Sherry is the best. From the easy check-in and check-out, you could not ask for more. Just follow the rules, especially the parking. We received all the information we needed, and vacation started immediately. If you need anything, Sherry is just a call away. Otherwise, you will not be bothered. The penthouse is incredible for couples, families and friends. Private elevator included. All the beach toys you need. Don't bring anything, it's all there for you to enjoy. The resort has everything you need and then some. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance. Friendly lowkey atmosphere without the busy tourist feel. We've been to Hawaii several times and this trip and stay was by far one of the best. We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful time in this penthouse. The accommodations were luxurious, quiet and extremely well organized. Very nicely appointed décor, with everything you might need. You even get your own elevator stop! We enjoyed the balcony - what a view! The pictures are representative of the property, and the manager was super responsive and considerate. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a variety of snacks, plenty of cold beverages, and even a birthday cake (belated birthday celebration)!. We needed a late check-out and Sherry was able to accommodate us. Highly recommend this property and location! Mahalo!

Our family (3 adults and 3 kids under 12) had an amazing time here. The hosts made checking in and getting settled super easy. The property itself is lovely and well equipped with everything we could have needed and then some. We enjoyed the beach and pool daily and even got to feed the Koi a few times. We can't wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. Our four adults and one child slept great. The amenities were perfect. (I highly recommend using the grills in the pool area, we had a great "pool/beach" party one night.)
The location is amazing. Great for families. Close to Disney and other resorts to take advantage of their restaurants/activities, but separate enough that you feel peaceful and able to rest.
The property manager helped make our stay very memorable. She was very communicable. Also left sweet little touches for our daughter and my parents who were there celebrating their golden anniversary.
If we ever return to Oahu, we will definitely stay again.

From the moment we arrived Sherry and Neal were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay great. The villa was beautiful, beyond what we expected. The pictures show just a glimpse of what the place looks like, but in person all I can say is "Wow"! The online pictures don't do it justice. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is it!

Beautiful location and the lagoon in front is not as busy as the other lagoons. Pool bar prices are ridiculously expensive. Highly recommend bring your own beverage and food. Grills are available and the unit has a full kitchen! Great relaxing environment!

This property/unit was amazing and had everything covered to make an amazing vacation! Sherry was great and very timely in any responses. The unit included all the beach gear you can think of (beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, cooler, etc ). Target and Costco were less than 10 minutes away. We swam with a sea turtle in the lagoon and saw monk seals almost daily! We are already planning our next trip back!

We aren’t beach goers but there was everything available that a family would need for a day at the beach. The property manager was so helpful & it was so nice to be greeted when we arrived. We had a wonderful time in this unit in the Beach Villas at Ko Olina! It has everything you’ll need, the decor is beautiful, the lanai is comfortable with incredible views!
The resort was relatively full, but it didn’t feel that way. Finding pool chairs was never a problem. The grounds are beautifully maintained and so pretty.
The owners have stocked the unit with all kinds of things…beach chairs, sand wagon, snorkel gear, floaties, the list goes on!

We have stayed in the Beach Villas multiple times and without question, this property is our absolute favorite! The condo is beautifully furnished, with updated decor (unlike many of the other condos), and the owner has truly thought of everything a guest would possibly need. (they even have lanyards for holding room keys while away from the condo!)
There's plenty of beach equipment, the kitchen is well furnished, the outdoor furniture is super comfy, the mattresses are not worn out like in other units, and if there was ever a problem, the property manager is extremely responsive and very easy to work with.
Of all the units we've stayed in, this one is by far our favorite! We actually arrange our travel based on when this property is available. I would give this one 10 stars if I could!

We moved away from Hawaii several years ago
and stay here every time we go back to rejuvenate. Ursula and Sherry are dreams to work with and the unit feels like home.

Not a Waikiki type stay which is a good thing to us.
The surrounding area has grown to include restaurants, Costco and any needs close by.
We lived in the area and still love it after it’s growth.

I absolutely loved my stay in this Villa; Ursula and Sherry were extremely accommodating and made sure I had everything needed for an incredible vacation. The Villa itself was clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for my 8 night stay. The grounds were clean and the pool areas and gym were amazing.
I plan to return next year and plan to stay in this same Villa again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. We highly appreciate the detailed tour from Sherry. She was very informative including the places to eat in Ko 'Olina. It has the best views of all the places we've stayed in Hawaii. The condo is well equipped with everything we need including boogie boards. The panoramic view is simply spectacular. Love the pool options for the quiet and lagoon pools. We can listen to the live music from our balcony on Fridays. It was a very relaxing stay away from the crowds of the resorts. Will definitely stay here again. For those who have rental cars, highly recommend Shaka Oahu guide app for guided tours to North Shore and around Waikiki. It has the option to start from Ko'Olina.

First off, our family has stayed at this property multiple times over the course of the last 5+ years. The location, property, and amenities are great for family and kids, which is why we continue to return. Please note that this review is based on our experience with this particular unit/stay, and in comparison with previous stays with different owners. First off, communication and check-in was smooth and as expected. In terms of the unit, most everything was as advertised. Unfortunately, the baby equipment (crib, high chair, stroller, etc.) in the unit was old, cheap, and dirty. As for general cleanliness, the unit was cleaned well, except for the Lanai where it is evident that they don't clean stay-to-stay given the amount of dirt, sand, bird poop, etc. that was present. Also, we found ourselves having to clean the dishes, cups, utensils, etc. prior to use given that they were not very clean. Not a big deal since it's normal for us to do this anyways due to sanitation reasons, but more on this specific topic in a bit. Overall, we had what we considered a great stay (minus the two false fire alarms), until after we got home from our vacation. Sherry, the property manager informed us that we would be charged an additional cleaning fee to our surprise. We checked out per the instructions in the unit, no different than what we've done at the same property on previous occasions, and at different vacation properties that we've stayed at. Not once have we ever received any follow-up around the condition/cleanliness of a unit after we have left. Her reason: we did not adhere to the check-out instructions that she sent us AFTER the fact when telling us we would be charged, which were DIFFERENT than the instructions in the unit. She blamed us for not asking her if we had questions, but we didn't since we followed the instructions as listed in the unit... Second, we had left the dishes out after cleaning them. We did this as a courtesy so that they would know what we used and to make sure they were properly cleaned and sanitized again before the next guest. Well it's apparent that they don't do this as they just rely on the guests to do their own cleaning and to put everything away. Now we understand why we needed to wash things before use. Ultimately, we did not have to pay the additional cleaning fee, but this interaction definitely left a poor impression. In summary, this is a great property and location, but I would go with a different unit.

This is a lovely and spacious condo overlooking the beautiful and exquisite landscape of the resort. We spent most of our time on Oahu touring the island but loved enjoying our morning coffee on the lanai as the sun came up. The sunsets were incredible to witness from the condo as well as the beautiful beaches.
Communication with our host was always prompt and pleasant. The check in process was a very thorough tour of the grounds and the condo, which took quite a bit of time to complete but good information to know in order to make the most of our stay.
We all had a splendid time staying in this lovely penthouse and would stay here again.

Plenty of restaurants are close by and I highly suggest an early trip to Costco for supplies for your time there. We absolutely loved our stay in this unit. Everything was top notch. The most spectacular thing for us was the view from the lanai. It was breathtaking. A beautiful panoramic ocean view. I don’t think it gets any better than this. Sherry and Neil the property managers were fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful. Neil saved us on departure day by boosting our SUV. Very thankful to them. Overall our stay couldn’t have been better. We would recommend this unit. You won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful place with everything we needed for a restful getaway with our kids. I miss the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony and lanai already! Neal was so great and we are so appreciative of the surprise birthday cake for our 6 year old. Even with much to do on the island, we found ourselves wanting to get back to the property to sit on the lanai, swim in the pool or lagoon. We are looking forward to returning soon!

Also important that it had air conditioning that worked great and was integrated as in it isn't a window unit type. This is our family's second time staying in OT-1506. Ursula is an amazing host and has really thought everything a guest would need for an amazing vacation. The unit is stocked with virtually everything: full pantry, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand toys, games, snorkels, sun hats, office supplies, every small kitchen appliance you could want and more. We were greeted by Sherry who showed us around the unit and made sure we had everything we needed for a hassle-free vacation. Ursula and Sherry keep the place immaculate and it looks as fresh and clean now as it did in our previous visit seven years ago. Thanks for having us! We hope to return again!
