We very much enjoyed our stay here, can’t beat the location right next to the beach! The zero entry pool for our 3 and 1 year old were great. Nice to be away from the busy tourist areas in Waikiki and Honolulu, we’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful view! Perfect size unit for a family of four. Away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Thank you for the wagon and chairs for trips down to the beach. We enjoyed our stay at Koolina Beach Villas! Appreciate the price as well, some units were three times as much. This unit comes highly recommended.

Thank you for our beautiful stay in Ko Olina! The area is perfect for families to enjoy the pool and lagoons. We appreciate the use of your beach chairs, wagon, and toys. Check in was a breeze with staff helping us unpack the car and answer questions. The patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. The birds and mongoose were entertaining in the small garden below. As a family of 5, we will have wonderful memories of this trip. Thank you for showing us such hospitality. Aloha!

Our stay in Beach Villas 206 was an incredible experience. We were celebrating our 20 year anniversary with our family. This 2 BR condo was perfect for our family of 4. We traveled all across the island in 8 days, and we believe Beach Villas Ko Olina was the perfect place to stay. We looked forward to returning “home” from our adventures and island explorations every day.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of this destination. Waking up each morning to coffee on the lanai and a beautiful view of the ocean/lagoon, and surrounding gardens was serene.
Speaking of the condo itself, it was a true gem. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a tastefully decorated and immaculately maintained space. And local island treats! The condo was equipped with everything we needed to relax, cook meals, and prepare for excursions. The folding wagon was a huge plus!
Last but not least, the communication and support from the management and Beach Villas staff was exemplary. We had very few questions or needs throughout our trip, but we knew exactly who to contact for a quick reply.
We would love to return to Oahu and stay again in Beach Villas 206!

This villa was the perfect spot for us! We stayed there with our two daughters. Our other daughter was getting married and we were able to use the villa to finish making wedding favors, while enjoying early morning breakfast and poke and sushi meals on the lanai (and listening to and watching the ocean). The kitchen was well stocked and clean! The master bed was so comfy and the bathroom was a such a good size for my wife and I to get ready in the morning. Early morning walks are a must from the villa. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the pools or the gym this time around but we will definitely stay here again and will try to use the facilities next time! We would definitely recommend your stay here if visiting and wanting to stay in beautiful Ko'Olina!

We enjoyed our stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. We loved the location of the unit and drinking coffee on the patio overlooking lagoon 2 every morning. I miss it now that we are back in the cold weather! The condo was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and barbecue. It was also nice being able to borrow the wagon to bring beach towels, food, and my toddler to the pool/beach area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent from Joan again.
A couple things I noticed; the parking spaces were a little tight so we had to let everyone out before parking, especially when a car is parked next to the space. Also, the window blinds and some of the plates and bowls in the kitchen were dusty, but I just washed before use. No complaints.

This was our second stay at the Beach Villas and we had a wonderful time once again. This unit is on the second floor and had a PERFECT view of the NYE fireworks. I would highly recommend this unit any time of year but especially for NYE.
This unit provided everything you would need for the beach and a handy wagon for schlepping all your stuff.
I also highly recommend Sunset Reef realty as they have excellent communication and are very organized and attentive.
We can't wait to get back to our happy place....Ko Olina.

Beautiful views from the lanai to lagoon 2. The villa (along with the entire property)was very clean and had everything we needed to make this trip very relaxing and memorable. Joan, Nicole and the rest of the staff were very responsive and friendly. We are going to plan our next stay at this property again.

We enjoyed our overall experience at Beach Villas at Ko'Olina! Joan was a huge help in the beginning getting the condo booked and answering questions throughout the process. We enjoyed having Nicole show us around the condo once we arrived and answering our questions during our stay. The condo was like a home away from home for us. There was plenty of room for our family of four and my parents. The two bedrooms were large with areas to unpack clothing for our stay. The master bath had a large walk-in shower and garden tub. Our favorite area of the condo was the lanai... soaking in the gorgeous view of the ocean and listening to the waves lap the shore. The condo was close to the Paradise Cove luau, Island Village Market/ABC store for grocery and souvenir needs, and several restaurants including the Monkeypod w/Happy Hour everyday from 3:30-5:00 pm. There is a lovely walking path that stretches between all four resorts in the area and the harbor. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Beach Villas!

The Beach Villas are a nice place to stay if you’re not looking for the hotel experience.
Your are responsible for the upkeep of your Unit, the entire Unit including bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. This also includes washing your towels, and bed linens, making the beds, emptying the garbage and so on…We knew this going into it and only wished that supplies for laundry and kitchen were more plentiful. The location of the Unit was perfect, but yet some small maintenance issues have been overlooked.

Overall our stay was awesome! My only criticism is with the well worn furniture, dirty living room rug and although it was nice to have beach chairs they were in very poor condition. But putting aside those minor annoyances the views from the Lanka were great and the KoOlina area didn't disappoint. Would absolutely recommend this property.

What a wonderful stay! I really enjoyed the beach villas at Ko Olina - the location was central and provided a more "mellow" vibe than staying at one of the near by resorts. Our room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with seasonings and cookware. While we rented a car and the reserved space was handy I don't think you "need" a car while staying in Ko Olina honestly. Joan was VERY easy to book with and responded to all my questions quickly!

The best and most relaxing day ever! Everything about this property was perfect. We have stayed at KoOlina and for the past 10 years and always have a great time. We were greeted wonderfully and the host was extremely communicative. I actually left some information about our stay at home and the host was able to resolve it for me while I was in route to Hawaii. Everything was simply amazing! I highly recommend the property and the host and hope that when I return next year, I am lucky enough to stay there.

Our stay was amazing! Great location, nice pathways for walking or jogging, multiple lagoons for water activity. Within walking distance to restaurants and some shopping but also close enough for a short drive to other activities. Beautiful view from the lanai and the condo was very clear and inviting

This condo has a wonderful view from the 2nd floor of the garden and ocean. Each morning we sipped coffee from the lanai watching people walk/jog along the beach path. The sunsets are picture perfect with the palm trees. The condo is well appointed with beach chairs, towels, sand toys. Very clean! Perfect for a family of 4. We've stayed at numerous condos within the Beach Villa complex over the years and this was one of our favorites. The management company is very easy to work with. Don't hesitate to pick this one!

Our family of 5 enjoyed every moment of our week at this beautiful villa. The highlights for us were the lanai with the gorgeous view of the lagoon, the open floor plan and stocked beach closet. The kitchen is well-equipped and roomy, with lots of appliances and all the extras. The lagoon itself was never crowded and was perfect for our kids' swimming ability. We also snorkled and saw tons of colorful fish and even an octopus! The villa location is about 40 minutes from Waikiki and an hour or so from the North Shore for day trips. We always enjoyed coming back to the serenity of Ko Olina at the end of a busy sightseeing day. It's so quiet and peaceful.

Our family spent 8 nights at this beautiful property in April. This property is very clean and has everything we needed from utensils to beach toys, like we were staying at our own house. The lagoon in front of the property is beautiful, easy to access and never got crowded. Less than 10 minutes driving to Costco, target, island shaved ice and other local restaurants. Our property manager was very helpful, and always respond our questions and requests right away. We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay again when we return to the island.

We usually travel to Maui but decided to make a "bonus" trip this year to another island. Spotted this condo online and liked the location near the water and two full bedrooms with bathrooms. It was perfect for our family of three (one 19 year old and two old fogey parents.) The condo was comfortably appointed with high end kitchen appliances (wolf cooktop and oven, sub zero fridge, lovely wine fridge, fisher & paykel dual dishwashers) and a small but perfectly functional Bosch washer and dryer. Underground gated parking was a bonus. Our view was lovely, with a direct shot at glorious sunsets every night. The lagoons were another nice surprise with calm protected waters loaded with fish and other creatures which made for great snorkeling. The condo had several beach chairs which we toted to the lagoon each day (and even took them to the north shore one day for a change of pace) and we never struggled to find a great spot to perch even though we were there at the peak of spring break. The two pools at the condo provided some evening entertainment for my son (one "quiet" pool and the other a meandering lagoon style pool). There was also a small tiki bar on the property which featured live music a few nights along with regular vacation style bar service (I spotted lots of frozen type concoctions loaded with fruit garnishes.) We really enjoyed ourselves at the Ko Olina Beach Villas and I suspect that we'll be heading back for a return visit.

This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our family's first trip to Hawaii. The area is beautiful (Ko Olina) and, despite having several other resorts right next to it, there wasn't much overcrowding and there was plenty of room on the lagoon beaches. It is a little out of the way if you're wanting to do activities on the island, so make sure and rent a car if you want to be out and about a lot.
The property is fantastic and the little extra perks, like the large amount of beach gear - were very nice to have. The king bed in the bedroom is super comfy and this is coming from someone that has stayed in a lot of rentals before. It's perfect to crash into after a long day out in the sun. The walking path that connects the lagoons makes for a great morning walk or relaxing evening stroll by the beaches without having to get all sandy.
Our host was excellent and chek-in was super simple. Luggage carts made it easy to get everything in and out and there was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. The parking space(s) were very nice too! They're a little tight for larger cars, but were much better than having to find parking in a lot somewhere.
I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This was a perfect spot to spend our Hawaii vacation. We usually stay at Aulani down the road, but they were booked up this year. I preferred ko Olina beach villas as it is much quieter. The lagoon was also quieter. The condo itself has everything you need. The beach chairs were very handy to have and the kids enjoyed the boogie boards. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our big family. Lanai was amazing - we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the ocean views during the day, and star gazing at night. We did miss having the convenience of a store to buy water, small grocery items etc. as aulani has at their property. But the ABC store is only a 15 min walk away. Thank you Nicole and Joan for a great experience.

The condo was terrific. very clean. If we had any issues, the greeter who checked us in was able to help. The lagoon beach was fantastic. My husband who is in a power wheelchair could sit on the grass right up to the edge of the sand. the lanai was beautiful and completely easy for him to access. He had issues making the turn into the master bedroom due to the power chair but the guest bedroom worked great. Joan, the manager (owner?) of the property was very helpful all the way up to our arrival. We very much enjoyed our stay. We were very sad to relocate to waikiki for a night at the end of the trip!!

This villa was extremely clean and in a fabulous location. It was stocked with all the supplies you need for a week at the beach (towels, chairs, cooler, etc.). The only negative thing about our experience was that there is some work being done on the building, so occasional related sounds occurred during the weekdays. I would verify this activity if you are sensitive…but it was not a large inconvenience as we tended to be out and about during the working hours.

Joan was wonderful to deal with, answering all my questions and providing all the useful information we needed to have a great time and feel secure before getting there. Everything worked like a well-oiled machine. The unit was comfortable for all six of us (four adult children). The kitchen was perfect! We enjoyed the pools, the hot tubs, cooked out on the grill, did SUP in the lagoon, and ate at Monkey Pod, best cheeseburger. We have been to almost all the islands and stayed many places; this was clearly on of the best! Thank you Joan, Ron, and Nicole for helping to make this such a wonderful two weeks!

Very nice 2-bedroom condo with view of lagoon. Kitchen was well stocked for all our needs and place was neat and clean. Loved having the beach chairs and towels available since we spent most of our time there vs. pool. Quiet pool was great for relaxing plus grandkids played in other pool and really enjoyed the koi fish. Felt safe and secure. Easy walk out and down to beach without having to go through pool area during COVID times. Great place to stay!
