The resort is beautiful, everything about the pool and beach could not be better. The accommodations were exactly as described and the condo had everything we needed. Walking the beach path, golfing and yummy food made this a perfect week in Ko Olina.

Unfortunately we did not receive the tour for the facility so we had some issues with some of the appliances, but the maintenance staff responded rather quickly. The unit itself was very nice, updated, and spacious. There wasnt a vacuum in the unit so we were constantly sweeping the sand from the tile floors so we werent walking on it. The building only has a "front door" near the lobby, so beach access with this unit is a bit of a walk, especially when hauling beach equipment. Another noteworthy thing about the beach, they do not allow umbrellas due to the wind, so the only shade option in the lagoon is under the trees on the grass, or if you want to pay for a private set up with chairs and umbrella. The beds and furniture in the unit were very comfy. Overall we had a great time and would stay again!

We loved staying at this location. We loved the resort feel of the property. Since we don’t like eating out for every meal while on vacation having a kitchen is a must for us. I loved the view from the lanai, best place to drink our morning coffee. There are shops and restaurants near by (walking distance). It’s the prefect place to stay on Oahu.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The 2 pools & the beach lagoon added so much family time enjoyment. Not to mention the fitness center & lovely sidewalk’s to stroll or get in a brisk walk. The koi ponds are a great touch with the lush vegetation. The grounds are very well maintained.
Check in time was 4:00. We called the property manager to let him know we had arrived on the island & he informed us we would be met upon check-in to have a tour of the property. We checked in at 4:00pm & were met at the front desk by our very kind tour guide who showed us to our unit. Our unit was not cleaned & ready for us. It was suggested by our tour guide that we could hang out by the pool areas & she would call us when the unit was ready. At 5:15 we still had not heard anything & proceeded to the front desk to find out when it would be ready. The front desk apologized & called the cleaning staff and our tour guide came right away. We got back up to the unit & it was still being cleaned. It had been a very long day of flying & we were a bit anxious at this point. Our tour guide apologized profusely that the room was not ready.
The unit itself is a little walk from the elevator if you are wanting the convenience of the elevator near by. However, the view from the unit is spectacular. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay but wish the bedding had been lush as described on VRBO, not microfiber sheets. The furniture/furnishings are beginning to show wear & tear.

Wow!! The photos don’t do justice to this incredible view. Simply breathtaking!! We loved having meals and drinks on the lanai, enjoyed the comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen. The condo is huge and the washer & dryer were super handy too.
We absolutely loved the gorgeous grounds and amazing amenities at the Ko’ Olina Beach Villas. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the koi ponds, the sandy pool (where you can build sand castles) and the yummy slushies and ice cream at the pool bar. The lagoon and beach are too good to be true! It’s sandy - no water shoes needed and very calm with turquoise-blue water. We loved paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling.
We can’t wait to return!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. What an amazing vacation!!

Jody and I decided on a destination wedding in Oahu. The location was only about a mile away at the cuttest chapel nearby. We have family living on the island and were only 20 minutes away. We chose this place partly because of location and being on the beach but also because of the layout and size of the kitchen and open areas. Overall we had a most enjoyable time with friends and family and would recommend this specific unit in a heartbeat. If I were to nitpick the only thing that was needing repair was the wine cooler and needing new batteries in the trashcan lid but those were not a concern to us and hence why we didn't subtract from our 5 star rating.

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to express how wonderful this property and its location truly are. The unit itself is perfect for a family. There are 2 bedrooms each with it’s own bathroom which is wonderful when travelling with teenagers. The pictures in the listing do not do the view justice. The view is so much better. 100% ocean view with a full sunset view every evening.
The property and the area of ko olina is the most beautiful spot we saw on Oahu. You will not be disappointed by choosing this area. In saying that I would recommend you rent a car if staying here. There is no additional charge to park which is a huge bonus compared to other properties. We drove to Kapolei most evenings for dinner. It is only a 10 minute drive from the property and has a very large selection of restaurants including many chains such as the Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse etc
You will not be disappointed by booking this property!

This condo was the perfect mix of privacy while still remaining close to big city amenities. The heated lap pool was wonderful and the lagoons were beautiful. The four bays are accessible to the public which means you enjoy the Marriott the four seasons and the Disney resort while still having a full kitchen and grills. The marketplace was a daily stop for may family to get in a morning walk and coffees My daughter loved her daily runs along the ocean. The villa has wonderful views was well stocked with beach chairs, towels and everything you need.

Where to even begin?! When we arrived, we were greeted by Louie who led us to our parking spot and gave us a brief tour of our accommodations. We were very impressed with the accommodations the moment we walked in until we left.
Location: Ko Olina itself is an amazing resort area with so many things to do and place to eat. There really was no reason to leave the Ko Olina resort area. Ko Olina beach villas are locate by lagoon 2 which is the smallest lagoon but definitely the least crowded which was great. We were always able to get an idea spot on the beach. The lagoons are perfect for small kids as it prevents massive waves from coming in. The shopping area, restaurants, disney hotel are all around .5 miles from the villas so we were able to walk to everything.
Accommodation: The unit is amazing. Comes with everything you would need. The rooms and bathrooms are large, has all the required kitchen equipment, pack n play, beach chairs and toys. The views, especially during sunset, are spectacular.
Hosts: Michael and Susie were very responsive and great hosts. Can't wait for our next trip.

The Aulani and Four Seasons on Lagoon 1, and The Marriott on Lagoon 3, are both overrun with people. The Beach Villas Resort is the perfect location with a vacant lot on each side of the property. There's more room to spread out on Lagoon 2, and you won't be run over by standup paddle boards. This villa has a great view where we watched the sunset every night. There's no restaurant at this property, but a trip to Costco will stock the beautiful kitchen and wine refrigerator. Chill out and enjoy the spacious lanai in this well-appointed villa.

This was a great place to stay! The area was beautiful, the view from the lanai was stunning and the condo itself looked just like the pictures. The layout is really cool because the bedrooms are separate wings. You can close off a door next to the kitchen and have your private bedroom/bathroom area. It was perfect for me and my best friend because we had our own space. The check-in/check-out process was easy, plenty of dishes and kitchen accessories. Just one word of caution: the lagoon outside the condo does not allow for use of personal umbrellas. I didn't realize that was a thing and was yelled at when I used one of the umbrellas that was in the closet of the condo. Not the condo's fault; so my review stays at 5 stars but I wanted to warn anyone reading this review! I felt bad that I didn't know about the umbrella rule!

The Beach Villa Ko'Olina was great. The views from the 8th story balcony was breathtaking. I would definitely stay their again. The location was great because it was away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and downtown. Room B808 provide everything we needed. We especially like the beach equipment, toys and supplies. the lagoon easy nice and to too crowded. Aloha to the owners of B808.

Only drawback to property is location If you want more restaurants but there was still plenty to choose from.
The resort was great with the private lagoon compared to the other 2 lagoons in the area. Smaller resort in comparison with a little less traffic.

This condo was everything we expected and more! The views off the lanai are spectacular. Having breakfast out there every morning was such a treat. The sunsets are to die for! The condo was appointed beautifully and had everything we could have needed, right down to cooking sprays and spices, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent etc. This was our first VRBO experience so we were not expecting to have all of that provided. The grounds are fantastic. They have the biggest koi pond I’ve ever seen with some of the largest koi I’ve ever seen too. The beach bar was an amazing amenity and really what sold me on the property and it didn’t disappoint. The bartenders were fun and friendly and the best Mai tais I had on the whole island came from this resort bar! The only suggestion I would make is that the chairs on the lanai aren’t very comfortable. But that didn’t damper our trip in the slightest. The stay wasn’t long enough!! We’ll have to book a longer one next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As with any trip, there were a couple of hiccups, but we had great communication/support from the Hosts and these issues were mitigated.
The views from the lanai were spectacular, especially the sunsets. We look forward to making more memories at this fantastic property.

The condo was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay and Michael and Susie were excellent at communicating. Make sure to visit the Mermaid Caves about 12 minutes north of the condo (and hope the local ladder is still there to get in and out).

The condominium was everything we expected. The home was spacious and very comfortable. Our 9 year old grandson loved the lagoon and we used the beach chairs and toys available in the condo. There was a convenient pool bar next to the beach gate with hot dogs. The Aulani is a short walk away with great lunch selections. The Four seasons is next door to the Aulani. The Aulani has an hour long small (about 8 passengers) catamaran ride that is a lot of fun. We saw sea turtles and spinner dolphins.
We did not use the large pool but did enjoy the lounges in the lagoon pool near the Tiki Bar and beach. The bar had live entertainment from 5pm to 7pm on Tuesday and Friday.
The nearby ABC market has a great deli and just about anything you might need for your stay. The Monkey Pod restaurant has a very nice happy hour from 3:30 to 5:00pm every day.

We had an amazing stay in Ko Olina at this property. The owners were very responsive, and check in was easy. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, well appointed and comfortable. We loved the location of the unit which was a quick walk to the beach, and also had a wonderful beach view. We also appreciated the closet full of boogie boards, chairs and a raft to use at the beach. We hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I'm almost afraid to say how amazing this place is for fear of it being booked up all the time. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed at and SO kid friendly. The pools were amazing and the beach was perfect. Beautiful safe lagoon with a view of the intense waves known in this area. The view from the balcony is phenomenal - I spent all my time out there when not at the pool or swimming in the lagoon. We also rented a car and saw a ton of the island which was great too. Highlights were the kualoa ranch and the Polynesian cultural center. I never vacation to the same place twice (too many places in the world to experience) but I am already planning my return trip here. I don't have a thing I could complain about except how hard it is now to return to the freezing cold of our home. Thanks for the perfect trip. We will be back again!

My family (1 toddler and 4 adults) stayed July 22-31 in this gorgeous property. The condo was very well kept, has top-end kitchen appliances, beautiful views, and best of all, very spacious. We enjoyed every moment of our trip and look forward to returning in the future. Owners Susie and Michael were responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

We just returned from our stay at Ko Olina villas and it was amazing. The condo was spectacular, especially the views. The lagoons were clean and great for a relaxing swim or snorkel. The pools were well kept as well. If you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, this is the place to stay.

This place is everything you want and more! The VIEW is Fabulous!!!! Pictures don’t do it justice. The condo is VERY nice as well. It is modern, spacious and clean with short and easy access to the beach. The condo had masks & snorkels, chairs, Beach umbrellas, Boogie boards, and blow up floats. Everything you will need! The lagoons are very clean and great for snorkeling. We saw many beautiful fish. This is the ideal place if you want to relax and get away from the busy hustle of Waikiki.
The owners were very nice and easy to work with as well. I highly recommend!!

We stayed for a week in villa B808, it is exactly liked it looks in the pictures, beautiful. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, although binoculars would have been nice to have as we saw whales almost every morning swimming by! I did get this villa confused with the neighbouring resort Ko Olina Marriot, which I thought we had access to their pools as well. That was not the case. The pools at this resort are still good with nice hot tubs for the rainy days. The lagoon in front of the villa offers excellent snorkelling with a wide variety of fish and stories of a turtle frequenting the lagoon. The beach was great, always plenty of room. The staff was friendly and very cooperative, they would try to help any way they could. It is an easy place to get to from the airport with shops and restaurants within walking distance and a 20 minute drive for anything else you could possibly need. I recommend it to everybody!

Lagoons were great for snorkeling. Water was quite calm even when the ocean wasn't!! Lots of fish to see. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Condo was clean and amenities were top notch. We will recommend this beautiful place to friends and family.

This is a lovely place and the July 4th fireworks were fantastic. They were right in front of our faces. The views of the lagoons, ocean, mountains and rainbows were wonderful. The beds were the most comfortable that we have ever slept in ... we slept like babies. The living room furniture is dated and uncomfortable. Fans in the bedrooms would have been a good option for those nights where we really did not need the A/C and would have saved on electricity. Kudos to housekeeping who came mid-stay (we were there 21 days). She was fantastic and really cleaned up the place. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to our friends.

Everything about this place was perfect for our first vacation in Hawaii! The villa was beautiful. When we opened the door for the first time, we just stood there soaking it all in! I'm very happy that we chose this villa at this resort. Everything we needed was there...including beach chairs, beach toys and a high chair! The view from the lanai, the pool area, the beach, and the entire resort is just amazing! So spacious and relaxing and beautiful! If we ever make it back to Hawaii, this is where we'll stay. Mahalo!
