This property is amazing. Great view, beautiful area and surroundings, and the best cove to stay on. Ko Olina is a beautiful part of the island, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Enjoy a beautiful beach walk, walk a few blocks to a few local shops and places to eat, or walk across the street to golf. Quick ride from the airport. We loved our stay so much, we extended it a few days with no issues. 10/10 would recommend this condo and part of the island again.

We were greeted before we even reached the villa, with staff from the villas reaching out to us to ensure we knew how to get there and whether or not we could check in a bit early. The location is perfect, especially for families like us, who were looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.
This villa unit is on the 10th floor of an 11-story building and is right off of the elevator (but you don’t hear it at all) so it’s super convenient. The villa has an unbeatable view of the sunset every night. It has everything you could want in a home away from home- it seems like any need you might have us already been met! It’s gorgeous inside and out. Both rooms have a nice view too!
The villa property itself is well-maintained and has multiple jacuzzis, pool areas, as well as a pebble beach pool perfect for younger kids or non-swimmers. There is a bar with live music and a koi pond where kids can feed the fish. The lagoon in front of the property is always the least-crowded lagoon. Other lagoons have more resorts on it and/or more people in general. There is a great walk down all of the lagoons and you are in walking distance of turtles and regular monk seal sightings. It was the ideal stay for our Oahu vacation!

Very nice property, fantastic safe beach, Condo was great, very nice appliances and nice and quiet. Rob, the Beach umbrella guy and Canoe tour guy was the highlight of the trip. Make sure you see him on the beach, A wealth of knowledge and incredibly helpful.

This was the absolutely best accommodation I could have ever asked for for a family vacation. The most spectacular views. The room was very comfortable, large, clean and had everything we could have asked for. There was 3 adults and 2 children under 12 and over 7. Lots of activities for all. One senior with mobility issues and we had no problems with accessibility.

I could not say enough about this beautiful condo! My family and I stayed here for 6 glorious nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The set up was just what we were looking for. My husband and I had our part of the condo and my daughters (16 & 20) had theirs. Perfectly equipped kitchen (that we actually used). Costco and Target are up the road so we stocked up and it felt like we were home. The view was breath taking! I wanted to enjoy my cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and I did .. everyone morning! Out of all the coves in this area, the one outside the Beach Villas is by far the best. The one thing to keep in mind is that the beaches are not private and locals frequent this area. So if you are looking for a nice spot under a tree for shade - get out there early. There is a cute shopping plaza walking distance where you can find Monkey Pod, Eggs & Things , Starbucks (re-opening soon) and a great Island Market place that has everything- Food/ Toiletries/ clothing/ gifts / liquor/ etc. The Marriot is next door and also has a few good restaurants, as well as the Aulani (we stayed there last 3 nights and missed our Villa).The condo's parking is a bit tight. Our rental was a Pacifica mini van and we struggled with our spot - very tight. Great washer & dryer- went back home with most of our clothes washed! We will definitely be back and have already told our families about it! Mahalo Beach Villas for the best vacation we have had in while!!!

Ko’ Olina Beach Villas are an amazing place to stay when visiting Oahu, and this unit is fantastic! We stayed in the very same unit 10 years ago and it’s just as nice now. Super clean!! Communication with Paul was prompt and easy!!
Loved the mornings and evenings on the lanai. The space was perfect for us and our friends. The beach is gorgeous and so relaxing.
One thing to note- there are no umbrellas allowed anymore on the beach. But there is a fabulous service available with really nice lounge chairs and an anchored umbrella through Royal Hawaiian Beach Services. It was an extra expense, but totally worth it!
Overall, perfect spot and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Oahu.

We loved staying in Ko Olina. This property was nestled between a couple of resorts which we felt made it less crowded and less mainstream. We found great restaurants in the area and certainly many spots for provisions if cooking on site. Heading into Honolulu was challenging the couple of times we left to hit Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and Diamondhead due to traffic (which doubled the drive time). Otherwise, the North Shore activities were very reasonable for car travel. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in this condo for over a week and it was hard to leave. The lanai is the perfect location to watch the beautiful sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked for your cooking needs. Comfortable beds. More than enough space for two couples. Paul was very quick to respond to all my questions. The grounds and shared common areas are kept in immaculate condition. From the first “wow” moment walking into the place to the last sad photo on the lanai, we had a perfect weeklong vacation. Plenty to do and nice enough to kick back and relax when we were tired. We liked the homey feel to it, cooking when we wanted and washing clothes up, it was a very relaxing stay. Paul was great on helping us get in and get acquainted with the local staff. We loved the aloha and smile coming into the Ko’Olina resort area. Couldn’t ask for more.

This was the best VRBO stay we've ever had. The location is fantastic, the rental is spectacular and the communication with the owner was immediate and always helpful.
This is the best lagoon in Ko Olina (less people than the other 3) and this rental has the ideal view (high up, beach tower, on the west side so you get sunset views every night). Great, modern and comfortable accommodations throughout the rental and wonderful facilities (pools, gym, beachside bar) in the complex. Free onsite parking space, although excellent restaurants and stores are easily walkable. The owner, Paul, responded almost immediately to every question I had and always had helpful suggestions. The rental had everything you need (washer/dryer; amazing kitchen; excellent WiFi; etc.). I can't wait to return as this is the best VRBO rental we have ever had anywhere.

Amazing, clean property in a beautiful area. The lagoons are perfect for swimming with some small waves to keep fresh water moving in. Michael was very wecoming and helpful during check-in. The villa is within walking distance to an Island Country Market, restaurant and Coffee/smoothie shop. Costco and Target about 5 miles by car in Kapolei.

Property is great. exactly as featured in Pics. Directions to property are great, Michael met us at the desk and took us up and oriented us to all in the condo. the view is exceptional, always a breeze, and we kept the Lanai doors almost always open. The whole north side of the living room opens up into the beach view. Sunsets every night, beautiful, from the Lanai or the Lagoons. Easy to find attractions. the island is not huge, and the condo was a great center point for our travels to the North Shore, The Polynesian Cultural center, and all of the Pearl Harbor attractions. We stocked up on groceries in Kapolei, just a few minutes away. The resort has beautiful walking trails along the lagoons, the sand is groomed every day, and the folks are super nice. The condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had to wear masks indoors, but not a big deal. All indoor activity on the Island required masks, but that should go away on March 28th. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Upon arrival, Micheal met us and kindly showed us around the condo. There was a thoughtful welcome basket on the counter for us. The unit was very clean, well stocked and beautiful. We stayed for a week at this property, and it was perfect. It was my husband and I with our 4 teen/young adult kids. My brother and sister also rented condominiums at this property and I have to say that this was my favorite of the 3 units. The views were spectacular. The unit itself had everything we needed including boogie boards and snorkels for the lagoon. We also visited 2 of the neighboring properties and this was the best of the 3. This property is FAR less crowded which made time at the lagoon, the gym, the bar very enjoyable. The wind dislocated one of the sun shades and we couldn’t get ahold of Michael the property manager, but the front desk followed up on our request and put in a maintenance request immediately. There are obviously multiple layers in place to ensure that customers are happy. Prior to our visit, I emailed the property owner with some questions and he was very responsive and courteous. I can’t recommend this property enough, and if I could’ve stayed longer I definitely would have!

Paul's Beach Tower condominium is a great choice. I perused many KoOlina condos, and am so glad I chose his. It is on the 10th floor and offers tremendous views. It is in a quiet location of the tower and has an easily accessible parking space in the parking garage. It is equipped with all the amenities you need in the kitchen and although we did not have babies, I noticed the closet was full of baby items. The agent that greets you on your arrival is very helpful. Upon arrival the condo had all blinds open and lights on which was beautiful, but made it a bit hot. We were gone everyday and realized if we left the blinds down, the condo was completely comfortable when we returned in the evening. Do yourself a favor and stay in this beautiful unit. Paul is great to work with and responds very quickly

Paul’s place is outstanding! It’s clean, comfortable and spacious. The lanai has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved drinking coffee out there during the sunrise & Mai Tai’s during the sunsets.
The multiple pools and hot tubs are amazing. My kids loved feeding the koi fish in the mornings and afternoons. Paul had plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, snorkels & fins, etc. It made our beach days a breeze.
Having a designated underground parking spot was a plus. There were also bikes to rent across the street by the golf course. However, everything in KoOlina is walkable.
There wax also cable tv which is a big plus because we like watching the local news when we travel.
Out of all the vacation rentals we have ever stayed in, this was our favorite. Thanks Paul for the excellent communication and stay. We will be back!

Our two week stay at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina was superb. The unit we rented was 100% as advertised; excellent appliances; well laid out; very functional; my only suggestion might be that the bed in the master bedroom is a bit beyond is expected life and is ready for retirement. All the staff at the property were excellent.

Only thing I’d suggest is bringing your own snorkel gear if you are interested in doing a lot of snorkeling around the island...the set at the unit is a bit dated. Also the beach umbrellas are both bent but still technically functional.

The property was exactly as pictured. Nice property. Had a good experience... Great kitchen. Did have a problem with the dryer but the staff was more than willing to try and remedy the problem.... A/C had a hard time cooling off the property.. And if you open the slider.. (Which was one reason we wanted this place). The A/C can't cool it down when slider is closed... We figured this out and kept the slider shut...Wish umbrellas were allowed in the beach.... No shade. That is not the owners fault but know that there is little to no shade on the beach and pool area. All and all... The property was very nice..

We just returned from 9 days in Oahu at this property, and I have to say this was one of the best vacations we've ever had! This property is so unbelievably gorgeous, perfectly suited for all types of travelers. The sunsets on the lanai were epic, honestly don't have enough words to describe. The pool was awesome, beach bar was a nice plus, and the beach was immaculate. One tip for travelers with kids - leave your beach tent at home (or umbrella etc). The Beach Villas do not allow you to have any sort of shade covering like a tent or umbrella, which was a REAL bummer since we have a toddler. Otherwise the property is fantastic, we are already looking at when we can plan our next trip! Tiana was our host and was very helpful before arrival and checked in with us while were were there. Paul was fantastic as well, was very accommodating, and has literally thought of everything for this condo. We can't wait to visit again soon!

We stayed at the Beach Villa November 27, 2015 - December 4, 2015. It was the perfect place for our family. Practically everything needed was provided, the view was spectacular, and the place was really quiet. We brought our 16 month old with us, which makes for a stressful experience, but we felt right at home in the villa! The lagoon was amazing for little ones. We visited other places around the island and felt really glad we chose to stay at Ko Olina. If we come back to Oahu, there is no other place we would rather stay.

My family of 4 had a wonderful experience during our week at Ko Olina. Paul was quick to respond to emails and finalize plans. The unit itself has a truly spectacular view. Just sitting on the lanai staring off at the ocean or the mountains was enough to occupy a few hours each day. My young kids had a great time at the lagoons. The unit came well stocked with utensils and kitchen essentials, as well as boogie boards, fins and towels. We can't wait to go back. We've stayed in 2 other units at the Beach Villas, and this one was by far the best.

From the time we started planning our vacation, i knew we were going to have a good time. Paul was very responsive to my emails questions/requests (usually responded within 24hours) and was awesome working working us when we had to change the dates of our arrival/departure. When we returned home, Paul had sent us our deposit without having to be asked within days of our return. During our stay, Vicky was very helpful. She gave us her cell number, just in case we needed to contact her. The condo is more beautiful than the pictures. It's very clean and comfortable with spectacular views and conveniently located to the North Shore and crowded Waikiki. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. are all provided. The complex is well manicured and very quite. We stayed a week in June and did not see another person on our floor! We only saw people in the elevator once or twice. Try doing that in Waikiki. I read the list of rules, and since some people do not have common sense or respect other people's property, I could see why they were written. I didn't even go over them with my family because they were basically what we do at home. Like everyone else who has stayed there, we are looking forward to staying again and will never return to the crowds and chaos at the neighboring resorts.

Thanks for making our 25th anniversary trip such a huge success. Your condo was gorgeous words cannot describe what a great time we had. Nervous to try a private rental,but will now probably never go back to small, limiting hotels. In fact we loved it so much while we were there that we actually went back on your site to see if we could stay another week rather than go to Waikiki,unfortunately you were all booked up. Noticed that some people complain about the condo rules, we have a 14 and 17 year old and we had no problem with what we're really just common courtesies. Walk over to the Marriot or Disneyand you will notice chaotic loud behaviour with no space to just relax. Paul answered every email and question I sent leading up to our holiday. Thought we would eat out almost all dinners but kitchen made for easy cooking. Bedrooms seperated enough to give everyone privacy and oldest one child slept on pullout. The views were incredible, the lagoons were bigger than they look in the pictures and never crowded. Staff at checkin counter very helpful when one child had to go to hospital in the night( sun poisoning did not use sunscreen..teen who knows it all) anyway the staff hooked me up with closest hospital and called me a cab. Used our rental car to see whole island. THANK YOU THANK YOU for our best holiday ever, hopefully we will make it back one day

We had a wonderful vacation in Hawaii, mostly because of the very relaxing stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Paul was so accomodating and easy to work with, and Vicky met us, gave us a quick tour of the unit, and was easy to reach with questions. Paul's unit on the 10th floor of the Ko Olina Beach Villas was absolutely amazing.
The pictures on the website were true to the core and the open front living area extending out to the patio gave you the feel of a huge home. We saw whales blowing and breaching every single day of our visit and the location was so nice and quiet without the crowds of Waikiki. Would recommend it to everyone and we travel a lot.

After staying in Waikiki for a few days, the Beach Villas was a welcome sanctuary from the crowds from the busy Waikiki area and all that comes with that. The Villa and actual views were even better than the VRBO photos.
Owner is helpful and easy to deal with, being very responsive to our inquiry and questions. Deposit refund was prompt as promised.

I was looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation and found it here. The villa was really nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The view was mesmerizing. I loved sitting out on the veranda with the ocean breeze. Being on the north side of the building was perfect, because we were always in the shade. Plus we had a great view of both the mountains and the ocean. I also enjoyed the lagoon. There was good snorkeling, small crowds, and there was lots of room in the grass to throw the football. We saw whales pretty much every day. I would definitely come back here.

This condo was a pleasant change of pace from the Honolulu and Waikiki hustle and bustle. Its quiet and no crowds. It was our best visit to Oahu ever. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We had made our reservations about 10 months before our actual arrival and during those months leading up to our stay, some plans had changed, and the owner and property management was very considerate and helped every way they could to make the changes to our reservations to accommodate us. I doubt we will make it back to Oahu again, but if we do go, we know who to call for a place to stay.

We took our family of 5 to this resort primarily because of the safety of the lagoons for our children and the full kitchen the property offered. The pictures were breath-taking, but the actual spot was even more so! The property owners made the process of checking in & staying so convenient and hassle free. I cannot stress enough what a beautiful place this was. We were so happy with this Villa. It worked out extremely well for my family. We had 5 adults. At no time did we feel crowded. The kitchen is superb, which is one of the reasons we picked this villa. We were planning on cooking our own meals. The BBQ at the pool worked out well. Of the seven days were were there we only had to wait a turn for the BBQ one time. Our private cove was spectacular. Swimming was absolutely wonderful. The two pools and hot tubs were great. We met many friendly people from all over during our stay. We were a short drive away from the airport, we were told 1/2 hour, but it took us only 15 minutes to get to the villa from the airport. It was 1/2 hour to Waikiki, 40 minutes to Pearl Harbor, 1/2 hour to Maunawili Falls (Excellant hike by the way, so cool) We were adjacent to Au Lani (Disney Resort) The Paradise Cove Luau was good. You do have to visit the MonkeyPod Bar just up the street (walking distance) they have a singer named Taz that was just excellant. Also if you visit the Tiki Bar at the pool, Marci was the best, as was Derek. The Villa had everything needed to make the stay great. The beds and pillows were heavenly. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, utensils, and dishes as well as tin foil. The washer and dryer worked out well. I think we did a small load every day. The view is just spectacular. We sat on the Lanai every night and played games (included) and every morning relaxed with coffee and breakfast. The large televisions were nice though we were so busy and then tired at night we really did not watch TV. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you to the owner's for keeping it in such great shape. Should we visit Oahu again I would definately stay here.

First let me say that Paul the owner of the property and Michael and Vicky who looked after the booking at Ko Olina where excellant to deal with. They answered the many question we had before and during our stay and made the check in process experience very pleasant. The Beach Villa's at Ko Olina are a relaxing alternative to the hustle and bustle of hotel resorts in Honolulu. The pictures of the condo were exactly what you get. A sparkiling clean condo and resort. The whole Ko Olina complex with its 4 hotel resorts offer many activities from snorkling infront of the condo in one of 4 lagoons, to the easy access to the nearby marina for your whale,dolphin and snorkling boat tours. There are ten plus restaurants around the Ko Olina complex with Monkey Pods and Longboards being our favorite. With the well equiped kitchen and the use of the 4 onsite BBQ's we where able to cook most of our dinners on site. We did utilize the ABC store that was a 5 minute walk from the condo for small food items and adult beverages. For our main grocery shopping a Foodland was within a 10 minute drive. As I mentioned there are 4 separate resorts at the Ko Olina property. Two Marriots one Disney and our course the Beach Villas. During our stay the Beach Villas by far seemed to be the most relaxing and uncrowed site of all 4 and we would highly recommend them.

I cant believe how lucky I was to come across this site and find such a wonderful Villa. I was a little leary at first as I have always vacationed at Resort Hotels and never considered renting a property from a private owner and as I browsed and viewed the pictures posted and the virtual video -I started thinking "this is too good to be true..." I then I started reading the great reviews and comments posted by past guests I had to inquire. I was contacted by the property manager, Michael shortly thereafter and he answered all my questions I had about renting the Villa. Both Michael and the owner of the Villa, Paul were prompt and professional in responding to my calls and emails - the security deposit was returned to me 5 days after we left the Villa! :)
Now about the Villa - the view of the ocean is spectacular, especially at sunset! The Villa is beautiful and clean with top of the line appliances. Everything you need is there: snorkeling equipment (very nice quality), boogie boards, beach chairs (really nice Tommy Bahama's), cooler (clean and sturdy), plenty of large beach towels, the list goes on...there is even a complete set of award winning movies! OH, and the BEDS are amazingly comfortable! The master bathtub is HUGE and the shower is PERFECT! This place is AMAZING! My brother and his family were staying at the Disney Resort next to us which was totally crowded and loud (my 5 year old niece even asked to stay a couple of days at the Villa! If a 5 year old wants to pass on anything Disney - you know its gotta be good!).
I cant say enough about this place! We had an amazing stay!

We went in search of paradise and found it at the Beach Villas in the Ko Olina resort area of O'ahu. Everything about this villa on the 10th floor of the Beach Tower building far exceeded our expectations: from the breathtaking ocean front views to the professionally designed gourmet kitchen to the luxurious furnishings to the supremely comfortable beds! The king-sized bed in the master suite was so comfortable that I checked the brand to purchase for our own home.
The owner and realtor/property manager were professional and pleasant to work with. They promptly responded to our inquiries and went out of their way to insure our vacation went smoothly.
If we are fortunate to return to O'ahu we would not consider staying in any other place than this particular unit in the Beach Villas of Ko Olina.
