

my husband, three-year-old son and I stayed here for a week this past August. with VRBO, I always wonder if the property is really going to be as good as advertised or pictured. this place did not disappoint-- the views are truly amazing. we had family and friends stay in other units while we were there and we had the best view by far. the unit itself is very well maintained. the kitchen was very clean and had all the pots/pans/utensils that we needed. there was also cooking oil and spices as well as condiments in the refrigerator. the bathrooms were very clean and spacious. they also had all kinds of sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. beach towels were provided as well. the kids pool was awesome; our son loved it and loved having a virgin piña colada at the bar (the very friendly bartenders were a bonus) after a day spent at the beach and pool. the beach itself was never crowded and the lagoon was calm-- perfect for kids.
one day, we decided to walk over to the Disney resort to check it out and we were so glad we did not stay there! it was very crowded and chaotic. not relaxing at all.
in short, if we ever decide to come back to this part of Hawaii, we would love to stay here again.

Our family’s most favorite place to vacation is Hawaii Islands. We travel to Hawaii once or twice every year and have enjoyed different islands and various accommodation options. Since we have two small children, staying in a condo with a full kitchen and separate bedrooms is a must for us. Gregory and Maryam’s condo in Ko Olina resort is one of the best places we have stayed. It has a fantastic kitchen, cozy living room and two bedrooms and two full baths. All sand toys, beach chairs, towels, swimming boards are in the condo for guests’ use. The best thing about the condo is a terrific view. The condo is located on the 15th floor, has stacking doors, which enable the guests to enjoy the full spectrum of the ocean, horizon, fireworks for the New Year, whales in winter months. The condo has the Hawaii feel: warm, welcoming, relaxing, very enjoyable. We received a very warm welcome from the property management and great support from every staff member on the property. Our children loved the pools and quiet lagoons, which are steps away from the resort. We had great fun swimming with the turtles right in the lagoons at the resort!!! The children were thrilled! We would highly recommend the Ko Olina resort and Gregory and Maryam’s condo to the future guests. It will absolutely make your Hawaii experience a great one! We cannot wait to go back.

When you rent a place there is always a questioning attitude relative to will it be as advertised, will the owner live up to their expectations. This first time rental thru VRBO, was fantastic. This 15th floor penthouse was everything promised and more. The location is great, close to everything you need. The property is beautiful and the lagoons ar acessiable for toddlers to seniors. Greg and Maryam made our experience one that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thanks to every one that made this a GREAT vacation.

Still think often of this vacation and don't know I didn't write a review sooner. The owners were very easy to work with and this property is absolutely wonderful. We had a very relaxing wonderful visit! Our teenager loved it - now that's saying something. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to work in, and the views were incredible. Clean!! Easy place to enjoy by itself but also easy to visit other places on the island as well. We loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle of Wakiki but had its own fabulous beach area. We would stay here again.
